[Q] Remove custom kernel boot image - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys, I've recently flashed a stock KK 4.4.4 rom and kernel (previously i was using the Carbon Rom and Xperience Kernel) on my Moto G x1032, wiped all the things, all went fine. The only problem is that the boot logo shows the Xperience logo, even though the stock kernel is the one installed (checked via settings->about). How can I change to the factory kernel boot logo?
Manny thanks!

Disclaimer: DO this at your own risk!
Assuming your bootloader is unlocked...
If you have already flashed the stock kernel, and just want to change the boot logo, its really easy to do so. I actually made a video on this a little while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyJ5OvA6p-E
Watch the vid if you want or just look in the video description. To get the stock logo download a firmware from this site: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=14
Extract the logo.bin found in the zip file and follow the instructions in the video. Skip the first part of the video where it explains how to create a logo.bin file. Just follow the fastboot commands..

[Q] [XT920] Restore ROM from .img

Hey guys,
Recently I've tried to port CWM to my device following this tutorial and it bricked...
It did not boot in any mode (Recovery, Fastboot or Normal) after doing this (stuck on motorola logo/boot menu).
@diego-ch helped me and he managed to flash the XT920_2_290_2014 back on my device and unbrick it, but I want to install XT920_2_310_2014 back.
There are some Stock ROMs available on the internet, but these ROMs are outdated compared to my original ROM...
The ROMs available are: XT920_2_290_2014_A01_MP (Tim Brazil) and XT920_2_290_2009_A01_MP (Retail), and my original ROM was XT920_2_310_2014_A01_MP.
The backup script in this tutorial created a few files files: recovery.img, system.img, boot.img...
What I want to know is...
Is there any way to "reflash" these backups to my device?
Here is a printscreen from my original ROM:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/82392755/OriginalROM.jpg
And a printscreen from the "new" ROM:

Thank you!
Your in the wrong forum man.

While posting such thing you should provide much more & clear information for the people who would like to help you
1 what is ur device (32,33,GPE)
2 what was the base ROM
3 what kernel you flashed
I assume you are on stock ROM and flashed aosp kernel
Just flash any stock based kernel... Like faux or Aero kernel(search in development sections) your phone should be up and running
Please only post development threads in the development section
Questions belong in the Q&A section

You need to flash the 4.4.4 O2 UK firmware image available here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54872143&postcount=362
Alternatively flash the XT1032 Retail EU ROM available here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development/rom-stock-motorola-rom-collection-t2854688
-i have a moto g x1032 with gpe software
-the stock GPE
-I I tried to flesh the aereo kernel
I wanted to flash another stock kernel but the problem is that: on the memory of the moto g I have no other kernel and not being able to turn I can not put new kernel in the memory
Power on holding 'vol' down. You can flash the original GPe boot.img (kernel) via this fastboot screen:
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
FYI, from your screenshot you are attempting to flash the O2 UK 4.4.2 firmware image.
in the guide on xda was written that I could fleshare another software and I chose one at random because i could not find the italian software...what can i do ?
I lost the phone forever or can i unlock it?

[Q] After downgraded from lolipop to GPE 4.4.4 i cant install the rom stock

I installed android lollipop, after a while decide to return to the original version, but the tutorial was speaking to return to play Goggle edition, and then go to the original, but i tried to install the original but it restarts in fast boot after installing.
the version of google play edition only works one chip, I need the another chip, I tried installing with the fastboot but after installing the rom stock does not start, it goes to fast boot menu automatically.
and I can not install by the recovery menu.
--------------------------------
Finally got it! after hours installing roms, I got through a tutorial which uses this .bat (i cant post links lol), the tutorial is in the android pit (Motorola Moto G - [Tutorial] [STOCK] Reinstalling the stock firmware and installing updates [XT1032 and XT1033]) if someone happened the same thing send me a private message.

Moto G3 bootloader logo?

Hey everyone, I recently flashed back to stock, but kept TWRP intact. While doing so, it removed the Motorola logo from the bootloader screen. Does anyone know how to change and a source on where I can find it?
Thanks
Do you want to get back to stock ??
Then i will help you.
If you want stock boot logo then you can get from here :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/themes-apps/bootlogo-motorola-bootlogo-t3618291
These are twrp flashable zip files.
Also if you want custom bootlogo then just search for it, there are bunch of threads on them.
Hope it helps
