[Q] [XT920] Restore ROM from .img - RAZR HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys,
Recently I've tried to port CWM to my device following this tutorial and it bricked...
It did not boot in any mode (Recovery, Fastboot or Normal) after doing this (stuck on motorola logo/boot menu).
@diego-ch helped me and he managed to flash the XT920_2_290_2014 back on my device and unbrick it, but I want to install XT920_2_310_2014 back.
There are some Stock ROMs available on the internet, but these ROMs are outdated compared to my original ROM...
The ROMs available are: XT920_2_290_2014_A01_MP (Tim Brazil) and XT920_2_290_2009_A01_MP (Retail), and my original ROM was XT920_2_310_2014_A01_MP.
The backup script in this tutorial created a few files files: recovery.img, system.img, boot.img...
What I want to know is...
Is there any way to "reflash" these backups to my device?
Here is a printscreen from my original ROM:

And a printscreen from the "new" ROM:

Thank you!

[s3] root and rom problems

Dear all,
I am very new to android. I want to change better ROM for my HTC one s.
I have my S3 HTC one rooted with superboot following the below post from paulobrien
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1577831
I have installed Goomanager and TWRP recovery.
I want to flash the TrickDroid Rom as follows:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1637102
As tell from the heading, it's compatible for S3 ?
But when I scan the Q & A section, it says "Do not use this ROM if you have an S3 processor based One S"
I m a bit confused for which ROMs are compatible for S3.
It also says " Relying on TWRP to flash the boot.img is not reliable. Please use the Boot_flash_script to flash the boot.img or do it yourself in fastboot. Having an incompatible boot.img is the common reason for being stuck at the boot logo.?
I have stupidly tried to flash it with the boot_flash_Script and it stuck at the boot logo.
is there any compatible boot.img specially for s3 processor which can run for the TrickDroid?
1. If the ROM is compatible with s3, how can I flash it ( I m just a newbie, really need those step by step guides)
2. are there any ROMs which are compatible with s3
3. is there any better method to root from phone in such a way that my phone will be compatible with most of the ROM [stupid enough]
4. anyone having the same case with me? [s3, root by superboot, Goomanager and TWRP]
5. I have flashed it with the boot.img from TrickDroid thread and it was stuck in the htc boot logo, fortunately i was able to boot it by superboot (from paulobrien). But then I cannot use switch on my wifi connection and I need to use superboot (through my computer) to boot my phone otherwise it just stuck at the htc logo.
Is there any method that I can restore my phone (restore to the situation before I flashed the TrickDroid) ?
Sorry, I should have posted this questions under the Trickdroid thread...but i m just too new to post in the development page.

Need Stock rom for Prestigio 5870C urgently

Hello all!
Please, if someone can provide the stock rom for this device, the one that I can flash using stock recovery, I would really highly appreciate...
My device is bricked, and fastboot is not working. I have tried all the drivers out there, but simply, once in bootloader mode, device is not accessible...ADB is wokring however....
Stock ROM is my only hope...
Thanks!!
Update:
I managed to flash CWM using RKandroidtool, but I can not jump into recovery. It is pretty much stuck so if somebody could at least export kernel.img and system.img I would really appreciate ..or provide fool upgrade firmware img

[Q] Remove custom kernel boot image

Hey guys, I've recently flashed a stock KK 4.4.4 rom and kernel (previously i was using the Carbon Rom and Xperience Kernel) on my Moto G x1032, wiped all the things, all went fine. The only problem is that the boot logo shows the Xperience logo, even though the stock kernel is the one installed (checked via settings->about). How can I change to the factory kernel boot logo?
Manny thanks!
Disclaimer: DO this at your own risk!
Assuming your bootloader is unlocked...
If you have already flashed the stock kernel, and just want to change the boot logo, its really easy to do so. I actually made a video on this a little while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyJ5OvA6p-E
Watch the vid if you want or just look in the video description. To get the stock logo download a firmware from this site: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=14
Extract the logo.bin found in the zip file and follow the instructions in the video. Skip the first part of the video where it explains how to create a logo.bin file. Just follow the fastboot commands..

[Completed] How to go back to stock recovery in XT1040

Hello and good evening. My problem is that i rooted my phone around 4 months ago, to do that i had to install a custom recovery, which is TRWP, can't remember the version. Thing is, that i want to get my original recovery, so i can recieve the OTA for 5.1. I dowloaded some files from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/4g-development/xt1039-moto-g-4g-stock-firmware-kxb21-t2805619 i got the brazilian firmware which is the one that is supossed to work with my phone. But in the files i see a recovery one, so my question is, should i follow the steps on the tutorial or i can flash just the recovery over the TRWP ? Thanks for your responses.

Flashing the complete stock firmware will overwrite your custom recovery with the stock one.
But you can also flash the stock recovery separately afterwards.
I know that Chainfire has stock recovery in his CF-AutoRoot files which will also replace the current recovery with the stock recovery.
Here is the CF-AutoRoot thread for your device: [KitKat] [Lollipop] Root XT1039/XT1040 CF-Auto-Root Peregrine By Chainfire by TheFixItMan.
If you need further help for your device, please register on xda and ask in the Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck !

[Completed] Problem booting with lollipop ROM from same variant (Desire 820s)

Hi everyone, I have a HTC Desire 820s running Kitkat 4.4.4 but there is a Taiwanese variant, the Desire 820ys which runs on Lollipop 5.0.2 and Sense 7 out of the box. Both are MT6752 MTK devices code named htc_a50ml_dtul.
I was able to get RUU zip for the Lollipop variant and thanks to nkk71 it was successfully decrypted without any errors. So I created a zip file using the boot.img and system.img and was able to successfully flash it with TWRP. The problem is that after flashing, the phone cannot boot into the system or recovery, HTC logo appears for about 30 secs, then it switches off for about 5 secs and the cycle continues(bootloop?). I could easily fix this with flashing kitkat boot.img with SP Flash Tool (cannot flash anything with the bootloaders in both phones )
What could be preventing the ROM from booting considering that they are of the same model hence no porting is required?
The boot file I extracted from the decrypted RUU was named boot_verified.img, does this mean it is signed or looks for some signatures before booting into recovery or system?
Thanks in advance
