the service is block by Google. use VPN + Market enabler APP to change the service provider. remember to clean Google play store's data and cache beforehand.
Hello guys i have one problem (Nexus S 4.1.2) I dont have Google Play i install it manually from another websites and when i go in the google store it just go out of that APP please help
If you have a custom Rom you should be able to flash Google apps from cwm

You should flash Gapps too after flashing the rom in order for the play store and other google services to work.
The Gapps for kitkat can be found in this thread.

Hi!
Sounds like you just need the Google Play Services installed. I suggest you look here - Play Services / Play Games Updater
Please do a backup before doing any modifications, furthermore any other questions you have relating to those files can be posted in that thread and they will be answered.
