the service is block by Google. use VPN + Market enabler APP to change the service provider. remember to clean Google play store's data and cache beforehand.

So, I have a valid audiobooks.com account, but I can´t donwload the app via play store (it´s no avaible for my country). Market Enabler does not work.
Can someone just install the app and then pull the .apk and post it here??

I m facing problem in browsing playstore. I found no apps except the installed apps in my account. I tried to find apps using external link, in that case install option disappeared and show, this item is not for ur country.

Hey there sorry to hear that to fix go to apps--> all apps> find play store and play store services and clear data/cache.
Reboot device... This should now work.. If not uninstall google play updates. Hope this helps. This is an issue i have had before.

Just search & Download .apk file of that particular apps/game from any trusted site or from 4share & install it directly to ur device.
eg for templerun2 game search templerun2.apk on web...

I installed a new rom on my phone.. Now my Gmail and other Google Apps are not working.. Because of Google play service they say cannot be used on the phone.. Any help will be appreciated..

You should flash Gapps too after flashing the rom in order for the play store and other google services to work.
The Gapps for kitkat can be found in this thread.

Sounds like you just need the Google Play Services installed. I suggest you look here - Play Services / Play Games Updater
Please do a backup before doing any modifications, furthermore any other questions you have relating to those files can be posted in that thread and they will be answered.

So i downloaded app but i cant manage it to work, it is always shows me that i need to update app, whenever i try to connect phone and ps4.Any help?
