Help with rooting a zeki tablet and installing Google play store app

Can someone please help with rooting my zeki tablet model number TBDB763 android version 4.1.1 and also with installing Google play store cause it doesn't come with and the apps on amazon sucks. Thanks

[Q] play store not working

My cousin has a gt i9300 and I rooted it for her . some days later she accidentally clicked on software update and now play store is not working. When I open cwm it says this version is supposed to run on CFrootv5.0 and that the phone is running on a different kernel and also root checker basic says root access is not properly configured or was not granted

Software update usually kills root. But this seems like that she did not log in to her google account. Try to add her google account.

Two ways
If u knw how to flash official firmware,go ahead n flash it with ODIN.You will get completely new OS n den root again..
And if u wnt to run play store>Go to Setting>Application Manager>Swipe to All tab on Top>Scroll Down n find Google play store>Do force Close and clear Data...Hope dis will help YOU...:good:

You have the super user app but not the binary usually an update does this re flash the su binary if you have recovery installed :thumbup:

try to go in the settings app and choose the clear data.

But doesn't that delete all data , tried suggestion for play store doesn't work . is there some other way

Unable to download from Google play after an update to 4.4.2

After updating to 4.4.2 I could no longer download from Google play neither can I play you the videos. Is this a bug on the version update or is something currently wrong with Google???? If any one had had same experience and wriggled out of it please show me the way to go

[Completed] Google play not working on my phone

I installed a new rom on my phone.. Now my Gmail and other Google Apps are not working.. Because of Google play service they say cannot be used on the phone.. Any help will be appreciated..

You should flash Gapps too after flashing the rom in order for the play store and other google services to work.
The Gapps for kitkat can be found in this thread.

Sounds like you just need the Google Play Services installed. I suggest you look here - Play Services / Play Games Updater
Please do a backup before doing any modifications, furthermore any other questions you have relating to those files can be posted in that thread and they will be answered.
