internal memory died on me - serious help needed - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My device just died out on me, it started saying internal memory not found. so i used the following guide:
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-one-clean-install-for-xnph38r.148458/
it completed fine, but everytime it boots up it reboots automatically.
then i tried to use this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=55882576&postcount=229
it boots to os with no reboots, but i can't send my 38r zip file to the internal drive. and i also kept on getting constant audio fx fc.
I've got the 38r_fastboot.zip from cyngn.com how do i install it via fastboot using original file.

Follow this guide, assuming your bootloader is unlocked. If it's not, run "fastboot oem unlock" and then run the other commands in the guide.

[Q] Bootloop, fastboot is not recognized

Hi everybody,
I tried to unlock and root my device with the nexus 5 multi Tool 3.0 and now i am stuck in a bootloop.
My nexus is unlocked, it had installed CMW (yet i had chosen to selected twrp. Normaly it should have rebooted but it went automattically in CMW). So i wanted to go out of CMW and it asked if it wanted to restore the original recovery but i denied it and then it stuck in BOOTLOOP.
I tried the unbrick tool of KWOGGER but it failed, it said "fastboot is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file"
Since i could get into CMW i tried to do a factory reset but it would be still in bootloop.
I then tried; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2513701, But it still said "fastboot is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file" when i doubble clicked on "flash-all"
I Am getting desperate here, i just got my device. Can someone please help me
Install drivers. Don't use toolkits until you know what they are doing.

Follow this to return to stock. Then don't use tools but learn how to do it manually. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=47156064
Edit, saw I linked you to the same site. Don't panic. You don't have adb fastboot set up right. Follow those instructions carefully.

[Q] Nexus 5 Bricked! HELP!!! URGENT!

I'm kind of screwed and It's not even my mistake, I guess.
I clean flashed the Mahdi Update 25/04 yesterday earlier I had 03/03. In the morning I experienced 2 -3 random reboots and later only one random reboot after which my phone won't boot (bootloop). When i enter bootloader, it automatically selects "start" and boots into system and then reboots.
Once i got the chance and my phone booted fully. But then when I selected reboot into recovery so that i can restore a NAND. IT reboots, the team win logo shows up and then the cycle repeats.
Basically, i don't have access to recovery, my bootloader isn't stable (i.e. it automatically boots without selecting) so I'm unable to flash a stock img as of now. If and when my Nexus fully boots into system it stays the same for about 1 hr if i have any luck. PLz help.
From India. Unlocked Bootloader and custom Rom "Mahdi".
Have you tried using add to boot into recovery? If not also try to getting a logcat when it reboots, those will give us a little more of a general idea of what is actually happening.
First thing don't panic. You can't brick a nexus. You should be able to get into bootloader (volume down + power button) use Wugs Nexus Root toolkit from XDA forum. reload stock ROM in fastboot mode. I have done this lots of time. It's a draw back to being a tinkerer just can't leave well enough alone.
It sounds like your power bottom might be stuck to be honest.

I managed to somehow get into my bootloader and flashed the following
1. bootloader.img
2. radio.img
3. system.img
4. stock kernel (boot.img)
5. twrp recovery.img
I skipped userdata, img as i need to save my data.
I then went into recovery and did a factory wipe (not including internal storage)
My stock rom booted BUT the setup screen showed up and during the setup process it rebooted again and I couldn't mount my storage to backup.
MY MAIN PRIORITY IS TO COPY THE CONTENTS OF MY SD CARD Before flashing the whole stock image (including userdata)
Now when I type "adb version" in cmd I get Android Debug Bridge Version 1.0.31 but when I type "adb devices" whilst my phone is in fastboot mode, it doesn't list my phone. So i'm unable to "adb pull /mnt/sdcard"
I'm in the same situation with rare access to B/L (based on luck) and Recovery.
Plz tell me what to do when I am able to connect in bootloader mode (fastboot)
IF required I can upload a video showing that what problem I am facing.

To use adb pull you have to enter the recovery. You need universal naked usb driver 0.73 to make adb work in recovery. If you are on windows 8 or 8.1 you have to turn off the driver signiture enforcement befote installing the universal naked usb driver 0.73

I agree. It's a malfunctioning power button due to several reasons (moisture, drops, etc.). I had this on my Nexus S.

Moto G XT1032 falcon stuck in bootloop tried to flash stock....nothing

hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help
I have been going through various tutorials on this forum for the past 3 weeks and still stuck in same position.
My moto g had cyangenmod 11 and working fine until it droppped, I rebooted and it was stuck in bootloop.
1) I have tried to reflash - nothing changes
2) Tried different rom via adb push and sideload - nothing changes. Adb push command works but rom.zip fle is not visible on sdcard
i tried "adb push rom.zip /sdcard/" which shows 100% transfer
3) Tried to go back to stock using mfastboot - files get installed without errors but I end up with the cyangenmod bootloop screen staring at me (lol)
4) I can get into custom reocvery and have verison 6.0.4.5 - even when I try falshing different recovery..nothing changes
5) once I boot into bootloader..the command "adb devices" does not return anything so I assume usb debugging is disabled. I can't enable it as the phone does not go past bootloop screen.
6) I pulled all data from the phone and it still has all photos and videos so userdata erase commands are not working.
7) I have tried locking the bootloader using mfastboot and i get the following " sst lock failure"
Its almost like the memory has been locked and cannot be changed even though fast boot shows files being written to it.
If this is knackered, i might as well through it away as I have lost hope.
Also the bootloader is version 40.19, I have tried updated using BUT+1.29 but update fails.
Have you solved the problem? I came up with the same problem with my N910P.

[HELP] CM13+TWRP - Installation error, bootloop, PC doesn't recognize phone via USB

Moto G XT1032
Hello,
I hope that you understand my English. I am kind of a layman concerning Android, but still wanted to install Cyanogenmod 13. I followed these instructions (can't post them apparently since I am new). Official instructions on the CM website. (Bootloader was already unlocked because I already installed Cyanogenmod 12, went back to Stock ROM and now tried to install CM13). Like alwas there were some minor errors during the first steps, but I handled them alright, I think.
The real problem started when I tried to install the zip-file of CM13 ("Installing CyanogenMod from recovery", step 8). I followed the instructions (wipe etc.), but the installation stopped at "Patching system image unconditionally" and it said something like "missing md5-file" although the file I downloaded on the TWRP website was right next to the recovery .img.
After trying and trying I started to go through the options in TWRP recovery (which was a fault, I know) and wiped some things that probably should not have been wiped. Next error message was: "unable to mount /system". New problem.
Then I thought, I might try the recovery that was right next to the downloadlink of the CM13 firmware. Installed it succesfully and tried again some things, now I have a bootloop and can't shut off the phone. When I shut it off, 1 second later the Google-screen with the open lock appears again". The only help was to manually shut it off with recovery.
I can't even start Android anymore, which means I can't activate USB-debugging, the installation files of CM13 are missing and the main problem: my PC only recognizes the phone in fast boot mode - I can't move files to the phone, it just says in the task bar: "Fastboot falcon S".
As soon as I enter recovery mode, the USB-sign on Windows vanishes.
Tried to move the files to the devices by "adb push cm-13.0-20160703-NIGHTLY-falcon.zip /scard", but it says "* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon startet successfully *
adb: error: connect failed: no devices/emulators found"
The device is not recognized by "fastboot devices" in cmd.
I hope that you understood everything. Already tried to get help in German forums, but nobody answered there.
And yeah, I definitely stopped trying to solve it by myself because I might just destroy it more.
Thanks for your help!
seems like we are on the same trolley.
I wanted to have a 100% clean system so I wiped everything.
I reinstall SDK, google drivers, motorola drivers, but no success. In fastboot mode it's written: USB connected, on the computer eject "Fastboot falcon S". I create file adb_usb.ini with id in it, restarted system, killed adb and so on. Tried different USB port, different cables.
Aendroit, if you find a way share.
I'm on W10 if that matters.
Ok. So I managed to go through the problem.
First, I was able to reinstall TWRP with fastboot (fastboot root twrp.....), so fastboot worked for me. Then it seems that on the main screen, where you choose options with volume buttons, fastboot works, but not adb.
I went into recovery and "adb shell" worked, so did "adb devices".
I used push command and so on.
I'm glad you got the solution now. Unfortunately I can't follow the instructions. Could you please take me through it step by step ("fastboot root twrp", I never used a command like this before). Thanks!
Because when I go in recovery and type in "adb shell" or "adb shell" on my computer, it says "no devices/emulators found".
Update: Got it. I can enter TWRP now, but in the installation log it said "Mismatched partition size (recovery)" at the end. If someone knows what that means ...
I meant: fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.0.0_2-falcon.img
Mismatched size is just an information, nothing to worry about. Now, when you are in TWRP try to check the device "adb devices", should work.
Thank you, my computer recognizes the device again! I was able to copy the files to my phone. Unfortunately I still can't install a custom rom. I tried Mokee instead of CM13 now and i always get the same messages:
"Checking for MD5 file...
Skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found
Target: 146758281
Detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system" and so on.
I don't know what that is supposed to mean ...
Well, I'm not very good oriented in all this stuff, so I don't know why you got those problems, far from being a dev.
I copied ressurection ROM + open gapps nano (thou I always used banks, but this time wanted to save more free space) and installed it via TWRP without any issues.
Thank you for the answer. Mokee works now! I'm not happy that I can't use CM13, but I got Mokee working after a while and I'm glad about it.

Can't boot

I went through the process of using Smali and Magisk on my phone. Everything was good. Since I was doing this for PoGo, I decided to "clean-up" by disabling some of the settings. I turned off OEM unlocking, reboot the phone in to the bootloader and did a adb flashing lock. I rebooted the phone and not get the error "Can't find a valid operating system". I can boot in to the bootloader with the power button + down volume but I can't unlock the bootloader with ADB and fastboot.
Am I screwed?
I'm also not able to boot in to recovery. I also get the error "Can't find valid operation system"
Well probably too late to reply.
I'm not an expert, i'm newbee but when i installed my custom rom i met some problems to reboot. I solved them by re-installing firm operating system. You can do it by connecting your device with a good usb cable and go to google website : android flash tool
This will reinstall a new an clean system (but erase your data if not saved before).
After that you can install a custom rom from the begining.
