[Q] Xperia U not starting up after rooting via cmd manually through fastboot kernel

My phone is not starting after rooting process it is continuously resarting and also bar color is changed shows 3 colors xperia U
ppls help
I tried to root my phone Xperia U
i tried everything for rooting my phone all are listed below :-
1. One click Root from (oneclickroot.com)
2. Framaroot with Mobogenie
3. universal Androroot 1.6.2
4. Root by Bin4ry v11 (RunMe FR)
5. via CMD fastboot
i can't root my xperia u with above types i unloked the fastbootloader. i also install new kernel.elf file through cmd fastboot
pls help anyone with rooting and again staring up my phone or restore it like new one pls help

rooting and flashing
TO REPAIR UR PHONE :
1. FIRST OF ALL DOWNLOAD FLASHTOOL AND INSTALL IT, THEN GOTO C:>FLASHTOOL>DRIVERS and then run "flashtool drivers.exe" , and check all options.
2. DOWNLOAD XPERIA U ANDROID 2.3 OR 4.0.4 FIRMWARE FROM INTERNET AND PLACE IT IN C:>FLASHTOOL>FIRMWARES BUT BEFORE THAT REMOVE ALL THE OTHERS FILES IN THAT FOLDER.
3. OPEN FLASHTOOL AND CLICK THE FLASH BUTTON.
4. TURN OFF UR PHONE FOLLOW THE ONSCREEN COMMANDS.
5. UR PHONE SHOULD NOW BE WORKING AFTER IT IS FLASHED.
TO ROOT :
1. DOWNLOAD CYDIA IMPACTOR TOOL FROM GOOGLE.
2. RUN IMPACTOR.EXE AND CONNECT UR PHONE , THEN CLICK USB>DRIVER SCAN THEN CLICK START.
3. IF U SEE SU OR SUPERUSER IN UR PHONE THEN IT IS ROOTED OR MAYBE DOWNLOAD IT GOOGLE PLAY.
4. TO MAKE SURE UR DEVICE IS ROOTED DOWNLOAD ROOT CHECKER FROM PLAY STORE.

how can i switch on the xperia its not starting up how i can use flashtool without starting my phone ?
and pls will give me the link for flashtool for xperia U and its firmware 4.0.4 it would be grateful to u pls help me before my parent knows about this

flash the stock firmware first...
for that
You must run flash tool first.
power off phone (take out battery and insert again).
connect phone and pc with usb cable while
press and hold volume down button.
the illumination bar will become green.. and
flash tool will recognize device connected as flash
mode...
then flash the firmware....

For rooting Xperia u :
just flash the prerooted kernel using flashtool..

just extract the Zip file..
search for the kernel.elf or boot.img
(if it is kernel.elf, just rename file to kernel.img)
and flash in fast boot mode...
for fastboot mode :
power off phone (take out battery and insert again).
connect phone and pc with usb cable while
press and hold volume up button.
the illumination bar will become blue.... and
flash tool will recognize device connected as fastboot mode...

I had the same problem. If you want to do it by yourself then
1. Download the firmware for ur device from
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_d8uWGbkaetVVhrVkRDdlpwSHc/preview
2. Download XPERIA Flashtool from
Flashtool link: http://www.firmwaremobile.com/index.php/xperiadownload/file/233-flashtool-9-2014
3. paste the ftf file downloaded in step 1) to folder „Firmware“ included in the XPERIA Flashtool
4. open the XPERIA Flashtool, click on flash and choose downloaded firmware, than click ok. Important - if you do not want to delete any data of your phone, just uncheck flashing userdata.sin file. All data will remain in your phone, but sometimes it can cause additional troubles. So it is better (and I recommend that) to do the backup of your personal data, than proceed with clean installation and then restore your personal data.
5) *turn off your phone and when Flashtool shows pop up window, connect phone to PC with holding volume down button*
6) after few minutes all is done and your phone gets started

my xperia L got softbricked because i think i flashed a wrong kernel.it vibrates but doesn't turn on,using flashtool i was able to boot into fastboot mode and flashmode ,but i can't even relock bootloader ...I DON'T NO WHAT TO DO NEXT

Try to flash the stock ftf, or flash a kernel with flashtool. (extract a boot.img from a cm rom, than flash it)

Don't panic stay calm, this isn't a big problem recently i also flashed the wrong kernel in my case the phone rebooted when the First Boot screen comes up, if your phone can be connected in fastboot and Flashmode that's good news and you dont have to worry. I will Guide you step by step..
Method 1- (FASTBOOT)
If you have a nandroid backup in your SD Card then connect your phone in fastboot mode and flash boot.img by typing the command ->Fastboot flash boot boot.img in the command prompt, after this you will be able to access the recovery on the phone and then you can just RESTORE your nandroid backup.

This will show you how to flash fresh CWM and kernel, the download links are in video's description.
Method 2- (Flashtool)
If you don't want to use method 1 then you can use this method cuz its very easy .
1--> Get some info about how to use flashtool and if you already know how to use it then its good
2--> Download your phone's correct Stock FTF.
3--> Connect your phone in flashmode.
4--> and then flash the stock FTF
5--> Done. it will take a minute or two to boot the phone for the first time.
If you still have doubts and queries about flashtool then refer to Guides and Tutorials on using Flashtool . Don't worry its just a soft brick your phone will be okay.

i tried flashing but fails,, my phone wasnt recognized in my pc (The LED lights Green but nothing happens).
The phone connects in Fastboot(with blue LED) and is recognized in Flashtool
can u help me ?

yeah flash it trough flashtool if its detecting in flashtool its easy check tutorial here or Google it

i follow instruction how to flash xperia e3 d2202.
I've already downloaded what needed ( file .ftf, drivers, and flashtool)
i use flashtool 0.9.18.6 version
when i press volume - then connect usb cable , the green led indikator turn on but no respond and not recognize on my pc
if i press volume +, my pc recognize it and at fastboot mode
plis help me

Press Win key+R, type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
You will see the list of devices connected to your PC. If you connect your phone and your PC recognizes it, the list will refresh.
Try to see if the list refreshes when you put your D2202 into flash mode (with the green LED).
If it refreshes, look if a new device has appeared in any menu.

Maybe but I don't know becouse if USB doesn't work fastboot mode wouldn't connect, but it is connecting.
You have to flash a rom through fastboot mode, so you need to find system.img and boot.img from stock rom of a D2202 (unfortunately I have D2203 variant so I can't backup my phone, but I can help you findind the files on XDA) and flash it though flash tool.
You can also try to download an ADB toolbox and run the command:
fastboot erase userdata
(this command will remove all your apps' data but can fix your issue)

Try these steps
Follow this guide to install ADB toolkit.
Then open Sony Flashtool and select the XF icon.
Find Xperia E3 and select D2202 variant. In the right panel you will see a lot of entries with countries and telephone companies, select one and click in the field of "Available firmware:". Download the rom.
When it finishes, close XperiFirm. Click on thunder icon, select Fastboot mode, connect your phone off with vol + pressed (blue LED) to the PC and then press on Select system to Flash. It will ask for a sin file. You have to select a system_....sin, which is in C:\Users\(your user profile folder)\.flashtool\firmwares\Downloads\D2202_...\
and let process finish.
Then press on Select kernel to Flash and select, in the same folder as before, a file called kernel_....sin
When it finishes you can disconnect your pone and try to power it on.

I have a Xperia E3 D2212 and I made the whole process, the problem is that I could not increase the storage memory and FlashTools no longer recognizes my cell phone as a D2212, it recognizes as a D2203, this is because it changed the Kernel in TWRP . Would you like to go back to the Original Kernel ??

Stuck at boot after fastboot flash !

Hello Guys
My device is Gm1910 variant
I flashed 9.5.11 Gm21AA via fastboot normally with flash.bat command
No errors occured , everything is ok
Then i got stuck at boot
After 20 minutes i reset the phone via stock recovery to ensure a clean startup , still same result
I flashed 9.5.3 Gm21AA via fastboot
Still same result
Bootloader is unlocked
What should i do ?
How can i boot it up
Please help me , i feel helpless !

Which rom is the safest to flash for my model ?

Yes I have the Chinese model aswell. Its the correct one

I have another problem , my windows fall apart so i installed it again
And now i dont have drivers
Since I cant boot to enable usb debugging

You don't need to boot the phone.. Hold VOL UP and DOWN and POWER at the same time. It will boot into Fastboot. Windows should automatically detect the phone.

True , but after i installed one plus drivers and open adb\fastboot cmd ,
entering fastboot devices shows blank
how can i get it to recognize the device on fastboot ?

i got it recognized in fastboot mode , now i will commence your solution with 9.5.11

Flash-all-partitions-fastboot completed with success ,, the device didnt reboot automatically so i powered the device off from the bootloader and booted manually ,,
Still Stuck at Boot !
what should i do , please help !
