my canvas 2 + touch screen has been brocken......i gave it to the service center.....and they are charging me rs 2500....i have dropped the phone many times but this time it just got ......well i m using that phone since 14 months so its like out of warranty....what should i do...should i buy a new mob or should i get my touch pad fixed........sorry for bad english:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:........service center telling that they will need 15 to 20 days in order to get it fixed.....mmx service sucksssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crying::crying::crying::crying:

[Q] [HELP] touch not working with the new digitzer

i got my screen broken a few months ago
i sent my sensation to some phone store to repair it
they replaced the digitizer with a new one after a few day i dropped it and the touch wont respond
i opened the phone and checked all the connectors in their place but still nothing changed
anyone have an idae of whats going on with my device ? before i send it back to the store because i rather fix it myself

[Q] Display flickering, touch normal.

My A110 suddenly developed a problem last week.
The display doubles or triples and the whole thing shakes and flickers. In the menu, there are vertical lines. Apps are all washed out and not very clear. This occurs even in boot screen, so it's definitely a hardware problem. I have no issue in data input as long as I touch at the area where the key is supposed to be.
I am running stock V1 unrooted ROM.
I took it to the MMx service center and was told that the display is broken and needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs.2200/-. Fortunately I have insurance from univercell and I went to them, they say it's a warranty issue.
I showed it to a technician at Nokia care and was told it's a display problem and should be covered under warranty.
Now I am confused. Should I just pay up and get it fixed or should I talk to the MMx service center to do it under warranty?
Quick suggestions would be helpful.

Display is broken.its.a major issue it's not under warranty so.it's better to buy new display from.service center n don't buy displays from local market
Is it not covered by insurance then?

So you need to be very rude and harsh in order to get uour work done.
If u have bought ur fone 6 months ago or later and hoping that it was nt damaged by water or any hit or fall den it has to be repaired by service centre.in case it was damaged accidentally by u den it should be covered under d insurance.
My friend's canvas 2 had d same problem a month ago and was simply repaired free by service centre.
But acc to ur discription i think that it could be a software fault also.so first try flashing a new software prefferably official stock jb via sp flash tools.....dont worry it wont void ur warranty.
If needed any assistance in flashing the stock jb rom then u can private msg me; i have flashed it about 3-4 times or more

It is not a software problem. I was on JB 4.1.1. Reflashed it with CWM JB. and finally ICS V1 with SP tools before going to service center. Plus the problem was in boot screen itself.
There was another guy in the service center with the same problem. His was done under warranty as his was A100. Apparently the same problem in A110 is not covered.
Now touch screen has become erratic. Totally stopped working on sunday and monday, including recovery. Then has become erratic. went to service center and was told I have to deposit the phone with them. It will take 25-30 working days for them to return it. I came away. Should I give it for service or just use it as long as it still works?
Acc to me go to service centre b4 the position becomes worst.

He told me to leave the phone and go. He will contact me in 25 - 30 working days.
So give them as i guess dat u have tried a lot to get ur fone alright..
Rest depends dat if u can live without ur fone for a month:beer:

call them again and again. ..at period of 3-4 ..days. .. they will give u....

Further problems. Touch was working intermittently. Whenever it was cold or damp, touch would become unresponsive. After restarting for a few times, or on exposing to sunlight for 10-15 mins it would correct itself.
I took it to the service center today and they fixed it so that no touch works. Now I'll have to send it under warranty and it will take 25-30 working days.

Do update the thread once you get the device back, I too am facing similar issues...and the service centre in noida (Satyam Communications) say that it will take at least 20 working days.

I think a lot of people have the same problem. That's why such a simple problem like replacing the digitizer will take 20 days.

[Q] Xperia Touchscreen Problem

My Xperia GO touch is very slow , unresponsive. For past 4 days . I've reseated my phone .. updated wit sus... No use ....can't message in full speed ... It automatically types something and sends it.. Swipe is also slow comparing before using it...I have purchased my cell abroad so i cant even claim warranty.. Plz HELP ME ...
Why don't you try a factory reset? Is only the touch screen slow or the whole phone?

[Q] nexus 5 touch screen freeze/autonomous touch screen problem

i have got my nexus 5 in november..for a month i dont have any problem..
10 days before i had a problem..touch scren frezzes..few minutes it did not dont work and for few min right haolf was not working and left half was working..for few min it was working only if i press not with fine touch..for few min it was autonomous..like someone is keep on pressing some buttons..then after an hour it was fine..
and again after 10days,yesterday, i had such problem lasting for 15min to 2 hours ..since yesterday on & off similar problem with my nexus 4..and at present it did not correct till now since yesterday...i tried safe mode too..left half of screen touch is working, righthalf is not..it works for hard press and swiping pages not for opening any thning or fine functions..
i noticed it was after updating to 4.4.2..may be coincidence..plz do the needful.......
my friend has gifted me from us..i m india..so i m in trouble..wht to do..is it software or hardware problem?

Touch stopped responding

My LG G5 suddenly stopped responding to touch at all even after doing hard reset no progress.
phone is only 3 months old, this happend without phone being dropped or water damaged or any thing not even while using it in my hand.
Anyone had same issue. any advice??? no warranty since I am from Egypt and bought it from ebay from US.
