Presumably, in order to get it back working you should be able to fastboot it.
In case it can fastboot, looking into this thread I found the user extracted the original rom:
look here for the rom
and also here for recovery
Hope you can bring it back to life

Generally speaking, if your device won't respond to the power button, it's hard-bricked, which means that it is 100% unusable and irretrievable.
Sorry about that.

Yes, you're right bro.
But one thing, Before format of rom/partition i can able to do the recovery / fastboot mode too.
That means, due to the format of rom/partition issue.
Can i say this is hard-bricked issue ?.
Kindly advise bro.

Yes, that's right. The format of the /rom partition will, without a doubt, always cause a hard brick.

You need to use LiveSuit to flash the image via USB from your computer. These links should get you started in terms of where to download from and how to do this.

irulu aj0008 A13 system recovery image needed
Hello all,
I purchased an irulu 7 inch tablet off ebay a few months ago, with the model number AJ008 with these specs:
CPU Processor: Allwinner A13 1.2 GHZ +GPU Mali 400 MP
Operating System: Google Android 4.0.3 ICE Cream Sandwich
Size: 7" TFT LCD(16:9 Screen) Capacitive Tablet PC TFT LCD
Resolution: 800*480 Pixel, support G-Sensor
Touch Screen: Full Size,High Sensitive 5 Point Capacitive Touch Screen
RAM: 512MB DDR3
Capacity: 4GB;Expandable by MicroSD to 32GB
Camera: Built-in 0.3MP Camera
Output Device: Built-in Loud Speaker
Input Device: Built-in Microphone
LAN: Wifi + 3G
Wireless: Built-in 802.11b/g WLAN Card; Support 3G dongle
I've searched now since the end of May to find the right system recovery image for this, to no avail. One previous post on here has a system recovery image that came close to what mine was (in terms of the boot animations and that's it) but nothing I've tried seems to work. I've visited numerous sites, and flashed different images that I've found listed by another site, only to get a partial touch screen, no touch screen at all, the front camera to work (but most images this isn't the case), and have yet to find one that has the wifi working. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction to figure out this bloody thing before I find myself snapping it in half in frustration.

I have the IRULU AK351 tablet...the last owner which was the father of my friend put a numeric password in it..and when we asked him he didn't know the password, does it has a solution? i tried the classic software reset with the power button and the volume buttons but none of them worked...¿what can i do? should i ask for the .IMG of this tablet?

iNew i2000 troubles

Hi!
Sorry if I post my topic on a wrong category, but I couldn't find the right one. I have now a chinese smartphone iNew i2000
MT6589 Quad Core CPU @1,2 GHz
1 GB RAM
8 GB ROM
5,7" Screen 1280x720
Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean
Dual SIM support
Tested with 64 GB TF Card
I rooted it to change some informations in the build.prop using the RB editor, like the model, brand...Etc. I only changed model to test, after rebooting it, I have the splash screen, after that the animation and nothing else, only a logo and the system don't want to boot
I tried to flash it by downloading it's ROM and using a software named SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1252.1.104 by following a tutorial found on Youtube (this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdUdHejJor4) , but it didn't work :'(
Thanks for helping me

Any other answers?
I have the CXQ N7300 which is the same as the i2000 except I only have 4gb rom.
Try this. First got to the site and get the latest rom http://www.inewphone.com/eng/index.asp
Turn the phone off pull the battery for a 30 secs put battery back in. DO NOT TURN ON
Open the flash tool as administrator
Select the "MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc" file which is located inside the firmware folder you just got from iNew
Then click Download in the flash tool bar and then Connect the phone to the USB.
If all goes well the bar at the bottom will start moving.
You could look here http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=565998
Hope it goes ok for you.
Hmmm my bad I didn't watch the video as he does the same as me. Try that site I posted.
EDIT= I just thought doing it like the site I posted did not work i.e connect the phone with battery out
then press download then put the battery in. Try that.

Exactly the same method as you Thanks a lot , I resolved it by using a newer version of the flashtool
Now, I have a new trouble, when i try to change the boot animation, it's replaced by a black screen :'(
Mission accomplished, I changed all the rom's infos (build.prop, boot logo and boot animation) and i created a new customized ROM
Thanks for answers and help

[q] polaroid tablet cannot boot to homescreen

I have a polaroid tablet with model polaroid MID1047.
Its been barely 3 months since I purchased it in France but now am in Ghana. I was using the polaroid tablet and the screen went off.
I tried to put it on and it goes through the process of booting but it just cant go to the home screen where I can touch icons and use the device.
in order words, it hangs and never boots to home screen and when it even boots to the home screen it is not useable, and the tablet remains non-responsive.
THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE BELOW FOR THE MODEL OF POLAROID TABLET I HAVE:
10.1" Tablet
Touch panel 10.1"
Multi points capacitive
Android 4.1
CPU:ATM7029 QUADCORE 1.2Ghz
Resolution: 1024 x 600
Storage: 16GB Nand flash
RAM: 1 GB DDR III
Micro Card Reader Max 32GB
Micro USB Port + OTG
Dual Digital Camera 2MP/0.3MP
WIFI 802.11b/g/n
Bluetooth
HDMI
Battery Li-ion 5000mAh
I have tried several approaches such as
1. discharging the tablet completely, charge and trying to power on.. this approach did not work.
2. I entered rom(by holding the volume up, inserting the usb cable and pressing the power button 3 times) and selected factory reset. it didnt work
3. i entered rom again and tried wipe cache and it didnt work also.
I went to polaroid support and they said the device is not on their support list and possibly not from them.
am so much confused now and any help or suggestions are very much welcome. Thanks in advance

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Well, you're in a bit (actually, a lot) of trouble here. By deleting /system you've completely erased your operating system, so there's absolutely no way your phone is going to boot no matter how many new batteries you put into it, there's no operating system for the phone to boot into. I need some more information please, does the device power on at all? Do you see a never-ending boot animation? Or are there absolutely no signs of life from the phone?

Unfortunately I can't find any stock firmware for your device anywhere so your options are pretty limited. You can try asking your question here:
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
If you're unable to get help there then I think your only option is to take the device to a service centre and have it inspected by professionals.

Hi!
The error says that the problem is you don't have an auth file. Well, it can be bypassed using this tutorial. (Yesterday with the help of this guy I brought back to life that phone) https://www.getdroidtips.com/bypass-mediateks-sp-flash-tool-authentication-protection/
Watch the video, and follow the steps, I hope it helps!
A little help: you can press an hold VolumeUp+power buttons to reboot the device
Holding down the two volume buttons 'll put the phone into preloader mode, as I know.
I also got some help from this guy's post, many thanks to him too.
