Hi
I would like to play flash games on my note3, and for that i've downloaded the adobe flash player, last version form their site, also dolphin browser. it does load flash content but i'm playing rising cities game and it's impossible to play it, it's way too slow and uncontrollable.
Is there a way to properly suport flash on android 4.4.2?
Thank you

Hey guys.
I installed the Flash Player Mobile v1.5 sacessfully, and its working perfectly too, but the flash files that its playing are awsomely slow like it cant use the cpu or gpu right.
The question is how can i modify or change the settings to run the swf files smoothly couse i dont believe that this pda with this hardware cant run right even a simple 130kb flash file.
THX anyway.
no one?! wow u guys r just awsome
Flash player 1.5 is a old version?
If yes try a newer one.

I have exactly this revision an it works OK.
Attached a SWF example (it's fun but a quite sadist): Started at the same time on PC and TG01, they finishes at the same tim as well

Upload your problematic film (or a sample) so we can check it and give you our feed back
lol i played it on the tg01 and it laggs.
i use noksers Ultra ProEditiom WP7 ® CE OS 7.0.0 6339 - Build 6339[xx/0x/2010]
and installed andvanced config tool3.2;vicsoft clear temp;htc addicts cleanram;oxios memory and some other applications.
Maybe i must install a driver like to my old blackstone's chainfire??
If i'm missing something please tell me .
Thank u very much.
I'm still with the official Toshiba's WM6.5 Spanish version. I'm still doubting about which Rom choose to update my device
so stock rom is the best.i see now, thank u.
but my other question is still up : do i need a driver cab for the snapdragon chipset ,or its already cooked into the roms? isnt there a program that shows me the snapdragons driver or something?
The lastest flash player is version 7?
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer_pocketpc/
i think thats not a player, more like a plugin for the web browsers. but the flash player mobile is an actual player program that can open an swf file. and thats what i need.

My suggestion:
1) Full Backup (SPB backup recommended)
2) Install official Rom
3) Install only Flash Player
4) Try Flash performance (with my video, for instance)
5) Share your impressions
Good luck
With any 6.5 ROM flash player don`t work.
lol good to know that the reason is that simple, thank u for the info.

you sure, you use Ultra ProEditiom WP7 ® CE OS 7.0.0 6339 - Build 6339 ???? This ROM isn´t existent, or?
i flashed from the toshiba websites latest 6.5 official english rom, and then right away only the 1.5 flash player mobile(i registered it ) and the same as with the other roms... every swf file lags.. i really dont understand.
isnt there another flash file player for winmobile that opens swf files and not a webbrowser plugin?!
Search for `Juggalo_X official Flash lite 3.1 CE-OS 20757`.
This might help you out with your lag.
I am running FFboy 6.5 Manila rom, I dont have any lag what so ever.
thx
i downloaded it and installed it.
but is this a standalone application, couse i didnt find any exe for it anywhere... how do u open an swf file with it?
thx anyway
just use Internet Explore and open some flash sites and test it.
yeah i believe u ,that on the webbrowser the site's flash is running greatly, but as i said i want to open the swf files that r on my micro sd with a program like the Flash Player Mobile 1.5 . but the problem is that all of the files that it plays are lagging ,and i cant find a different version of it either. so as i said many times before : I NEED A PLAYER PROGRAM THAT OPENS AND PLAYS THE SWF FILES ON MY DEVICE WITHOUT INTERNET.
toshiba tg 01 dead
How to restor firmware tg-01
Hi there,
Is there anyway to get adobe flash to work on the XT720? Thanks!
Flash will work under 2.2 - but it seems to be memory intensive and ends up creating a lot of lag. Try the Starfire brower if you want to view flash - it seems to work ok but will not play flash games.

Had the latest Opera and Flash before root. Flash worked on stock browser AND Opera.
Rooted.
Opera does not play flash. Stock browser does.
Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks.
Did you enable it in settings?
What Rom you use?
Flash Version?
I dont think its the issue of rooting.. I have just today noticed the same on my not-rooted TF !
Opera no Flash, stock browser ok ... Do you think it has sth to do with the Flash 11 update ?

I'm glad I'm not the only one having the issue.
I'm rooted, flash enabled in opera, and on Prime ROM, flash being latest version.
I've also noticed dolphin and stock browser play flash in lower quality, despite the setting I use. the lines are always pixelated. Speed is decent. perhaps this offers clues.
Flashh 11 does not work here as well. Unrooted, Stock.
It seems Opera won't work with the latest Flash. I tried some older versions, and only 10.3 worked, so for those of you who want Flash in Opera (or for stock browser for any reason), getting the 10.3 would be ideal for now until the 11 version works this bug out.
I tried to upload the file but this just isn't letting me so google "android flash 10.3" and a few other words if you're eager and download a 10.3 apk. It's the best advice I can offer.
WARNING: Did that on my rooted, flashed TF and flash is working in Opera again. But not in Stock browser. Can't see why, but ah well. I use Opera anyway.

This worked for me, thanks!
On my stock unrooted TF Flash now works in Opera AND in the stock browser ..
I suppose sooner or later Opera is going to come out with a fix for this Flash 11 issue.
Just a bit of advice for people looking for the apk (as i cannot post links either) - google "flash player 10.3 android apk download" and its the link on free-mobile-messenger.com
Does someone have a direct link to flask 10.3. Everything that I have found directs me to flash player 11?
I have also noticed another issue after rooting which I did on the 5th. I can no longer log into XDA. It takes my password & redirects me but I am prompted again when I try to post. What the hell is up with that. Works fine from my PC.

That worked for me but I am still unable to log into XDA from Transformer.
Opera does not help you with issues unless you pay them to be a "member" so I sent a message to Adobe regarding this issue and got the following in response;
Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to write us a note. Our goal is to improve Flash Player with each release.
We don’t support Opera at this time. They may have figured out how to make Flash Player work in the browser (to some degree), but we're not partnering with them directly at this time. We need deeper integration into the Android OS than they can provide as a client application, which is why we're focused on supporting the built-in browser.
We are interested in the video playback use-case. Based on the problem you're describing, we've switched behaviors — we're either trying to use the built-in hardware video decoder on your device to view a stream it doesn't like, or we're reverting to software video decoding where we used to leverage your device's hardware video decoder.
Before giving up entirely, I'd recommend installing Flash Player, loading some Flash content in your browser, then rebooting your device. The first time you use Flash Player after it installs, it downloads a config file specific to your device that customizes the hardware video decoding behavior and a couple other things. If you've got an app in the background that's invoking Flash Player and keeping it running, it won't get a chance to reload with that config file in place.
If you're still stuck, the following information would be very helpful:
(From Settings > About Phone)
Model:
Android Version:
Kernel Version:
Build:
Also, please send us a direct link to a video that's demonstrating the problem. We'll be happy to look into it.

That is great! Except for that fact that it is most videos won't play.
Need help getting around lack of flash player on the new note. Haven't seen much here or elsewhere that hints or describes much of a solution. Any help or suggestions on how i can get flash working in the browser would be appreciated.
I installed the latest version of adobe flash player I pulled from my Galaxy S2 phone and installed on my Note. Everything seems to work fine.....back to watching porn again, lmao.
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA
Here is a link to the newest version of flash from the Adobe website...
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/...roid/11.1.115.17/install_flash_player_ics.apk
Install... You may need to select unknown sources in settings (it will tell you...)
Reference - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
I downloaded it from the playstore
Word is, if you go to the Play Store in the browser ON YOUR PC, you can find Flash and click Install and choose your Note as the device to install it on.
So I visited just about every thread on XDA and on AndroidForums and I could not find anything.
KitKat doesn't come with the Adobe Flash Player API's, however a while ago I heard something about someone making a flashable .zip containing the API's. Can I grab the API's from Jelly Bean and just paste them into whatever folder they would go in? If so, what files?

You can't create a flashable zip and sideload them. Google Chrome will never support flash plugins or applets.
Only browsers like Dolphin or UC would support them.
For those browsers to support flash, Download here:

I thought that KitKat was missing API's to even run anything Flash related. I also read in an updated version of Dolphin there was an error message saying that the feature was disabled because Android no longer supported Flash.
