My name is Medo from Great Yemen, and tried to root my phone lenovo VIBE Z using the instructions from this video
Video Name: How to Root the Lenovo Vibe Z K910 & Install Google Apps incl. Play Store
Channel: C4ETech
This might worked if link 4 was working in a proper way and if Lenovo system was not updated. But the thing is the system was recently updated with 1.5GB new system, even lots of featured changed in it.
At this moment of writing this post, the phone is on the Boot Mode, and the Lenovo logo are there.
While doing the rooting, a message appeared saying "locked" after that the phone didn't turn on/off
While following the steps from the video, these are the commands that had been typed
adb devices
e7625378 was the reply for the command
adb reboot-bootloader
The error appears about the locked
fastboot boot recovery.img

The screen appears the lenovo logo powered by android
Above the Italic font the description of the interface after the rooting process.
For a solution was thinking of keeping it as this way, till the battery is empty then charge it again then everything gonna be back to normal. But it seems that is not the solution, since (adb is inside as well the recovery.img didn't work so there should be another way)

I have Lenovo A536 android 4.4 smartphone rooted with Kingroot app
I tried to update vibeUi this morning despite the warning of rooted device:angel:.Update failed and i removed the battery when screen stopped cause device didnt turn off from power button
>Phone now enters only Boot recovery menu and reaches till lenovo logo.The phone doesnt recognise SD Card
I tryed to wipe data/factory defaults and cache so far from boot recovery menu.The other options didnt work.
>Tried so far stock roms A536_S175_150105_ROW
, A536_S147_140910_ROW with Smart Phone Flash Tool a
nd Sp Flash Tool without any luck.Also Installed SDK Tools with 4.4.2 and run through CMD line
but commands wont respond.(trying adb bridge)
Please provide me with info explain me with details what should i do, because i am total amateur using
android tools.I know it was dumb to do those things to phone so i am paying the price now (The warranty of the phone is on if i messed it badly).

This is my first time posting in the group but this isn't my first time I'm rooting my devices. I'd been following the group since the modifications of galaxy y and I'd done it successfully(rooting and flashing ROMs).
Now, I bought lenovo yoga tab 2 1050L and I tried to install *root access following the process by *social design-concepts ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...-android-devices-root-temp-cwm-t2975096/page1 ). I'd followed every details, successfully installed tools on my computer. I started the process, open *bat launcher, the device status is online, but when I hit the oem trigger *T1, on PC screen it appears "waiting for device" and in my lenovo tablet it start to reboot but its STUCK!
This is the thing that appears in my lenovo screen after hitting " T1 " command;

PRODUCT_NAME - YT2
VARIANT - YOGA Tab1
HW_VERSION -
BOOTLOODER VERSION - unknown
IFWI VERSION - BLADE_21 . X64. ..............FFD8_X64_R_

Then, its stock, I'd waited for an hour but the android dude still lying down. I think he's tired.
Anyone out there who can make that android dude works? Please!!

hello guys, i am sorry for my stupidity, pls bear with me,
i am having lenovo z2 plus (indian version of Zuk Z2)
ROM 2.0.093 st version, with boot loader unlocked, hawing root acces, with TWRP recovery installed.
i was exploring the softwares, i came across TOOL ALL IN ONE from XDA and various options were there, by mistake i had clicked lock my boot loader.
immediately from that time my phone got stuck and i think its bricked, i am just getting led notification light on. when i long press power button it gets switched off, i tried QFIL and flashing but i am getting the msg : failed to switch to emergency download mode
it would be of great help if anyone could help me

I recently flashed my lenovo yoga tab 2 pro 1380l -android tablet with stock rom of lollipop. flash was 100% succesfull but after reboot this screen with some complicated text appeared. i tried flash again and again but it came every time . I tried typing "exit" with the help of external keyboard but nothing worked out so far. i tried to get bios setting but none of the combination of buttons but that also didnt work out. please help . screen text is attached with this thread.
