Always booting recovery

Hello
Im using CDMA Moto G XT1031.
I have tried every possible way to go back stock but the phone refuses. Even stock recovery will not show the red exclamation mark and continuous bootloops.
I have tried TWRP but no luck. Only Philz works, so I tapped Clean to install new ROM and flashed CM 11 Nightly via USB OTG (because sideload was not working however fastboot works)
Now even CM refuses to start and throws me back to recovery.
Please help
Thanks

i'm having same problems just like you...i'm on xt1032 o2 germany 4.4.2 with unlock bootloader when this problems begin,..
my problems solved when i'm flash my moto g with a sbf retail who has 4.4.4 kitkat update,..i'm flash my o2 german with germany retail 4.4.2 and then install philz recovery, and update with 4.4.4 german retail using sideload/usb otg and my moto g was back on the track..
but there's one problems,if i'm turn on my moto g normally he will booting to recovery..so i had go to bootloader mode and choose normal power up (option no.1) to normally booting.

But is it safe to flash a GSM image on CDMA just to revive it from virtually dead since factory recovery is also not working, only Philz works?

the point is that you must flash your moto g with a higher android version from what your moto g installed,...example if you have this problem on 4.3 so you must flash 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 and if on 4.4.2,so flash with 4.4.4..if for this time 4.4.4 update for cdma moto g was not yet available,i think u must wait until 4.4.4 update's coming.
i think cdma and gsm img is a different.

You should post in Moto G forum and not Omni. Some users have reported Wi-Fi issues and said that flashing Experience Kernel after flashing ROM fixed it, you will also need to flash old camera libs from Experience thread as well.
RESOLVED
PROBLEM RESOLVED:
So the reason is the 'persist' folder (located in root folder) missing a bin file named "WCNSS_qcom_wlan_factory_nv.bin"
Simply download it from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2619553 and put it into persist folder. Restart. And it works perfectly!!!

[ROM] Official Cyanogenmod 12 Installing Guide

CM12 Official!
Guys those who have flashed Official CM12 on XT1033 couldnt get signal in it.
Problem can be solved By The following steps:
Convert the XT1033 to GPe 4.4.2(Not 4.4.4) Click Here to know how to do that.
Flash the latest TWRP recovery. Please dont use Colockworkmod recovery, it didnt work for me.. Link is here
Flash the latest CM12 from Here
Flash the Lollipop gapps from Here
Flash Donkey kernel from Here (This is required to get a signal)
Reboot and enjoy!!
All the above files are not mine!!
The above process worked for my XT1033 Asia Moto G

Moto g 4g XT1040 ( can not get root accesos)

Hi, please I would like to install a ROM in my moto g 4g xt1040. Once I tried to install slim kat and it worked good. I used twrp recovery with my device rooted to flash slimkat ROM... Then I notice that there was a ROM , cyanogen mod 12, and I tried to flash it as I did with slimkat. But I did something wrong because it booted normal, but the screen was flickering, and I had no signal. So I had to get back to stock ROM. I restore a stock rom i found here in moto g 4g section, then I installed twrp recovery again, but I could not root my phone anymore, there was a message ( root missing , do you wish to install root , or you will lose root. I tried to install cwm recovery , but it was the same. I think that the stock ROM I flashed to restore my phone is not okay. I can not flash any other ROM anymore.
Someone can help me please. Maybe I am doing something wrong. If someone need more information, just ask me.
Thanks a lot ( sorry for my english)( new a world of rooms)

Hey, did you try re locking the bootloader and then unlocking it? And when you went to cm 12, why didn't you go back to slim kat?
Sent from my XT1064 using Tapatalk
Hello, I did not re locked the bootloader and locked it again. I have read something about update the bootloader, but I dont know exactly what to do first.
I didnt go back to slimkat because I have no signal for 3g ... When I set the APN a put all the necesary values for it, but when I put save it dessappered. The ROM didnt save the APN . that is why I tried CM 12, but my screen was flickering and I had no signal. The ROM didnt recognize me the sim card.
I tried to restore to stock my phone, and I installed stock brazil ROM( I am from Perú ), but after that I could not root my phone anymore.
I tried these roms for my moto g after installing stock brazil ROM with no root access.
CM12
SLIM 5.1
RESURECTION REMIX
PARANOID ANDROID.
all of them didnt boot or the screen flickered. In some cases there was a screen of " encryptation was not complete, restore to fábric and reboot" ( I think that is the message) .
If you can help me to install a ROM for my phone , or a stock ROM but with root.
Thank you

Moto g XT1033 stuck in PA 5.1 Boot Screen.. Help please !

Hi all
In order to use a custom rom , I did the following with my moto g XT1033.
It was running on android 4.4.4 wen i did all these.
1. Unlocked bootloader and flashed twrp 2.8.7.0.
2. Downloaded the latest PA build from here "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2614690"
3. And downloaded pico gapps.
4. When i flashed the rom it told that the bootloader is out of date. So i updated the bootloader following this thread "http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/falcon-bootloader-upgrader-tool-t3093793"
5. And when i flashed the rom it was flashed fine. And the gapps and supersu also.
But when i reboot it stucks in bootscreen. I tried wiping and flashing once again. It doesnt work. The bootloader and the recovery are remaining safe and good.
Shud i try a new different ROM or is there any problem with my procedure.. ???
The current bootloader version is 41.18. Moto g phones using 5.1.1 had bootloader version as 41.1A. Does this make a difference..?
Try another rom like aicp or euphoria
Hey my moto g3 cm 12.1 camera pictures taken with flash are black panorama pictures appear orange and slow mo is not working

No 41.18 is still fine (it also can be used for marshmallow ROMs e. g. CM 13 or CyanPop)!

Did you root your device after you unlock your bootloader? Maybe you can try to flash supersu first then try to reflash rom and gapps.
