When I got the TF I set up my gmail account to back up all the tablet info on as a hotmail account.
Now though, I want to change this email account to another hotmail account but Android (now) only let's you use a gmail account. Is there any way around this nuisance?
And no, please don't suggest I get a gmail account.
All of your apps that you have bought are linked to that account and there is no way of changing that afaik. The only way you could get it semi working is to link the accounts and set up auto forwarding
So I use hangouts as my SMS app now, and I have two email accounts. I have my own personal gmail account, and a gmail account from my school. The problem is that I can't technically log off of my school account on the hangouts app, nor can I log in. It is managed by the school, so it won't log into hangouts. So it is stuck between those and when I try to log in it says "could not connect to server". Also, whenever I connect to mobile data, it tries to log on every few minutes. So my question is, can I disable my school account ONLY for hangouts? (I need the account logged in for other google services)

Hi..
I just got a great idea how to get inbox invites for all
If someone with an invite would open new account with inbox (invite account) and post sign in details here
Then everyone without an invite just "hack" the invite system by logging in to the account and log out..
1.Download and install Google’s Inbox from Google Play
2.Add the invite account to your phone
3.Fire up Inbox and sign in with invite account.
4.Inside Inbox, open the left-side panel and tap “Manage Accounts.” Slide the switch for your account to “on.”
5.Delete invite account from your phone
what do you think ?
Unfortunately i dont have inbox so i cant create an invite account
How do I delete the gmail account on LG Volt?
Thanks in advance!
My Google account has a spare Gmail account associated with it that I don't want to appear in the Gmail app. I use the Gmail app with other, non-Gmail email accounts that I have.
Is there any way to disable the Gmail account from appearing at all in the Gmail app (and Calendar app, for that matter)? Simply telling Android not to sync the Gmail portion of my Google account isn't enough to do anything.
