Hmm, it's probably a ROM problem. Try asking in a thread for that ROM. I gave up on custom ROM's, always a glitch to mess things up...

Could be a man in the middle attack, where someone is reading your stuff through something like a proxy. Where is .at ?

It looks like a credential issue. Like it is having an issue making an https connection. This could be a virus. I got this on a pc because my time was not correct. Might try clearing credentials.

I reinstalled my ROM now works fine

[Q] Internet connection problem

Hello all
I'm having some internet issues right now. I can connect internet pretty well on wi-fi but when using network I cant open any web pages no matter what browser I'm using but I can use other internet related programs (Facebook, gmail , market etc.). This is the second time this problem occurs. First time I was using stock rom then I changed to virtuous unity and the problem was solved but now it started again. Anyone experienced this before? Or what can I do to solve this?
Could be kernel related
Swyped from HTC Desire S using XDA Premium
If its kernel related what can i do about it?

You should always try to provide as much information and details as possible, for example....
All of this can be got from Settings->About Phone-> software
What ROM?,
What RADIO (baseband)?
What Kernel?
Can be got by rebooting to recovery
what HBOOT?
Sorry for missing details.
Virtuous Unity v.1.31.0
20.28I.30.085AU_3805.06.02.03_M
Kernel unavailable
HBOOT: HBOOT 6.98.1002
Radio from bootloader. 3805.06.02.03_M
I think these are enough, I'll try to flash new kernel but before that i want to ask that if i'll lose anything? Or what will change?

Having the same experienced with you. Got problem with MMS too. Just now, I've called my network provider, it said that I need to tick "Data enabled" first if I want to use internet connection. If untick it, we cannot use the internet connection. Don't know whether working for you or not, but seriously working for me.

I don't use that ROM myself, but, I'm aware that they've released a later version about a week ago, so I'd be tempted to perform a full factory reset and then any additional wipe instructions that come with ROM installation which you'll usually find in post #1 and then upgrade to that.
I'd then apply which ever kernel that they recommend in the ROM thread (or you may find the new version comes with the new kernel). If you then continue to get issues try posting in the ROM thread as well as updating this thread as this may bring you more results....

It might not be related with rom because same issue happened before when i was using non-rooted stock rom. Anyway i going to apply new update with full wipe. I hope it wont occur again.

Q: WiFi issues

Lately I'm having trouble with my home WiFi. I haven't changed anything about the WiFi router it's settings, but lately my phone sometimes gets like WiFi-unresponsive. It stays connected but some (most) apps don't connect to the WiFi properly anymore.
As example my WhatsApp doesn't connect correctly anymore. It doesn't not send or receive messages, does not show " ....was last online.... ". Etc.....
But when I put my phone on and off airplane, or restart it, it works for a little time. After some time it gets stuck again (especially when idling on WiFi).
Any ideas?
Regards, Drago
Have you tried reflashing the kernel.

Dunno which setting you mean, but either way that should not be a problem. My phone shows me a full-bar connection with my own WiFi acces point, yet, still not sending the whatsapp messages, etc like I explained in OP. A poor connection is not the problem, at all!
What is your router encryption type? For best results I suggest WEP or WPA.

WPA2 I believe at the moment, but again, that should not be the issue, it worked for atleast half an year now, it just somehow suddenly started having issues...
It's for the fact I do alot of things with my phone in the (system) files that I just don't know exactly where I made a mistake to cause this...

Nice find!
So, now I tried a quick fix:
I opened my command prompt and cd's to my Android SDK installation, then I did:
adb shell busybox ifconfig wlan0 mtu 1500

It seems to work now, just not sure it it will work after restart. But I got no time to test right now.
Will do tomorrow!
Nope, it doesn't keep when restarting.
Also tried putting a file in /system/etc/init.d/ folder (only for ROMs with init.d support), with the line in there, but that doesn't work either...

What carrier are you with? You may have to setup an APN..
Google "APN Setup [Carrier Name Here]"
^^ pretty much what I had to do with my phone for data.

I just flashed those 4 leaked Odin firmware files in latest Odin and everything is working perfectly since then. Bootloader is included in those 4 files, of course.
i had the same issue, just flash the bootloader again in custom recovery
edit: or try this:go to dialpad and call *#0011#; than tap menu, hit wifi and turn "wifi power save mode" off

I installed the deodoxed rooted frimware from cypher*(I am not sure about the name)
So do you think that I have to install the original one and wipe my data and everything again -_-
My Internet connection is very slow and barely installed this frimware I am using now
So if you have an easier workaround to fix this problem please share it with me
Thanks in advance ^_^
EDIT: I have also tried the wifi power saving thing but nothing happened

Hi guys,
I have this problem.
In the last few weeks my 10.1 doesn't save the WiFi passwords.
Every time I turn off the device, I need to insert again the password of all the WIFI connections.
how can I fix that problem?
Thanks

My s7 crashes (app/UI has stopped) whenever I try to connect to new wifi network...

The problem appeared after upgrade to nougat. I tried factory reset, it was ok for the first hours and now, the problem returned.
Anyone facing the same problems?
Phone not rooted, running on official rom and problems occurs even in safe mode....

Hi
How did you upgrade?
OTA , flashing??
If OTA did you upgrade al your apps , maybe one of them is making trouble
If flashing , how? and also did you upgrade your apps
Hey, thanks for the answer. It was OTA. I suppose all apps are up to date since I restored to factory settings and re-installed them.
The problem is still there even in safe mode...

Hi
yeah is odd , i would think it has to be app related .....
When you get the error ..after you introduce the password? what about if you ask your phone to forget your old connection , it allows you to connect to the new one then?
I would try to wipe dalvik and cache from recovery and /or reflash stock rom again..maybe something went wrong at least the modem

I tried to wipe the cache with no success. I am on a trip right now, and I cannot wipe the dalvik for the moment.
I figured out a walkthrough though using a third party app called "WIFI manager". I even managed to install a certificate and use it for a connection to an "eduroam" network...
