Hi guys. I was wondering if you guys can guide me on how to setup Auto voice to trigger Google Search. I was using open mic + before and it works well. But I decided to use Auto Voice since Auto Voice provides more features. But I can't activate Google search whenever Auto voice continuous listening is on. It keeps on saying can't connect to Google. But if I turn the continuous listening off, Google search works. I downloaded the api and activated it in exposed framework but whenever I open the api, it's not showing the auto voice plug-in in the plug-ins tab. Any advice on how I can fix this technical problem?

Ok, this is very weird.
I've been using Google Voice for over 2 years now on Android. I've also had an app called GVmynumber which dials to my Google Voice then dials out a number. They've worked great.
Over the past week, I've been experiencing the following problem:
When the menu comes up asking me to call with google voice or call without google voice, and I choose call with google voice, then the same menu reappears. I click it again and it keeps reappearing. But if I click call without google voice it's fine.
Things I have tried:
1. Reinstalling the apps.
2. Rebooting.
3. Changing the google voice toggle back and forth.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
How can I get Google Now/Search to work offline? I've got Google voice typing to work offline through settings > language & input methods but I'm unable to use it with Google Now. Anyone have any ideas?
ex: I'd like to just say "Open Settings" to be able open the settings app without being online...
I'm struggling with this issue as well. Sometimes when I'm traveling, I'll be in an area with no data connection or WiFi. I can say "OK Google" to activate the voice search...however, any command I give it (i.e. Play 'artist') is met with "Can't reach Google at the moment. You can still use the mic to place calls. Say "Call" and a name or number." I know the offline voice recognition works, because I can turn off my WiFi and data and use the voice input to write text. I have Xposed installed and I tried the "GoogleOfflineVoice" module, but I'm still met with the same message.
Does anyone have any ideas of a work around for this? This is particularly frustrating because I used the Google Search API and Tasker to automate a lot of my phone usage while I'm in the car. However, if I don't have a data connection, it no longer functions.
If you don't have a data connection it's never going to work. It has to go to Google servers where the database is and all the heavy lifting takes place

When my HTC One is locked and I use a BT headset to use voice search, I only get the option to voice dial. I want to be able to access google now as the default voice search even when the phone is locked. Any ideas?
Hello All
Recently moved from iPhone to Samsung S6. Like anything new, it's been a bit frustrating. I'm now beginning to see the light! My main issue is with some voice. It's certainly no Siri. Can I get some assistance on how to use Google voice as my default voice to text. I drive all day and use Bluetooth. S voice is not doing the job for me.
Thx
Use Google now.It works really good.
Maybe you need siri[emoji12]
To disable S voice: Settings --> Applications --> Application manager --> S-Voice --> Press 'Disable'
I don’t know why, when I use Gboard voice input under LTE connection, screen show "can’t connect to Google" but it’s no problem under Bluetooth connection.
Theory:
Wont there be a conflict here:
Google voice commands.
Meaning when you use Gboard, it may disconnect google voice commands while you do so?
(Whats the name now for voice control when you say 'google, play..'?)
possible bug.
In effect your lte drops connection to online google when using Gboard until your finished, and give connection back to google voice?
They may think your trying voice Gboard to hack lte lol...
I experienced the same issue with Gboard and Voice on my W4 Classic LTE, but I "thought" (maybe wrong) that the issue was caused by the W4 LTE not having Google Assistant installed. Gboard is not the "Default" keyboard and all its mic function might be looking to link to Google Assistant not Samsung Bixby.
