mayb u would try out the DXKF1, its latest for DX rom
connet to PC and check with Kies, to see is your phone still regonise by the them.
Malaysia version is XME, after i flush with DXKB2, it become Korea version, and Kies said the phone can not be updated.
@chongns: You need to change your CSC use *#272*<your IMEI># to change CSC to your country code http://samfirmware.com/samsunglettercode.htm
So I've just got my new Galaxy SII plus today and I'm sorta a total newb when it comes to the world of flashing . I'm wondering if it's possible to flash a stock firmware from another country in this case possibly a Hong Kong (I9105PZSAMH1) firmware, over a stock firmware from a different country/region of the phones origin (in this case some European countries (Italy, France, Belgium, United Kingdom etc. with the firmware number I9105PXXAMC2).
If I were to do this, would there be any side affects (like bricking) or would the phone work fine and exactly the same as it should be?
Has anyone tried this before?
Thanks in advance

Yes bro I had been doing this practice for years. And no side effects at all. Go ahead and flash other country's frimware. Only csc differs.

I just want to confirm, if I were to flash another stock from a different region, would I be flashing the radio (the baseband version) from that region as well?
Because I'm in Australia, and because I'm flashing a HK stock firmware over the European firmware.
and I'm unsure if the HK baseband version will work just as well as the current baseband version that I'm using. (Which is working very well)
Because apparently the radio towers in HK are closer together there, where as here they are further apart.

Hi guys.
I was wondering if there is a way we can trick Kies to recognize the phone (S2 plus NFC) that it belongs to a country that has already received the official Android 4.2. I ask this because for Romania has not yet given update to 4.2 and I do not want to use any Odin. Also, if you can fool Kies it is possible to lose your phone warranty?
If we fool Kies it is possible to return to the basic android?

For warranty I think you need install original stock firmware you had when you've bought phone (for Vodafone I don't think you have one on Sammobile..)
If it will be an official update for Romania (Vodafone), you can install it via Odin from Sammobile firmware list. CSC will be modified to the stock's one.

Exactly.
Just received an unbranded new 920F that is on C0I9 firmware and appears to be from the UAE. Sammobile shows a QOLK from TIM Italy dated Jan 4 2016.
What is the latest firmware I need without getting carrier specific bloat installed (if possible). I don't want UAE firmware.
Thanks!

Thanks.. Is this branded to a French network with boot logo and bloatware? I'm so confused with with these international versions. Also, how will future updates be delivered? I'm on AT&T.

Hi. Yeah...I'm using international versions now as well. You can get updates via Kies...but I've noticed some regions get updates faster and at different times. I've found just keep track of unbranded and Odin them when u feel like upgrading. My phone was originally UAE...I just turned it into DDE (German) OK2 firmware. Runs great....ZERO bloat. It's awesome. I'm on TMO
France XEF gets fast updates trust me, and about bloadtwares it's good enough for me so is for u i hope, and no special boot logo only the original
cheers
I am unable to flash any firmware with odin without error, can you help?
Hi, I'm in the US and I received my new S7 G930F International today with baseband G930FXXU1DQB1, Android 7.0 and wish to downgrade to Marshmallow 6.01, where can I find the proper FW for this?
From what I've been able to find so far I have this,
XX = COUNTRY CODE (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom)

Hi mate
Use an app like PhoneInfo to find out what is your active CSC , this will tell you what country is the firmware from
You can flash the firmware of any country you want , just make sure that its CSC has the country specific features you need ( like Wif calling or VoLTE)

Hi mate
You have and unbranded Panamanian firmware
My question would be is it working good in the USA , are you missing any carrier option like wifi calling or VoLTE?
If not you can use any of the 6.0.1 from here (TPA)
http://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?r=TPA&v=&q=g930f&exact=1
Here you use Odin and i would use AP, BL , CP and CSC ....not quite sure if you could use home_csc to save your data, using CSC will factory reset your phone....i would use that option
This option here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvq2-XRisDI
Downgrade your phone and save your data but is not a 100% downgrade as it does not flash the bootloader and the modem.......
Why you want to downgrade anyhow?

Hi @MAX 404, thanks for that link, it's a genuine PITA sifting thru all of the firmware over there. I'm with Consumer Cellular (AT&T) and the reason for the downgrade (6.01), I want to just root (CF-Auto-Root) without a custom recovery atm.
Also, things seem to be running fine with this firmware, data etc. though I haven't used it much. I don't use WiFi calling so have no real need for that. Curious, though what would be a better or closer firmware other than Panama as I have to admit I'm a bit overwhelmed with the sheer number of firmware choices.

Know makes sense...
All of them are pretty much the same no big difference other than what i mention and that some of them may upgrade sooner than others....
Check UK unbranded , is good and maybe a little closer

Question, is there a logical reason why there isn't a more USA proper ver?

Yes, In the USA they do not have the G930F ( exynos chipset) they comercialice the snapdragon version.....with a lock bootloader
Myself i think the one you got is better
That is why you do not have a G930F USA firmware

Quick question, just so I'm square on this, I read somewhere but forgot where, how these files are handled, in their respective slots, CSC, CP, BL, AP but what is done if at all of the "HOME" file?
Edit: I found that it should be ignored and just use the regular CSC file, I do opt for a full wipe anyhow.

Hi
That is right , you should use home_csc only if is the same one that is in your phone and you want to keep the user date , with CSC you will wipe the phone and have a clean install...better that way
deleted.
