INSTRUCTIONS
(1) FOR CM11.0
If You Are Using czechop's CM11.0 don't need wipe your data or factory reset,only update your phone with my Rom.
Copy the ROM Zips in SDCard
Backup your Data
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe system partition (Wipe>Advanced>system(mark only)>swipe to Wipe)
DO NOT Wipe Data Factory Reset
DO NOT Wipe Cache / Dalvik Cache any where
Flash ROM Part1.zip
Flash ROM Part2.zip
[DO NOT Wipe Cache / Dalvik Cache any where & Reboot your Milestone 2 and wait about 10 min for complete boot.
Reboot 2 or 3 times to get a stable performance
(2) FOR Any Other ROM
If You are coming from 2.2 or Any other version of CM's Rom...
Copy the ROM Zips and any files you need to SDCard
Root your milestone 2 ,and install dorid2bootsrtap.apk :- Download Link ,open it then Touch "Bootstrap Recovery" ,see Success! Touch ok ,& Touch Reboot recovery.
in CWM : go to Mount and Storage > format system & > format data & > format cache
Install Tezet's CM10 :- Download Link
Reboot recovery (Don't Access Rom boot)
Install czechop's CM10.2 :- Download Link
Reboot recovery (Don't Access Rom boot)
Install czechop's CM11.0 :- Download Link
*** Reboot and Wait Rom boot Complete ***
Reboot to Recovery
DO NOT Wipe Data Factory Reset
[DO NOT Wipe Cache / Dalvik Cache any where
Flash ROM Part1.zip

Thanks for really nice ROM! But how to overclock it ? Bootmenu isn't here (at least I don't know how to activate it) - it's not in the Czechop's ROM as well, but it's overclocked by default to 1300 MHz. This one ends up at standard 1000 MHz and even SetCPU can't do anything with it.

Sorry for making noise. Bootmenu is there, but I was pressing probably bad keys or whatever... No problem, already overclocked at 1300 MHz.

After install ROM my Gmail stop. Iam use a czechop's ROM.
Its very fast realy, my only problem is keyboard, expected, and gmail.

Yes, GMail force closes here as well and cannot be restarted.

Perfect news, but somewhat cannot install Part2 .
The recovery cannot find META-INF/com/google/android...
md5sum of the file seems correct.
A trial to check the contents of the file directly on the MoMi does this:

The same check of Part1 goes well through all the file.
On the desktop computer, attempt to unzip does this:

There are the following methods (at least know to me):
- WIth original (but rooted) firmware: Use SetCPU app. It allows to overclock to 1200 MHz.
- WIth this ROM: At first, boot to bootmenu. Power your phone on, carefully watch the LED and when it glows blue, immediately press the Volume Up or Down key. Then, Go to CPU Settings. There are 4 clocks - Clk1 - Clk4. You can change their values. I'm obviously increasing Clk4 to 1300 from 1000 and Clk3 to 1000 from 800. I'm not touching the first two. You can also modify the CPU voltage settings - search the net, what the values mean and what's meaningful to set. Then, reboot your phone, and go to the Settings/Performance/CPU and set the maximum frequency to the newly established one. That's it.

my ROM based on czechop 18.07.2014 cm11.0, and bootmenu, recovery ,basebond and android version is the same.
i suggest u backup your phone then flash my ROM.

Yes, there is TWRP in this ROM, as it is in principle the Czechop's ROM with extra stuff.
I believe that rollback may be accomplished by flashing back the Czechop's ROM (so keep it on your SD) and wiping cache/dalvik.

Ok, I'll try it. Will this ROM play online tv live, such as http://www.euronews.com/news/streaming-live/?

Hi!
It's strange. Again having problems with flashing. I've followed the same instructions as for Czechop's CM11, even I was updating from KK+ 25.08.14. After wiping /system and attempting to flash part 1, an error occured very early and flash was aborted. md5sum is identical with the one I have on a PC, so no transfer error, and unzip reads the file cleanly, no problems as with the previous Part2.
Is the flashing procedure from older KK+ the same as for Czechop's CM11 ?

Hi friends, sorry i'm too late than i expected. Day's passed on swiftly and i'm here to just release the alpha of Silverlight 5.

It has been ported from Alcated 918D [MTK 6573]
Everything works fine. (Special thanks to yasir bro for testing it !!!)

Another important thing is that, I'm making this port an open-source port. Since, i saw new rom makers emerging, it would be easy for them to cook/build custom ROMs from this port.

Installation Instructions (SL-v3):
NOTE: Its is highly recommended to make a complete nandroid backup(including boot.img) before installing. Do not boot your phone in between.
Also disable Signature verification every time you flash a zip because they are not signed.
1) Download 'SilverLight-3_by_balamu96m.7z'. Extract it. Then you'll have SilverLight_Part1_by_balamu96m.zip , SilverLight_Part2_by_balamu96m.zip & SilverLight_Part3_by_balamu96m.zip(These are flashable zips. So do not extract them)

2) Copy all the three & place it in your sdcard. (preferably at the root).

3) Now boot into recovery (modded or CWM) and choose - flash zip from sdcard --> select zip from sdcard --> select SilverLight_Part1_by_balamu96m.zip.
Let it install without any error. DO NOT TRY BOOTING.

4) Now, before installing SilverLight_Part2_by_balamu96m.zip, mount 'System' & 'Data' in recovery (i.e) mounts --> system and then data. Now install SilverLight_Part2_by_balamu96m.zip by steps followed above !. DO NOT TRY BOOTING.

THATS ALL !! You have successfully installed SilverLight™ 3 !!
Now boot your phone. First boot may take long time (even 10 minutes !), but don't worry. It will boot !!
STEPS TO ENABLE A2SD after installing the ROM:
NOTE: If you had done this already for Bala's ROM v1.5, no need to do again.
1) Make a backup of all your sdcard files in your computer because partitioning will erase all your files.
2)Now boot in recovery --> partition sdcard --> partition sdcard --> Swap size: 0mb --> Choose size of the partition that you prefer (recommended 1024mb)(not more than 1399 mb because beta 04 supports till that only)
Let it partition your sd without any error !!
[NOTE: If you are partitioning for the 1st time with recovery, the default type of the partition will be ext2 - that is what we need & with this a2sd will work .
If you have mistakenly upgraded your partition to ext3 or ext4, then use MiniTool Partition Wizard (its free) and change your partition to ext2. Only then a2sd will work.]
Now boot normally. Now with the help of A2SD GUI app, make apps to be stored in sdcard(will be on the main-screen!). Your phone will reboot once or few times. Read more about using A2SD GUI in the following 2nd or 3rd post !!
VOILA !! a2sd is working !!! You can verify/view its space with titanium backup app !!
Now you can place all your files back on your sdcard.
With recovery you can even backup your sd-ext whenever required. (sd-ext is the place where apps which you install will be stored)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS [v1.5] :
NOTE: Its is highly recommended to make a complete nandroid backup(including boot.img) before installing.
Also disable Signature verification every time you flash a zip because they are not signed.
1) Download 'Bala's_ROM_v1.5.7z'. Extract it.
You will have a folder named 'Bala's_ROM_v1.5'
In that you'll have PART-1.zip , PART-2.zip & PART-3.zip(These are flashable zips.So do not extract them)
2) Copy the folder & place it in your sdcard's root.
3) Now boot into recovery and choose - flash zip from sdcard --> select zip from sdcard --> #open folder#'Bala's_ROM_v1.5' --> select PART -1.
Let it install without any error. Now try booting your mobile. The phone will not boot (more clearly: should not boot if installation completed correctly ! lol !)
4) Now, before installing PART-2, mount 'System' & 'Data' in recovery (i.e) mounts --> system and then data. Now install PART-2 by steps followed above !
[Now try booting. It should boot now !! LOL ]
[WHAT YOU BOOTED ABOVE IS NOT THE FULLY WORKING ROM, MANY THINGS DOESN'T WORK !! SO BOOT AGAIN TO RECOVERY ]
4) Again, with similar steps followed before, install PART-3.
5) After installing PART-3, a do a full wipe/Factory reset in the recovery. (It is a must)
THATS ALL !!This is Complete Version 1.5. You have successfully installed VERSION 1.5. Sorry for making it large. I'll try reduce it later.
STEPS TO ENABLE A2SD after installing the ROM:
1) Make a backup of all your sdcard files in your computer because partitioning will erase all your files.
2)Now boot in recovery --> partition sdcard --> partition sdcard --> Swap size: 0mb --> Choose size of the partition that you prefer (recommended 1024mb)(not more than 1399 mb because beta 04 supports till that only)
Let it partition your sd without any error !!
[NOTE: If you are partitioning for the 1st time with recovery, the default type of the partition will be ext2 - that is what we need & with this a2sd will work .
If you have mistakenly upgraded your partition to ext3 or ext4, then use MiniTool Partition Wizard (its free) and change your partition to ext2. Only then a2sd will work.]
Now boot normally. Now with the help of A2SD GUI app, make apps to be stored in sdcard(will be on the main-screen!). Your phone will reboot once or few times. Read more about using A2SD GUI in the following 2nd or 3rd post !!
VOILA !! a2sd is working !!! You can verify/view its space with titanium backup app !!
Now you can place all your files back on your sdcard.
With recovery you can even backup your sd-ext whenever required. (sd-ext is the place where apps which you install will be stored)

1. Download the file 'Balas_ROM_v1.01_GB_signed_update.zip' and copy it to your sdcard - root of the sdcard is preferred.
2. Flash it as 'update.zip' in modded recovery.
(i.e) [for beginners] Go to recovery --> Flash zip from sdcard --> choose zip from sdcard and select Balas_ROM_v1.01_GB_signed_update.zip
NOTE: Since the file is signed there is no need to disable signature verification !!
Let the installation process complete without any error.
Then reboot.
Voila !! Your new ROM is booting !!
Deodexed version may take some more time to boot than normal. Don't get afraid !

USING A2SD GUI [For v1.5+]
'A2SD settings' on the app's main screen.
------You can choose where apps that you install should be saved either in sd-ext (sdcard partition) or your internal memory.
------ 'Zipalign on boot is off' - is recommended because the ROM is already zipaligned and doing it again on boot will take more time to boot.
------'Swap is deactivated' - I have not used it.....maybe you/anyone can try and reply !
DALVIK:
-- You can choose where Dalvik cache should be saved. Go more info on Dalvik-cache, try googling n reading the wiki about it.Other things can remain the same......

Some more:
One thing to remember - sd-ext is like internal memory for phone, but phone can't find how much space is used or left in sd-ext. Titanium backup will help you there......
All third-party/system apps will tell that apps are installed in phone memory......you should understand that sd-ext is also like internal memory for phone and all other apps !!
Apps should be installed normally .......but your free space in internal memory will remain the same even after installing apps.....you'll notice that ur sd-ext space will be reducing........
Phone can't find how much space is left in sd-ext but titanium backup will help you to know !!
If you find decrease in phone memory even when a2sd in enabled, use a2sd gui to reinstall all app to sd-ext.....u can also type this command in terminal emulator :
su
a2sd reinstall
More over one should not move apps to sdcard in 'application settings' when using a2sd !!

i am able to Restore my nandroid backup done by me.... but when i tried your.. its not getting installed....
it shows "Oops... Something went wrong..." message.
[ i am using same recovery (fly blackbird iq260) in my phone as u hav posted screenshots above....
wanna try this rom...

1. i hav wiped all data
2. i hav wiped SD card
3. disabled sign verification
4. unzipped yor rom and puted in proper folder.
5. but i selected to restore yor rom its shows some ..... (dots) for few second and shows oops something went wrong...
6. i am not able to install yor rom... using and testing its a later thing...

about the RAM consumption, without ant app running, i'm getting 101 mb free and 128mb used..........it looks to ok but need to improve............

DeOdexing is the process of re-bundling that uncompressed critical data (.odex files) back into your compressed .apk (& .jar) files, so that now all of the data is included in the .apk files necessary to run your applications without the presence of .odex files
In addition all the data is now included within the .jar files necessary to utilize your framework components without .odex files. In a DeOdexed file structure, there are no odex files present.
What is the benefit of DeOdexing?
Deodexing doesn't speed your phone up or do anything of the sort.
It is simply something that is necessary to be able to theme a stock ROM.
Theoratically it should slowdown phone but practically it is negligible.
zipaliging is the process of reorganizing the manner in which the .apk is packaged to optimized it for being parsed faster by the android OS, it is comparable if not better than the odex file structure, so you get the best of both worlds; a themed ROM and the speed of an optimized file structure.
If one can implement all things properly phone will defenately speed up.
i will also make custom rom... but in my vacation. till i will use others.

edit: already posted the ans !! any way i'm posting it !!
Harassing ?? Not at all !! i have no problem dude !!
Well, i don't think flashing will affect your phone because i'll have to do it many a times a day and not just 4 times !!
When ever i try and flash my ROM and many a time it'll get struck at boot screen. So i'll be restoring/flashing it many a times a day !
Still thats my view.....i dunno really !
Deodexing.........in simple terms it is like this:
Our phone splits the apks and jars (only system apks and jars) into '.odex' files for fast processing of those files ..........but when the app is split into .apk/.jar file and .odex file, it not possible to edit them and make changes. when those files are deodexed or when we flash a deodexed ROM, the two files, '.odex' file and '.apk/.jar' are combined together and we will have only the apk or jar file and not the .odex file.......hence it makes editing or modifying possible. Also,only because of this, deodexed ROM takes some more time to boot!!
So because of this we can say that it related to theming........that too 'native' theme and not just Launcher' theming which are provided by GO Launcher etc.
I hope you understand...........!! Now any one can easily make themes for our phone !! just edit framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk, modify,test and upload !!

error ?? i didn't get any...........try disabling signature verification...........also try clearing cache, dalvik cache and data [clear data only after a backup via Titanium Bakup or nandroid]

works good with 10mb more then other roms.
but there is some problem with status bar(notification bar)...
it stops working when i connect usb cable wid my pc...
so i think problem is with battery application.

Locked Bootloader Installation Instructios
I recomend staring on rooted .31 firmware. Make a nandroid backup before you do anything
1a) download rom zip & ftf file place rom zip on the root of sdcard not in a folder.
2)Download & install CWM from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2333078 the jb kernel to reflash is .21 FW just flash my kernel ftf.
3) Boot into CWM wipedata/factory reset wipe cache partition Navigate to Advanced wipe Dalvik cache
4) Next navigate to mounts & storage format/system (ONLY SYSTEM)
5) Next go to install zip from sdcard. Then Choose zip from sdcard. Find my AVD Rom V1.x.zip install.
6) When Installation has finished navigate back to advanced and choose fix permitions
7) After that take the battery out for at least 10 seconds[/COLOR] (NOOB'S DO NOT LET THE PHONE BOOT UP AS THE ICS KERNEL IS STILL INSTALLED YOU WILL GET A BRICK)
7) Take out battery Flash my kernel ftf or you can use vengeance kernel.
8) Open flashtool drag my Stock Kernel ftf file you downloaded into the flashtool window when files have finished preparing connect phone in flashmode (hold vol- key while connecting usb) when its finished flashing reboot. Enjoy.

Unlocked Bootloader Installation Instructions
1) Download rom zip, ftf & Addon if you want it. place Rom & Addon zip on externel sdcard
2) Fastboot CM10 kernel for CWM. Boot into CWM
3) Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partiton, go to advanced wipe dalvik cache. then go to mounts & storage format system.
4) Go to install zip from sdcard choose zip from externel sdcard. flash rom.
5) when installation is finished go back to advanced choose fix permissions.
6) Next take out battery open flashtool & flash my kernel ftf
7) Reboot device. Enjoy

But I've got to say it's really a great rom, and for the first time I'm not sad about not beeing able to unlock my bootloader. Can wait a couple more years until someone figures that one out.

Don't format sdcard with CWM.
Download ROM again, it could be corrupted.

I've already installed a previous rooted version of this rom, and now this. A few times until I got it right. From the beggining to end, maybe 30/40 minutes. It's not that long. But I really hope that someone manages to put cwm working on JB.
But you should update to this rom, since it has Flashgordon working and any changes that are made to it will be easilly flashable.

I could probley port a CWM but i dont have a linux laptop im saving up for one but it will take quite a while plus id like to port cm10.1 for locked bootloader but again i have to wait for a linux laptop.

Poland has got method for the cwm for JB Well i installed this rom and i liked this....fast, light, smooth a few of the applications,all mods in one Great JOB gavster!!!!

I have an FNF Ifive x2 unit with defective USB port. But I have Kasty 1.1.5 on it and working CWM installed. Is it possible to install the latest build of your ROM and gapps directly from the sd card without using the flasher tool?

Hi, yes should work but please make sure you can make a backup and restore with CWM because and avoid a software brick.
If you have performance issues i think is because you are in old kernel.img, if you ask me i can help you to make a patch to flash.
Read the installation section with upgrading steps!

Ok, so these are the steps I should follow:
1: BACKUP
2: Flash your ROM and Google Apps(regarding the installation section)
3: Test it
4: Flash new kernel if it's slow
I'm think I'm OK with the first 3 steps. But for kernel flashing I will need your help. So far I only flashed kernel.zip files files onto my devices (Motorola Defy, LG P880), I don't know how to flash .img files.

I need help, I flashed the 11.30 ROM then I stucked in bootloop (CM 10.1 logo rotating, then reboot). I did the format as you described and I wiped cache and dalvik. Now I managed to start in CWM Recovery (needs tricks with the buttons, since time interval is very short). Do you have idea what to do next?

1 - turn off your X2
2 - keep pressed volume-up then press power key (volume-up keep pressed)
3 - from cwm make complete backup of your x2
4 - copy downloaded zip file to sd card
5 - look for INSTALL ZIP inside cwm
6 - after finish installation - restart - thats it.

This Whole Concept was a Big Gigantic Hack by ACRD Team.
**Neither Device Manufacturer’s nor Android . Let It Like this.**
How it works?
Normally when you boot your phone, the kernel (or boot.img) file loads all the files from all partitions like /system, /data, /cache, /firmware…etc. So to have Dual Boot you need to edit the boot.img of the CustomROM such that it loads all the files from the /system2, /data2
To Achieve that We Partition the Device using Parted Commands in Zips ..We Uses Intelligent OpenRecoveryScript Commands To Flash them Automatically..In a Order Wise..
In a Short way I'm Explaining How this Stuff works.. our current rom which was in /system /data .we back up that rom .Our Script flash this Boot-To-Secondary_BackUp_Rom.zip this contains a modified recovery.& boot when we restores the rom it'll sent to /system2 & /data2 . Now what happens is our current rom is moved to secondary partitions.. Now /system /data are empty right so we can install our custom roms there ..

How To Use This Ultimate Tool
Step 1 -: Select The Custom rom zip which you are going to install. Either Select The zip or it's boot.img
Step 2 -: Now Select your Custom TWRP Recovery.img in the Second Browse
Step 3 -: Here’s the Main Part. Now What You Have to do is .
- You need to pick up the boot.img from your current ROM i.e.
- Either you select the current rom zip . (“Which Is Flashed Already In your Device”) or select the boot.img from Your current rom zip
- OR If You Don't Have Your Current rom zip.. you can use these app From PlayStore To backup your Current bootpartition. (boot.img)
Rashr Open the app>Click On backup>Kernel backup>filename.img BackUpFile.img is Located In
Step 4 -: Once All the above *.img's / *.zips was selected . Select your device Then click start wizard It'll automatically does the necessary patches for your device & opens the folder.
Keywords:
1. Boot-To-Secondary_BackUp_Rom.zip = This Zip Is used to boot into Your Rom WHICH IS RESTORED VIA RECOVERY.This Zip Contains the patched recovery & patched boot.
2. Boot-To-Primary_Custom_Rom.zip = This Zip Is used to boot into cutom rom.This zip contains normal TWRP recovery & your Selected Custom rom Boot.img file.
3. /sdcard1 = Ext-card / Micro sd card
The Opened Folder Usually look Like This.
Flashing Process
Step 1 -: Paste that Folder Into Your Ext-Card Root Folder.. Like This
Note:: Always The path of DualBoot Folder & Sub Folders In Ext-card Root Folder (/sdcard1/DualBoot/AboveFolders/**.zip)has to Be Maintained..Otherwise No Flashing Will Work..
Step 2 -: Copy the Custom Rom Which you want to install And paste It in Install This Rom Folder..Check the Above picture..
I Assume you have done all Backup Of Internal & Cust EFS,Persist,Firmware Partitions​
Step 3 -: Install Our DualBootManagerApp..You Can Find it in DualBoot Foder .Click On Wizard-->Click Create Partitions…Like Below..Now The Magic Starts..It Took Around 20 Min. Don’t Interrupt the process… Now Enjoy Your Coffee / Ramen
That’s it Guys..With In Three Steps..you Are in DualBoot.. Once the Above Process Done Perfectly You’ll Be Again Boot back to Your Current Rom..Again Use Our App..To Switch between Os’s..

A) Simply Follow Step 1 & Step 2 In How to use Dual boot wizard. Then Click Start Wizard..Then You’ll Get New Boot-To-Primary_Custom_Rom.zip In /DualBoot/2-SwitchOS..Copy That Zip And paste It In Your Micro-Sdcard..The Path Should Be Like /sdcard1/DualBoot/2-SwitchOS/ Paste The New File In here …Use our App to Switch to Primary os..Then Reboot to recovery..There flash Your new Custom Rom zip..
NOTE If you Are Changing(Flashing New) Custom Roms .Then You have to do the above process. Then Only Your Device Will boot into that particular Custom rom.You have to do this every time When Ever You Are Changing Custom Rom. The Main Purpose Of This Zips is to Switch between Custom rom to secondary (backUp) Rom. If You Didn’t change the boot.img while installing new rom.you cannot switch between roms.
2. If you Face Any Error Which Cant Be resolved..
A) Flash A full rom via edl mode. (Download Mode)
3) How to change(Flashing new) secondary(backup) rom.if i get any new update..
A) Changing the backup rom which was in /system2 /data2 was lenthy..it is like a permanent rom..I mean it's not easily changable ..if u want to change it no matter what..Here's one way.Use the wizard tool again from the beginning by browsing your new update rom in secondary os.then copy the new files in ext-card "DualBoot" folder..Then Start Remove partition process then Install Your updated rom.. there in that rom do what ever changes you want.Install Our App.Then Start the flashing process like from the beggining...
4) What Do i have to do if i want to flash any xposed or dolby or super su or any zips in any rom..
A) No Worries just Flash Them Normally as usual in recovery.. If it didn't work then report us.we'll look in that
5) When Will We Get This Awesome Tool & App For Our Other Xiaomi Devices...
