I have rooted my galaxy ace 2. Firstly i had a problem with CWM to install kitkat but when i installed JB 4.3 CM it updated to 6.0.4.5 and i finally instaled my kitkat 4.4.4.
After a while i noticed that i have no signal at all. I [email protected] and i even cant switch type of network( GSM etc) it just says "unknown"
i tried all, even i installed all version of kitkat, now im still back @ JB with no succes
Could you help me? what could i more do? my IMEI all right

Hello everyone.I need some desperate help to resolve this issue.I attached two files,one shows my phone version and the other message I get when I click on Wi-fi which comes on and stays there and my WIFI does not work.I am not rooted currently.Here is what happened.I was on I377UCUAMF3 baseband and build version.I rooted my phone with SD card and installed safestrap and recovery hashcode provided.While on that recovery I restored my phone on stock using a backup I took from when I was on UCUAMDL version.That's why my about device showing different baseband and build number.I tried to root again both with motochopper and SD card root methods and both does not work.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I installed this version of Cyanogenmod but from that moment it disabled the Wi-Fi not enabled, move the switch from "No to Yes" but immediately passes to "No" and shows no error message, I went back to wing version U.S. retail 4.4.2 already JB 4.3 Retail Argentina but it is the same, everything else works perfect, even went back to lock and unlock the bootloader if not someone who has been the same.

I had quite the same problem yesterday.
I solved it by installing the faux kernel, due to some fckd up things when upgrading..
i have the same problem here, wifi can't been enabled, my device is a retail en.de. i've triel to flash back to stock 4.3 or to flash the 4.4.2 en.US file, with CWM to flash CM11, still the same problem.
please help me.

i have a Moto G 16GB retail. I am currently on Android 4.4.2. My baseband is always on ...y
I tried to reflash the baseband but without success. I downgraded my rom to Android 4.3, but nothing happens.
It is always on baseband ...y. The effect is, that i have currently no signal, IMEI = 0
All other functions are working well. Can anyone help me to change my baseband to ....R
Device is unlocked and rooted. If i try to flash over TWRP or CMW nothing happens afterwards.
I tried all threads here on xda to change my baseband, but i have no success yet.
Help is needed urgently. Thanks for help!

I have Samsung galaxy pop s5570 mobile. It ran an android official gingerbread 2.3.6. Its baseband version is s5570DDKQ7. I have installed cyanogenmod 10.1 on it. Everything works fine except GPRS (packet data). I have set APN settings and all these things, but It can't connect to internet.Please provide necessary solution. I have flashed ROM from below link.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2085347.After installing the baseband version remains same as before s5570DDKQ7.
First double check your apn config. May be u r making a mistake.
If same happen then check with any other sim .
And if u faces same issue then either re flash rom again with correct procedure or change the rom.

I recently got a Moto G 4G XT1039 in the UK which was on the o2 network, which I've unlocked.
I want to use my Three network simcard, which works fine on stock firmware, BUT the baseband is o2's one, so with my three sim card the data works, but calls doesn't "mobile data not available" so...
Can I flash a stock standard baseband?
I've tried unlocked bootloader and installed CM12 but it get stuck in bootloop at the cm animation, so i've restored to stock... I'm oblivious what to do next?!?
Any help would be appreciated...
I just want calls to work!

Ok i've read I need to intall cm11 first to get it to boot as cm12 just stuck in boot animation but for the life of me cant find any cm11 download links, anyone know any?

Hi, please help, moto g xt1039 works fine on 2g calling.. but when select 3g or lte,
it doesn't connect call, always call ended automatically.. any solution please..??
Did you ever update the phone to 5.1 stock ?, if so it should work fine. If however you went straight from KitKat to CM12, that's your problem, the radio firmware needs to be updated. Links to it are in the stock image threads on this board.
