Is there any method to s-off htc one s (s4) HBOOT 2.15.0000; RADIO 1.11.50.05.28; CID HTC_032 ; ROM ViperOneS 3.2.1; Baseband version: 1.11.50.05.28_10.27.50.08L ? I tried do it via firewater, but it fails
I I read that Moonshine is compatible only with :
3.14.531.11 (T-MOB)
3.16.666.9 (BM)
3.16.111.10 (TMO_DE)
3.16.661.4 (Telus)
Is this method is good for me (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155135) ? if so, how it is possible to change the CID without S-Off ? I'm not sure I understand everything. Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?
I have your exact situation..I have tried rumrunner and firewater and both didn't work. Don't know what to do...

As long as you are S-ON you cant downgrade HBOOT any way...not even by running a RUU
as you are 1.27 HBOOT....you can try JB SOFF noob proof guide here
then once you obtain SOFF you can run any RUU
Also for running RUU ...your cid should match the RUU's otherwise RUU will fail
if you are superCID and SON then any ICS RUU runs
or
if you are superCID and SOFF then ANY RUU will run for you
use JB soff and then you can downgrade you hboot by flashing 1.18 firmware
Hi! First time posting in this amazing community...
I have an HTC One S (T-Mo). I was fooling around with it and flashed it with HTC_Europe 3.16 firmware. I didn't realize that the device was SuperCID already, and flashing changed the CID to HTC__001. (CRAP)
It's also S-ON (double CRAP)...
So here I am:
-I can't Facepalm because I can't get SuperCID.
-I can't Moonshine because the CID is HTC__001 and doesn't match the MID (T-Mobile), so neither the Europe nor T-Mo RUUs work...
So - how can I get the device back to SuperCID or T-Mo US CID...? Currently running Philz CWM and Cyanogenmod 10.0...
Thanks!

AFAIU it all depends on the xxx after the 3.16. in the version of the firmware, which method is likely to work with your device.

I was able to change to supercid with the same config as you have ( 3.16.401.8 and origo cid HTC__001) so it should for you. If you'll manage to supercid just get s-off useing facepalm metod. Worked for me.
Sent from my HTC One S
if you got the xxxxxxx.9 it wont work indeed.
but on the xxxxxxxx.8 supercid/facepalm method should work, i did this myself back then.
since hboot didnt change going from .8 to .9, it might be possible to reflash the ruu to get back on .8 (as you did before i presume).
but if the ota going to .9 did change something permanent its a bust.
I believe the RUU I tried flashing was HTC_Europe_3.16.401.8_Radio_1.11.50.05.28_10.27.50.08L...
-If I go the Facepalm route, I have to SuperCID. I can't because I am unable to change mmcblk0p4 (write-protection, I'm guessing. I did take the JB OTA from T-Mobile at one point...)
-If I go the Moonshine route, the device crashes when Moonshine tries the ADB test (reboot from bootloader). This happens using the ville_3.16.661.4 and ville_3.14.531.11 versions...
Possible solutions:
1. Downgrade hboot to an earlier version without write-protection on mmcblk0p4 so I can SuperCID -> Facepalm. I'm currently on hboot 2.15 - is this possible?
2. Flash a ROM of a firmware supported by Moonshine - anyone have that?

UPDATE: I apologize for the double post, but I was able to S-OFF using Moonshine.
What I used:
ViperROM 2.1
TWRP 2.3.3.0
Windows 7 Pro x64
Moonshine - HTC One S Telus Windows 3.16.661.4
I currently have hboot 2.15. Thanks for looking!

s-off moonshine http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2325590
s-off facepalm http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155135
READ THE THREADS BEFORE PROCEDE WITH ANY ACTIONS!
this tool wont do things that U anyway need to do manualy,so I prefer to do all manualy so U can know where went wrong (if went wrong)
Here is what worked for me to get supercid 22222222 then facepalm to S-Off. Easy as Pie! But that was for me, hboot 2.15. I take no responsibility! Lol
Is it possible to flash Moonshine S-off supported rom to a different brand/ cid ?
Moonshine Supported firmwares:
3.14.531.11 (T-MOB)
3.16.666.9 (BM)
3.16.111.10 (TMO_DE)
3.16.661.4 (Telus)
My cid is Tim--401.
Did Jb ota update so i'm write protected with Hboot 2.15 and 1.15 radio. Unlocked bootloadet +root+recovery ,corrently runing Viper 2.2.0.
Cant do supercid for Facepalm.
Im trying to s-off, i have supercid already. But my hboot is 2.16. When i try flashing the firmware instead of error 92 i got error 99. Im pretty sure this is not because of boot. I heard u cant s-off on hboot 2.16 because u can change your cid for super cid. I already did that so right now all i have to do is pass this error. Please Help!

you do not have solution.
If I do that I am this:
HTC One S Tmobile unlocked PVT SHIP S-ON Bootloader 2.15.0000 Radio 1.13.50.05.31 TWRP 2.6.3.0 CID T-MOB010 version-main: 3.14.531.17.
you are not gonna solve believe me I have searched and tried them all SuperCID, MoonShine,rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0(see photos) network forums but all are based on HTC One S not Tmobile and with version-main: 3.14.531.11.
It is recommended that you use JTAG. that is our solution

Same firmware/radio/hboot here and have found no solution yet. I unlocked via HTC dev and rooted. Can't CID via hex editing, apparently this is locked. Moonshine is supposedly the only solution but always fails rebooting to ADB...
I thought I read somewhere that you have to run an RUU back to stock, re-do everything, but I haven't been able to install any RUU I've found for my device.
