Need Info about HBOOT 1.27 and Firmware

Hello guys i am using HTC Sensation with Viper 1.6.3
Revolutionary
Pyramid XD Ship S-OFF RH
Hboot 1.27.100
Radio 11.24A.3504.31_M
Kernel Sultan r17.5
i was browsing XDA and saw that HBOOT version 1.29. I need to know few things
1- if i update HBOOT version to 1.27 - 1.29 do i have to S-OFF cellphone again? if yes then how?
2- Correct me if i am wrong but baseband, radio and firmware are all same things right? Currently i am running 11.24A.3504.31_M which i believe is 3.32 firmware.

there is NO difference in the hboot's so no point updating it and even if you did when you s-offf again you will be back to the 1.27 hboot so if you did update it would be pointless
my phone came with hboot 1.29 once i gained s-off it was back to hboot 1.27 because NO1 has yet made hboot 1.29 s-off ( no1 has patched the 1.29 hboot for s-off users ) which means yes you can update but there's no point either way you will always end up back on hboot 1.27 after using s-off tools
i have attatched the new 1.29 hboot but there is still no point as when you use s-off again you will like i said end up back at 1.27

what about firmware 3.33

fw 3.33 contains the patched hboot 1.27.1100

a patched hboot is when the current security is set to s-off rather than s-on. stock hboot 1.29 has security in the hboot set to s-on

Afaik revolutionary/jupuntobear give full radio s-off so any hboot you switch to will be s-off afterwards. Those patched hboots are for the htcdev bootloader unlocking to allow fastboot commands ect

but it's need to root and Unlock my phone, this is big problem for me
But i heared about the way to let me back to the S-ON and ***Locked***
can i Lock my phone and S-ON after i rooted and Unlocked it ?

you Know, i have RUU 3.33.707.151 version Asia WWE, and i was downgraded my version to 3.33.707.106 without GoldCard !!
i tried it tow times, the first time with my Kingston 32GB Class 10 SD and confirmed
then when i try to install the same RUU with my old card 2GB Class 2 SD, it show me error that mean - you try to install wrong Rom
2- i was changed my CID from HTC__044 to HTC__J15 with out Rooted and Unlock my phone, cause i was install my RUU after changed it without Errors
the quistion is : what is the way to unlock my phone but i want to keeb the Relock and Unroot is safe
i was heared about : HTCDEV can't go back to LOCKED again !!
so i need the to unlock my phone and go back to LOCKED again without HTCDEV Unlock

can you post the bootloader details?
i am hardly understand of what you are really seeking for
probably you need only S-OFF(because you said you want to keep the relocked and unroot status) am i right?

if i unlocked my phone by HTCDEV.com, it's impossible to go back to ***LOCKED*** again, it's only back to ***RELOCKED***
so i need the right way to unlock and root my phone, that let me go back again to ***LOCKED*** easy
2- if i root and unlock my phone, then go back to ***LOCKED***, in this time.. can i flash the official Rom after all of that ?

I don't think you can go back to ***LOCKED*** after you unlock the bootloader via HTCdev. You can get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you s-off the phone. It will say ***LOCKED*** but it will also say s-off.
If you want to sell your phone, I'm sure no one would mind if the phone is s-on or s-off.

You can't get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you tried to lock it again using HTCdev.
You can get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you s-off the phone and don't install juopunut hboot.
If you want to sell the phone, no one cares if the phone is s-on or s-off.

Hmm...I think you are talking about sim-unlock. When people sell phones, some list them as "unlocked". This means that the phone can be used with any carrier (any phone company that provides service)
There is a different kind of unlock. That is the bootloader unlock. If you want to unlock your bootloader, you need to go use HTCdev unlock method (htcdev.com). It will give you information on how to unlock your bootloader.
S-off means security off. It is the opposite of s-on(security on). This means that you can flash many things that a unlocked bootloader cannot do. If you want to s-off, then I gave you a link in my previous post about the guide for s-off.
Rooting is also different from s-off and unlocking bootloader. Rooting gives you (the owner) superuser rights (like an administrator account on a PC). All you need to do to root is to follow this guide: http://theunlockr.com/2012/09/20/how-to-root-the-htc-sensation-on-hboot-version-1-27-0000/

Rooting and bootloader are different.
Rooting and s-off are also different.
Rooting your phone requires either s-off or unlock bootloader. If you unlock bootloader and then root, it will say ***UNLOCKED***
if you s-off, it will say ***LOCKED***
You can also unlock bootloader AND s-off (do both by unlocking bootloader first and then s-off). If you want to unlock bootloader and s-off, then follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25202517
But to root your phone you must unlock your bootloader or s-off

After your bootloader says s-off, then you can flash a custom recovery.
I would actually recommend this one:

It's 4EXT recovery and I think it's better than clockworkmod recovery.

it doesn't matter i think
but you can use ganeshp's guide instead

Ganeshp's guide works for 1.29 hboot also. I know this because my hboot version was 1.29 and it worked

I believe SuperCID and S-off (presumably the reason why you want SuperCID) are not currently possible with hboot 2.15.

I already try twice, It was runing with error but in bootloader screen dont appear supercid 11111..
So this is no work for me I think because I have hb 2.15 so I need moonshine but I dont know which version should I download

I had 2.15 hboot when I ran facepalm. It does work.

Iam HTC One S T-mobo10 HBOOT - 2.15.0000 Radio - 1.13.50.05.31 S-ON TWRP 2.6.3.0 recovery I've used every means possible I'm tired of reading all the forums, if you have a video how to make s-oFF moonshine upload or explains the community will thank

Im trying to s-off, i have supercid already.But my hboot is 2.16. When i try flashing the firmware instead of error 92 i got error 99. Im pretty sure this is not because of boot. I heard u cant s-off on hboot 2.16 because u can change your cid for super cid. I already did that so right now all i have to do is pass this error. Please Help!

HTC One S Tmobile unlocked PVT SHIP S-ON Bootloader 2.15.0000 Radio 1.13.50.05.31 TWRP 2.6.3.0 CID T-MOB010 version-main: 3.14.531.17.
you are not gonna solve believe me I have searched and tried them all SuperCID, MoonShine,rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0(see photos) network forums but all are based on HTC One S not Tmobile and with version-main: 3.14.531.11.
It is recommended that you use JTAG. that is our solution

Jtag costs too much. so im trying to put my phone back to stock. When i try to s-off i get error99 unkown error

Same firmware/radio/hboot here and have found no solution yet. I unlocked via HTC dev and rooted. Can't CID via hex editing, apparently this is locked. Moonshine is supposedly the only solution but always fails rebooting to ADB...
I thought I read somewhere that you have to run an RUU back to stock, re-do everything, but I haven't been able to install any RUU I've found for my device.
