I think he meant the clean process, That means starting from the PIT, XXKPE , then your current firmware again.

sammobile.com provides the stock firmware untouched, you will need to install the latest one for your region.

Looking for the the stock firmware or even the firmware # for N8010 Canadian version. Even the ICS would be good. Any help would be appreciated.

It comes from the update server >> not seen any OTA uploads on XDA .
Use stock rom from stock rom thread or find on sammobile.com

I would say try SamMobiles.com or samsung-updates.com or links provided in this forum. There will be stock rom links there.

For the original ROM, go to samfirmware.com and download the stock ROM. It should be a .tar or a .tar.md5 file. Then use Odin to flash it.

Maybe, he can't update? D:
I'll have the same question as him, 'cause of the update. My country (Chile) doesn't have the update. It's just planned, but, no update yet.

You can always update by flashing a FTF
I can update and I can also flash. I would like to stay with JB. But I will install 4.4, if I'm left with no choice, bcs. the 4.3 pic quality is just about the same as what I could get from a 80 bucks China-Tupperware.
