Xda mini Now DEad!!! Somebody Pls Help here

Hi All
I have received a Mini O2 XDA for language change from German to English. Going through the Forums I finally got downloded English Rom.After updating the Phone started to vibrate continously.Now the phone refuses to switch on.When I connect the USB cable ,only red light is seen on the earphone part. I cannot flash also with any other version as the USB does not detects the Phone.
Pls somebody give me a detailed explanation on how to revive the Phone.

Try to get it into Bootloader: press power & camera & softreset all together & wait till the screen reads 'serial v1.xx'. No backlight so hard to read. If this works, connect usb & flash again with an exe file.
Doesn't sound any good that red led, did you charge it fully?

I can now get into Boot mode and can read USB V1.02.But sir can you pls tell me where can I download the compatible ROM version .

Battery is fully Charged.

Thank you very much for your solution.Now I can switch on the phone and everything seems to be working perfect. Only one thing when that I have loaded phone rom with i-mate.IS there a way I can load O2 Rom or pls give link where I can download O2 XDA II mini ROM.

Take a look overhere ftp://xda:[email protected]/Magician/Extended_Roms/ it contains several O2 branding ext-roms in different languages. Just put the desired cab-files on your storage card & execute them to install. Might be that you want to hard-reset first & skip the I-mate ext-rom from executing by a soft-reset just after the initialization ended (press screen to begin using your device).

Do You have Problem downgrade fr ROM 2.03 TX WWE

Hi all,
I'm Indonesian. My Device is XDA II Mini. A few weeks ago I have upgrade the ROM to 2.03 TX WWE, used it for about week. A problem appear when I tried to downgrade the ROM to the original one from seeo2.com site the PC tell the error 150 (I think its about the connection).
when I read this forum, i know the many people have the same problem with me.. and still not found yet the solution for solving this problem.
With this situation I made this new thread to share our problem in this thread. Its about the history from ROM 2.03 TX WWE, about the maker of this ROM and for the warning massage for anyone who wish to write this ROM to their device so they will think 100 times to use this ROM.
Lets join this thread and hope there be a nice guy who can solve our problem.

I have the same problem with my magician. I flashed so many times some ROMs on my Magician before without any problems. But since I flashed the 2.03TX ROM, there is no way to flash any ROM. I also can't reflash the 2.03TX ROM. It always says, that there is an Connection Error.
I tried to flash with the official Setup and also with the No_ID.exe, but there is no chance to do something.
The 2.03TX is a very nice Rom, but i want to use the programm "Phone Extender" on my Magician and it doesen't run with 2.03TX...
Please help us someone, I want an other Rom on my Magician!

The same problem, the 2.03TX WWE is a nightmare for me.

Flashed just last week tx203->TMobile112->wm61.

you should flash from bootloader.

I have problem after try flash wm6 from 2.03 TX WWE phone only boot mode ... any help .. I try to flash same rom but I give same error on country id

Solution is to enter to the bootloader mode somehow and downgrade to original not bigstorage rom and than flash new cotula rom.
If you can't enter to the bootloader mode with power+camera+reset buttons try to hold longer or rapidly press power+camera and then press reset a few times. I'm succeeded finaly...

to bootloader mode mean screen with serial or usb status ... my problem is I try more rom but any flash I don't have original rom ... what I do?

you can search at xda-developers ftp..

I have no problem with mine.
When I flashed this ROM it got automatically flashed twice.. I don’t know what happen but it was successful

Mine keeps reseting everytime it should go into the bootloader screen.
I can force it, but then the update wont continue anymore.
How did you do it?

Here's what I did step-by-step:
- Recharge the battery to at least 70% in a electric charger (not connected to the PC).
- Go into bootloader (press the power button +camera button without releasing and click the tiny little hole on the right bottom side of the device, next to the audio entrance).
- The screen goes black, that's normal, with the help of a bright light you can see its written on the screen "SERIAL" and "V1.02" (or something similar).
- Go into Active Sync on XP (or Windows Mobile Device Center on Vista) and uncheck the option "Allow USB Connections".
- Connect your pocket pc to the PC usb (its still in the bootloader screen, right?).
On Vista (I think XP can skip this step)--------------->
- Go to Control Panel > Administrative tools > Services and start the services "windows mobile device connectivity" and "windows mobile device 2003 connectivity", its they are already running thats ok.
- Now go to Control Panel > System > Device manager, find your mobile device and force the update of the driver attached here.
- Now, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc for Taskmanager and kill "WMDC.exe".

- Download this rom (46mb): http://rapidshare.com/files/18876133/NL_11300_131_11200.exe (its in english WWE)...
- With Winrar, extract that EXE into a folder.
- Copy the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe attached here into that folder, with the rest of the files.
- Run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe.
- If all goes well the update will take a loooong time and pass thru three install bars, that's normal.
- After that it recommends a Hard-reset (Power button + reset at the same time).
Now your rom is official, and you should have no more problems.

[HELP] Acer s200 update rom fail

I have try to flash the unofficial rom. However, the phone rebooted during the update process. Now, my Acer s200 only can display the splash screen and cannot go into windows...
Anyways can flash the rom again?? I tried to use Acer_EUU.exe, but it need to detect the phone by Activesync. Anyways can flash the rom bypass activesync?

I tried to flash from original EN ROM version on RU version and had the same problem - the device displayed Windows splash screen and then just reboot. So, I was confused but I didn't stop this process and after half an hour Windows loaded...(during this time I removed he battery and pushed soft-reset button a lotof times).
So, my only advice is to try to wait with re-booting device till the Windows boot and then to flash the original ROM (if you'll find it).
For me - after I loaded RU version of Windows I just flashed for custom EN ROM and it was OK (without this issue).

Also is not needed to edit version.txt..
Just replace original ACER_EUU.exe with this file, execute it. Press next,next,ok,ok.. Message "Waiting for download mode coming" appear..
Power your Acer s200 with Power+Camera buttons pressed and connect to computer.
Tested on 2 acer s200 phones

Rom update can be computer's fault
DimIce's program works perfectly. I've thought I bricked my phone many times, but always have been able to recover. This is what I recently discovered. In the middle of a flash, my computer said "write error". 'Thought my phone would stay dead. Finally, I switched to another computer and flashed the phone with no problem. So if you suffer a bad flash, simply change computers. If none is available, reboot your computer to clear the memory, etc. (by the way I'm using Windows 7 x64) and try again - sometimes even changing the USB port might help. The phone excels in it's ability to be re-flashed -even if you suffer disaster in the middle of a procedure.

As we dedicate only to HTC devices you won´t get too much attention.

Ignore this guy he has a bot setup for posting this on everyone that has 1 post or is posting in general or Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking, You need to flash a rom based of the 1.00 oem drivers, flash this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=596304 and all of your problems will be solved, if not let me know and il help you out.

Hi, i was updating from EUU_Acer_S200_3.003b.00_EN_03.03.08_3.003.01_20100119 to EUU_Acer_S200_3.003c.00_ES_03.03.08_3.003c.00_20100201 but accidentally closed the acer's application, so the phone is stuck on "clean boot" screen? what should i do?, thank you!

[Q] BIGGEST PROBLEM with samsung galaxy mini :/

I have a biggest problem , my phone (Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570) is old about 3 weeks, and I have unofficial android 2.3.4 GingerBread. I was trying install Cyanogen mod 7.1 .... and now I can´t turn on mobile, when I hold power, then all freeze. I can´t turn on Recovery mode, too. Home+Power Button... I don´t know why , When I hold home+power, then will be there a picture with mini mobile who is connected to mini PC, on black background, ... please help me , sorry about my english.

Yes, I was try it, but it´s working few seconds and then was flashing stopped - There is : Downloading MIBIB. And next time There was writed : Fail , :/

You must use odin 4.38. I used odin 4.28 and the process just stop at MIBIB.

It´s Odin Multi Downloader 4.38 and stopped on MIBIB .. :/

Take it back to Samsung service center. don't tell them that you've flash your galaxy mini. Just tell them that the device suddenly unable to start.

My galaxy mini "back" and "power" key stopped working. Is theres something to do with the battery? When i put my battery in my mini it turned on automatically. Always like that. Help me please??

Remove the battery
Plug in a usb to the mobile, with the pc/laptop ON
Now insert the battery when phone is connected to the usb
After certain flickering(may or may not occur), phone will switch on automatically.
Both the keys will now work.

[Q] arnova rk2818 based tablet problem

greetings, excuse my poor english please.
I'm using an Arnova 7 G1 tablet with the last official firmware (jul. 2011)
When flashing it with rooted YAR 0.28 rom using RKAndroidBatchUpgrade.exe the tablet screen showed fuzzy pixels and system freezes.
I' power it off, but when i power it on, there was no life sign : no boot , no ARNOVA logo , and no connection with XP.
I tried the RESET button , but no chance !!!.
Did i killed my tablet, and is there any way to recover it -any chance to be detected by XP to reflash. Is there any way to open it and short some circuit for some hot reset ????.
