Returning your G2x for a replacement, because of the so called "bleeding screen display", "reboot","wifi" and/or "battery" problem is ridiculous. Let me tell you why.
First of all, the "screen bleeding" is common to the G2x, and seems to be a feature tied to it's screen brightness settings. You can do this by downloading the hidden camera app which gives you a blank/black screen display and when it does you'll notice the so called "screen bleed" on both of the upper corners, because the G2x has different levels of brightness and when it drops from the max setting to medium the screen bleed will disappear, and then from their the screen shuts off. I believe the screen was meant to bleed this way on highest brightness setting, and is not a flaw that many think.
Second, the reboot is a bug that can be fixed with a software update. Like any computer sometimes to many processes can lock up the CPU and you need to wait until it can recover itself, the reboot is a feature that happens when the system can't recover the normal way, so this is just a bug that needs to be updated.
Third, I also thought I had the wifi problem since I couldn't connect at home, I downloaded wifi analyzer, and then I realized that I was entering a wrong password. After having entered the right password I now don't have this problem. Maybe ppl who are might try going back and checking to see if they entered the right password to access their wifi.
The battery problem is real, but I believe it can be remedied by doing a few tweaks to the activity of searching for data signals and turning off the radio when it's not needed. The first day I couldn't 8 hours out of the G2x, even just leaving my phone idle without touching it. The battery draining on standby is do to it searching for the data signals, so I remedied this by installing auto airplane mode which turns of data when the screen shuts off and turns it back on when you turn on the screen again. This worked wonders for me, since before when I went to work my phone would be at 30% after an 8 hour shift without me even having used the phone, but with auto airplane mode enabled, after an 8 hour shift I now have 70% battery still left even when I use the phone heavily on my breaks. I'm pretty sure we can get more hours of usage from the phone by tweaking the programs on it.
Ok finally and this is the biggest reason not to keep returning the phone for a new replacement. My last phone from Tmobile was the HTC Shadow which I just upgraded to this G2x, the battery was crap, just like this one, it did have a wifi problem but there was really no lcd problems until later. Let me explain why. You see back then (4 years ago) Tmobile did not charge for shipping out a new replacement, but many of us Shadow owners abused the system, by always asking for a replacement phone within our 1 year warranty. I myself am guilty of trading my shadow in for more than 11 replacements within the year, even though it was in good shape and had no problems. I just wanted a "mint" condition one, but as the year went on and I got the 7th, 8th, 9th etc replacement, the quality of the Shadow was downgraded. The newer batch of Shadows had a noticeable downgrade in the lcd and build, and for the very first time, Tmobile actually said they'd have to charge a $10 shipping fee. I don't doubt that this new policy was because we Shadow owners we're abusing the system and sending in our functional handset for a replacement, just to have a mint condition one. I used to go to a Shadow forum where all the members were returning there's many times for a replacement just like how this forum community seems to be doing.
Now if we understand this history, then looking at how many G2x owners already sent their functional, albeit "buggy" G2x handsets in for a new replacement, I guarantee you that the next couple batches of G2x will be of lower quality and Tmobile might even up the cost for an exchange or add additional fees by changing their return policy because of the perceived abuse. Make no mistake, Tmobile and LG are losing a ton of money for each new G2x being returned for another one, when the "problems" are minor or actually probably a feature (screen bleed) or bug (reboot, wifi).
I'm putting this out there, because I find that this is a solid high powered phone that just needs to work out the bugs with updates to the software, but if we keep making Tmobile or LG lose money on this model, then they'll cease production on the phone and just refurbish those handsets that were sent in for a replacement, maybe with lower quality parts, and use those to replace our G2x in the future, when they really DO need to be replaced within the coming year.
How about making bullet points, and keeping these massive paragraphs short.
So, you're a T-Mobile employee that has been sitting on this account for 4 years?
ETA: Most of the issues you've outlined are in fact just growing pains/glitches that will eventually be corrected. However, the light bleed issue is one of very poor quality control or defective manufacturing techniques. It does not only happen on high brightness, and it is unacceptable for a high end device from a name brand maker. LG seems to be having some serious issues with their IPS panels, not just in the G2x but also on the panels the make for some of the iPads. We have not heard the last of this problem, and I suspect it will cost LG a bundle in the end, both in terms of money and reputation.
@bighulk666 After typing this out, I was not about to spend another hour editing it. As long as I've articulated my thougts, it's good enough.
@spyvie This is my second G2x, since I made a mistake with the first one. I bought the first one at the Tmobile store which was an upgrade and came out to $286, I then found out I could have gotten it for $125 at another subcontracted cell phone dealer, and that's why I returned the first one. But the first one had the same light bleed, in the same 2 upper corners as the one I have now. Also most if not all G2x owners are reporting this so called screen bleed so I'm sure it was probably manufactured this way on purpose, but if it is a flaw, it's very minor. It's like returning a brand new car you just bought because you notice a 1 inch scratch on the paint job.
LG and T-Mobile both have acknowledged that this is a mfg defect. I have two emails from LG confirming this.
Adjusting the brightness to maximum only enhances the "problem". I doubt LG meant for it to be a "feature".

No, it's like returning a brand new car you just bought because there is a one inch crack in 2 or 3 corners of the windshield. Under certain conditions the cracks genuinely impede your view of the road, and replacing the windshield is impossible or would cost more than the car is worth.

Okay maybe G2x has some minor problems, the whole point I'm trying to make with the thread is that the more people who keep returning a fairly brand new out of the box G2x just hoping they'll recieve a "perfect" one, is gonna make Tmobile and LG lose alot of money on this phone that has a lot of potential, and that will force them to cut their losses and drop this phone all together without even giving it a chance.
I'm telling what I witnessed with this same situation happening with the Tmobile Shadow. Tmobile had a great return and exchange policy until the Shadow community abused it, since then they changed it and now it costs shipping and your noted on their system for each time you do a return or exchange marking you as a "problem" customer, that they'll now give you the "run arounds" and make it more difficult for you to get an exchange or return. And as for the phone, because of all the complaints and returns, they'll just cease production on it and just use the rest of the stock for exchanges, when that runs out quick, they'll give you low quality refurbished ones. It's just gonna be a lose situation for all the G2x owners who want to make this phone succeed.

I think this should've been your OP, shorter and straight to the point. I agree with you on the refurb replacement if T-Mobile runs out of stock, because LG actually told me to go read the G2x manual as it specifically states that if they can't repair a defect (that is totally their fault mind you) then they can only exchange it for a refurb and not a brand new phone.
Personally after my experience with LG's customer service department I will probably not buy another LG product that carries a premium price tag.
This thread reeks of desperation. Describing the threat of a possible doomsday scenario where T-Mobile completely drops support for the phone unless customers are loyal and compliant only increases the chance I will return my G2x.
The battery issue is just that an issue. My first g2x got at most 8hrs of standby and a little use. But my 2nd and 3rd are pushing 16hrs with moderate use, everything left on and screen at 100%.
The point is for $500 I shouldn't be forced to turn things off to get at least a half day of battery on it.
As for your idea of just accepting how else is LG and T-Mobile going to acknowledge this phone has issues and their paying customers won't stand for it.

I told you this would happen with all the unneccessary returns and exchanges because yall choose to dwell on a tiny imperfection such as the "screen" bleed which is a commonality on LCD screens, even high end computers have it, and now we see the G2x already being given away for free, a sign that Tmobile is just trying to cut their losses and make a buck with contracts on this model. I won't post the links of where you can find it dirt cheap and even free, but I'm pretty sure many on this forum already know, and I can guarantee that it was because of all the exchanges and returns. But what really get's under my skin is the change in policy for restocking fees. Again it can't be a coincidence that it recently changed especially with all the G2x returns/exchanges being posted all over the net. Here's news on the new return/restock policy :/

@jacob808
First of all many people return the device BC you walk into a store and many of the reps have no info but .. lets do a factory reset... and when that wont work they just tell u to exchange it ... that's what happen to me.
Second if Tmobile is marking ur account for other future reps to just give u run around just BC u complaint that ur phone that u paid 500 Buck for or secured them a 99.99 monthly bill for the next 2 year that's illegal as its fishing.... sorry if I expect to get what I pay for...
I have bought mytouch 4g,vibrant,HD 7, g2, touch pro 2 all full retail price and NEVER had a bleed.
Reboot ANYTHING I've had Tmobile for over 7 years an never file a complaint or problem till now so its a problem
MOST IMPORTANT IF LCD BLEED WAS SO COMON THEN Y IS THIS THE ONLY PHONE WITH A TON OF THREAD JUST ABOUT LCD BLEED... U DONT SEE A MYTOUCH,VIBRANT,SGS4G, IPHONE4 .... THEREADS WITH LCD BLEED

Vibrant doesn't use an LCD. Moot point.
Couldn't resist haha
I don't understand the loyalty some people are having to a hunk of plastic. It's a prime example cognitive dissonance over a $500 purchase. It's a flawed phone, regardless of whether it's hardware or software flaws.
Since I left it for another phone, I haven't had to make a single excuse for my new phone. That's what $500 should buy you, the happiness of not having to give excuses as to why your phone does this or that or why you have to turn this off for that to work, etc.
imo, if the unit has issues, which it does LG should just man up and fix it, those that got early failed unit, should get replacements
I paid full retail for mine, and tried to get a replacement, and they acted like they had never heard of any of the issues.
Tmobile is a good company customer service wise, but the early batches were just not up to par for $500 electronics
and that new $50 restocking fee for smartphones is also not very cool also
I wish I had the luck like some of the people here who were able to trade in two and three phones till they got a good one

I got a replacement when the "factory reset" would not solve the problem (problem with stock camera and EB leaked GB generic camera - dark photos without constantly upping the white balance and very dark screen on barcode scanner and other similar apps).
However, I am now going to return the new unit, as I got the original going OK, and reinstalling some apps like purchased GPS program is a hassle,, and the original unit is only 1 month old. The issues with other scanner apps may be an issues with the unit (same on replacement), but they all work OK on EB 1.0.4 so going to stay with it.
Wish I could ship off to someone who really needs it, but am running up against their 7 day return policy (tomorrow it has to be shipped). It also came with a prepaid UPS sticker for the return.

This is actually a known issue involving the brightness level. If set wrong, it causes apps that use the camera to look dark.
Hey guys - im contemplating buying a new android phone but im not sure which one to choose. i'm leaning closely to the G2X but before i place my order for it - im interested in knowing if there are any flaws that people experience.. i would like to know before i buy so i can get an idea of what is the worst to expect when i get it (cuz where i am, re-sale will be difficult)
thanks for responses

There's about 2 million threads here on bugs people are experiencing.
Just one example: I just looked at my phone and it was totally shut down and wouldn't power up until I pulled the battery. First time that happened.
with every phone their will be a few bugs here and there, but if you can hold out until early june, if you like sense UI's try the htc sensation. i like this phone but i'm definitely getting that.
thanks for the responses guys - i'm looking past just software bugs (i mean, its common for android) and more worried about hardware bugs - EG, a friend of mine had a mytouch 4g with screen problems - after doing some research we discovered that there were two versions of the mytouch4g and one of them (namely the taiwan version) was built with fault-prone screens.
so im interested to know about common hardware faults with the G2X Specifically
@EmceeGeek - i would but the HTC Sensation probably wont come out for the same price range as the G2X.. if there was one phone i would wait for - its the SGSII
Screen bleed seems to be a pretty common hardware issue with this phone - lots of people on this forum have it, and both the T-Mobile and LG reps I spoke with acknowledged it as a known issue. Some people don't mind it as it is only really noticeable on dark backgrounds (e.g. the startup screens from off, camera screen, etc.), but for the $500 price tag, I expect better.
Others have complained about restarts, which also seems to be a hardware issue, though I have not experienced this myself.
Battery life is another huge issue. Some people are able to get very respectable battery duration (9 hours+), while others are barely able to squeeze out 5. There are some software solutions to the battery issues, but they don't seem to work for everyone.
I'm thinking about picking up a g2x as well. I'm looking to sell my white htc evo asap (before evo 3d comes out and the price I can get for it drops) and pick up a g2x. Do you guys know if these flaws are very prominent. If so, would I be able to return the g2x, assuming the sensation comes out in June, and exchange the g2x for the sensation w/in the 30 day return window?
I've had mine since the 19th/20th and the camera/video stopped working after a few days. It still takes good pictures and video but the screen itself goes DARK when you launch the camera app or barcode scanner app etc.
Factory reset didn't fix it....it's not rooted or anything either.
Getting a replacement. Local store said a few customers came in with same problem, no resolution yet.

What's the basis of this assumption? 2X users in Europe are being told by LG that there will be a patch released to fix their reboot issues. That would indicate software being the culprit, no?
I agree, the only hardware issue is the LCD bleeding, the rest are probably software related and a patch will be issued. I would choose the G2X over the sensation however I would wait a couple of months for the LCD bleeding to be fixed
thanks for the tip - it seems LCD Bleeding is very prominent in some members but i wish i could compile a ratio to see the odds of expecting my device to have it - are there any members who DONT have LCD Bleeding in their G2X's?
anyway if u ask me - this flaw, though a bit provoking, is nothing much to dwell on if it doesnt affect performance in any way
I hardly have any bleeding and I wouldn't have even noticed it if i hadnt read these forums. I havent had restarts or any problems at all as a matter of fac i love this phone my old blackberry feels like a dinosaur

Yep screen bleed is the only real widespread hardware problem with this phone (seems to be confined to early production numbers). Yhe rest is rushed software. T-mobile reps have started talking about an eminent software patch to fix the reset issue...etc.
Just fYI, I have no screen bleed and have had one reset in two weeks of otherwise continuous use (and I mean continuous). Overall I really happy with the phone.
I have been through 3 shipments and over 20 g2x's. Every single one has had varying degrees of screen bleed, from just a little in the corners to all the way in the center of the screen. Besides just the screen bleed, 70 - 80% of the devices I looked at also had brown staining along the edges of the screen when viewing a white screen such as a browser. A few were completely tinted yellow when looking at any color.
There's a new thread on the LG forum showing the screen separating from the rest of the phone, and the guy has a picture of the light coming through all the outer edges... bit worst than anything i've encountered.
Your call, but the thing is defective right now. If you insist on getting it, I would at least wait another month until possibly LG has addressed the issue. But chances are, they're not going to. This isn't a new device, its been out in Europe as an o2x for a while, and it's had the same issue since day 1.
I dont know about hardware flaws but a frequent problem I run into is that my 4g notification drops to 2g when that happens I actually have no data service I dont know if that data is rebooting itself but it happens quite often, and is really annoying when I am surfing web youtube or any other app that requires data connection. could be a t-mobile problem.
I dunno. I'm running CM7 and aside from screen bleeding I'd say the phone is a keeper.
I get awesome battery life. I can go from 8am-midnight under normal-heavy use and not worry. My screen bleed is minimal and not noticeable. Funny this forum introduced me to iPad2 screen bleeds which I knew nothing about until I looked at mine (damn you guys)
So for the most part you won't see the screen bleed in less you have a bad case of it, in which I would swap it for a new one. CM7 is finding its legs and is getting pretty close to a stable release.
The stock 2.2 kernel can be wonky which can cause battery misreadings (for better or worse) and resets in some cases. I haven't experienced any battery problems as it just runs and runs and runs. I have had resets on the leaked Gingerbread rom running on a Froyo kernel (but your asking for trouble there).
The phone comes with a 2.2 Rom which was left in Engineering mode and eventually gets sluggish and crashes. There is a patch that fixes this. Luckily most of the "major" issues are fixed by simply flashing CM7.
The screen bleed and light leak
I think they are related but still two different issues. I have been through 4 phones and they have all had light leakage. LG told me that there was a bad batch so this is not whining or anything that can be fixed by massaging or opening up the phone, and no matter what anyone says, its not something I will accept in a product I am paying 500 dollars for. Screen bleed has been varied. The one I have now is the worse of the 4, but I took it home to take photos so I could illustrate the problem. All had dates from the 14th to the 24th of April. The photos are just of the light leakage. There are enough of the bleed issue already.
I purchased my first tf700 from Newegg 5 or 6 weeks ago. The build was excellent. No screen separation issues and little light bleed. I ended up RMAing the device due to a weird screen issue where it was randomly tapping/swiping by itself every now and then.
I just received my new device which has an 80 serial number, and the screen is separating. If you sight down the edge of the top you can see that it actually bows out quite a bit toward the middle, and it clicks when I press it. SO FRUSTRATING!
Newegg's RMA procedure is as painless as it can be for an online purchase, but I think I'll return this one for a refund and purchase from Best Buy so I don't have to spend the foreseeable future shipping Infinities back and forth.

Guys, there are like a thousand threads on these same issues already here, each with perfect solutions for dealing with the situation should it arise. Must we have yet another negative TF700 thread? My 700 is perfect, and so are the majority of people's as well. Continuing to populate the forums with these types of threads though does nothing but scare away potential developers from wanting to shell out the cash to pick up one of these tabs and develop awesome roms for us!

I agree with theanarchist that this is the same thread that we've all seen. But I also don't think most peoples tabs Are perfect. Some (like me) are still trying to find a perfect one And some have just accepted what they have and have given up. Others (like you) managed to get a perfect one.

Mine's not perfect, clicking near the hdmi port and you can click it from a good portion up towards the middle of the screen. I personally gave up on Asus, though hearing that there are people that have indeed perfect ones makes me wish I had exchanged it. I was hesitant because I had already returned a tf300 (screen issue) and then later the Prime that I had replaced the tf300 with. I had only returned the Prime to get the tf700, as I was pretty frustrated I couldn't get the gps to work EVEN with the dongle Asus sent me. I didn't have any wifi issues really nor any screen clicking issues with the Prime and though I like the infinity the screen clicking annoys me. Wondering if I should rma it directly to them, just don't want to get a different tab back or been in a worse situation as a result.

There was an earlier thread that theorized that the build issues were being addressed in the more recently built devices. I posted to show that even with the more recent 80 serial number devices, the same issues are present on at least a percentage of tf700s.
I certainly have no agenda. I'm on my second Infinity, which will unfortunately also be going back. The first one had some extreme screen separation on the right hand side. It was an C06 serial number. The one I'm on now, my second is a C80 serial number. The screen is good, with just a slight clicking in one spot on the right hand side. I'd live with it. However the light leaking out onto the screen along the bottom and right side from the LEDs is very very noticible.
I won't give up. I really love everything about the TF700 except for the build quality issues that I have experienced. I think the OP has a valid point in saying that the issues are not fixed yet. When my second unit came, I was psyched to see the serial number on the box said C80. I was very disappointed that it too has issues.
I think...
I think the screen seperation can be because of the humidity. Where do u live?

I don't think it's humidity. I live on the west coast of the US. Pretty dry here. I noticed a curve in the glass along the top of the screen as soon as I took it out of the box and removed the skin/wrapper. It's noticeably bowed out in the middle of that edge.
I just wanted to chime in to say that this is my 2nd C8. The 1st had a June build date and it came with the .22 firmware. I exchanged that one for this 2nd C8 which came with the .26 firmware and a 20120720 build date.
The 1st infinity had power and volume button issues and sharper than normal edges all around. I can't find anything wrong with the build on this second C8 other than the haptic feedback is set really low. (Does vibrate when power on)
I'm rooted and have the dmclient froze in titanium backup while I read up on NV flash. (Guarding against a forced OTA update) I made the mistake of applying the .30 OTA to soon last time.

Glad to hear that. Hopefully, 3rd time will be the charm. I really do LOVE this tablet, I just want one that's solidly built and works.
Agreed. I don't see how humidity is going to affect Corning's Gorilla Glass 2. Seriously don't see this being a factor at all.
I suppose I am one of the luck ones as well, no discernable bleeding edge light and completely flat screen. Of course, I bought the 64GB model from BB online, and it already have .26 on it when it arrived.
I too just returned my c8 version today that suffered from light bleed, mushy/sticky power and volume buttons, separating screen which also had sharp 90 edges. The one I just picked up is a night and difference from the first one. This one is a c9 version and other than a little light bleed the construction is solid. It doesn't even appear to be the same tablet....its like the first one was a cheap knock off. Another thing I am noticing with this new one is that the speed of touch feedback is so much faster than the C8.
I did decide to purchase the extended warranty this time around...my experience with the prime has left me jaded and there is no way I'm going to be left holding a dud.
With that said, I suggest if possible to keep on returning them until you find a good one...they do exist!
If Asus can't be persistent with their perfection...Be persistent with the returns!
F me! Just noticed this one is creaking like an old rocking chair, its on the left side by the hdmi port.
Today, I swapped out my first C7 after owning it for a week and received a C8 as a replacement. It amazes me the differences between the two.
For my particular devices, the differences were:
C7 pros: The construction was very solid. I kept reading horror stories about screen lift, creaking, etc. and mine felt solid like a tank. No light bleed issues either.
C7 cons: It suffered from severe I/O issues. Trying to download something from the market would grind things to a halt until the download and install finished. The Browser lagged a bit as well........as did moving around the launcher or clearing items from the recents menu . I returned it because there was a spec of dust under the screen which just really bothered me.
C8 pros: It feels like they put better quality internals in this one! There have been none of the i/o issues, lag, or stutters. Everything is very responsive and snappy. From a software usability standpoint, this feels like a completely new device.
C8 cons: The physical build quality is definitely not as high as the first. There are spots around the edges of the glass that feel "squishy". There is also a bit more lightbeed but i would not call it bad by any means.
For now, I am going to keep the C8 because the performance difference alone is worth it. The minor physical build quality issues aren't bothering me enough yet to risk giving up the performance.
One trend I seem to have noticed after reading all these reviews is that the build date does not seem to have much correlation with physical build quality. However, it does seem that more recent models may be using higher quality internal components contributing to noticeable performance gain.
These are just my observations.
I'm looking to buy a 1+ tomorrow as on Tuesdays they have open invites. I sold my g2 to put towards this but have a few short questions. I know there are threads and links on xda and Google but I see a 50/50 across the board. So far I read the 1+ is a great phone..fast, good software, good build ect. My question is on the yellow banding and touch issues. Since I'll be ordering tomorrow it has been a long time since these issues have been happening. Just curious if anyone that has received one lately had any problems even past the yellow and touch. I apologize and know there are threads on this but nothing that seems recent that talks about these issues. Thanks.
I bought mine in september and i have none problems! Not touch problem nor the yellow band!Anyway i dont think there are any problem with one+
No problems here. Had mine for 2 weeks. It's a good phone. No better or worse than my M8
Awesome. Just looking to make sure the 1+ is the right move. Can't wait to join the 1+ band wagon!!
The yellow band still exists, and I've gone through three OPO already (over a period of a year now, for me, my wife and brother).
The issue did get better though, it's not as noticeable anymore and most people wouldn't even see it if they didn't have a properly configured comparison screen next to their screen.
Overall it's still the best price value deal you can snatch so you can order without having any regrets.
I did buy one in Feb and I got the yellow band, nothing fixed it like keeping it in UV light etc. But surprisingly my previous one which I bought in late august did not have the yellow band. Also I did notice the yellowing is also present in the screenshots you take on the phone so I am assuming it is rather a software/driver bug than a hardware screen issue. If it was purely a hardware it wont be visible on a screenshot like if you had a cracked screen and you took a screen shot cracks don't show up in the screenshot. I was so bothered with the yellow band ended up selling it in a week on craigslist. The new buyer did not check it so all went well.
Another point wanted to mention Opo support was hard to deal with. Even though I opened a ticket and attached the files they gave some bull**** about changing the settings updating the OS when I was already on the latest official build. I replied and next time they asked me to send a video after which they send me a zip file to flash in recovery which did nothing but just wiped my phone.
At this point in time without even having Lollipop and random screen and battery issue and a confirmed poor camera on this phone I lost all interest and just bought a LG G3 and so far very happy with it.
Ugh. That sucks for both of you. That's what scares me. My g2 is in the mail and I'm on a g pro right now which is OK but battery is insanely horrible. I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy the 1 and hope for the best. Every review I see is mostly a praise on the phone so hopefully I get that.
My dad and I both got one recently. My dad about 2 weeks ago and mine just barely a week ago. No issues here as far as we can tell. Though I should point out ours are the China versions which originally had ColorOS instead of CM. But they all should come from the same factory anyway...

Hoping to get my Nokia 8 today. Who else pre ordered and is excited?
I'm torn. I've had it in the shopping cart three times, but haven't pulled the trigger. It lacks some bands I need for Tmo here in the US.
I'm sure you are gonna love it! I may put in an order later this week.
Only reason I haven't bought yet is because of the looked bootloader :/
Got mine yesterday, and it's a world class handset... going to sell well I think...
Love it to bits...
Been using mine for a day now. The software isn't the fastest (I'm coming from a Pixel) but the build is nice, and the screen is one of the best lcd ips screens I've used.
I want to root it though just to increase the headphone volume as its so low
1 week with the 8 now and I'm thinking about returning it.

How come?
OS is laggy and slow, random freezes in multitasking even after updates and reboots. The phone is a lot slower than my OP3 which is cluttered with apps from over a year of usage.
Power button is horrible, you cant press it straight on from the side, you have to kinda press it upwards towards the screen.
Camera was advertised as being somehow superior to all, it is not.
Loudspeaker is really clear but not very loud.
Oh and the Sim-Card tray leaves a nasty sharp crack, this should be flush on a phone that costs 600€ no exceptions. This is not acceptable.
OS needs option to switch back and recent buttons.
OS lacks proper screenshot app.
Bothie camera crashes more often than it doesn't. Also there is not clear indication if the bothie picture will be a 50-50 / 20-80 or in what corner of the picture frame the selfie-cam picture will be.
