Hi, everyone, I've recently HARD BRICKED my Samsung Galaxy MODEL: T959V with T-mobile.
First off, I got pattern locked on my phone, yea I know I'm an idiot, LOL. Next I totally forgot my gmail password so I could not log back into my phone.
So then I next decided to flash back to stock with odin 1.7 and T959UVJFD. tar file from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1047087.
As a result, my phone would boot to the loading screen with the dashed circle and a battery display in the background and thus would not finish booting all the way.
So I figured I would do more research and found that people would try flashing with the Eugene_2E_JK2_Froyo from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...833024&page=49 and after flash back to stock.
After I flashed with the Eugene rom this was when the phone completely died and would not turn on. I tried the take out the battery, holding down and up volume button and plugging into computer method but the computer would not detect it anymore.
Now I don't know what to do. I realized I was flashing with the Galaxy Vibrant kernels with Odin and now, it won't turn on anymore and can't boot into download mode. It is also not being detected my computer when I plug it in. I'ts a blank screen.

Normally wouldn't have posted anything, but seeing that no one did and started flaming him, I decided to help.
There's a good handful of people on XDA (maybe more) who are capable of doing what I mentioned to you. You'll have to look for them though. I'm sure they charge a decent fee as well.
There was a thread by raver i think that stated how to unbrick a hard brick

Hello!! I bricked my gs4g, couldn't put it in download mode with the regular bottoms combo, so what I did was:with the phone off push volume bottoms, both in the same time nothing else, then connect your phone with the computer(usb), that gave me download mode

the battery is good, it measure is 4.1 and 3.7 is enough

when I set the phone hangs on the splash screen.

When I connected the usb and start the installation with an inscription a2_ics_recovery.bat Battery Low and disconnected the phone.
Now he does not turn on. No reaction at all ... not even charged ...
I charge the battery with the frog but the reactions of 0.

connect usb shines white light

Need more info..which firmware were you previously on??..was it at & t..and was it the official OTA..from what you said i guess you are hard bricked..

Damn.. I hate to see this... definitely a hard brick.
Next time, Read Read Read, and then, Read some more. This could have been easily avoided by reading around the forum.
I hate that you've messed it up my friend. But a mistake like this should be a lesson learned. Just hope you can get a replacement.
There is no fxz from Official ICS OTA...

From what you've described, no.. it's hard bricked. There is no hope.. unless you're still under warranty.

That thread is for soft bricks on official ICS. Not hard bricks. As it stands right now, the A2 can't be revived from a hard brick. Believe me.

Well didn't the phone come with 1 year warranty? If so it might be worth it to try and obtain a new one even though it'd take at least 2 weeks for them to receive it and look at it etc..

If you bought it brand new, it should have a warranty. Unless it wasn't from a credited dealer. Otherwise just sounds like more bad news..

You can try to replace the motherboard. Try finding atrix2 with broken screen on ebay. You might find a cheap replacement.

I was on Evita Sense 5 Port ROM and flashed ElementalX 6
I went with the default options in aroma, but at 1.7ghz and selected a lower voltage (one above) the default option.
And now my phone wont turn on.
WHen I charge it ,theres no red light that comes on.
I've tried holding down the buttons
I've already posted in the ROm thread..
But I dont want to fill it all up about my issues you know..and I feel like I'd get much better help here if it has its own thread.
I got an advice about letting it sit plugged in for a while until the light comes on, which is what Im doing now...
But for the time being, if anyone there has any other tip/solutions?

I bricked mine mucking about with partitions. Got a new one from Telstra.
If you can't get it to start neither can AT&T, so no-one will be able to see if it's unlocked/rooted.
Some will say it's dishonest, but you could just go and take it to them and say 'it won't turn on'. Not really a lie is it?

When I plugged it in it downloaded drivers /files and it said QUALCOMM US LOADER something
It seems they never found a fix ?
Idk if Jtag would be an option ..

There is no fix because there's no way to reach the phone to reflash the messed up partition table without the proper tools (jtag).

I just had the same issue except my kernel choices where 1.7ghz, 327mhz min, normal voltage, no gpu overclock, s2wake, dt2wake, and zram.

Thank you very much! It worked!!!
I just decided to send mine into HTC since their warranty still covered it, its already being sent back and it only took literally two weeks. Not sure if they just fixed the same phone or sending me a new one but they handled it extremely fast and the customer support was great.
Hi gyz,I got my HTC One XL bricked by flashing wrong hboot.And my phone is now in QDL mode.I have followed [WIP] Unbricking evita method but at the very step of 12,the process stucks saying "waiting device" .So what to do now,the original thread is closed now.Thats why i had to open a new one.Please help me ,m helpless,please
If that process isn't working I'm pretty sure your only option is to send your phone away for a jtag repair.

but, do you have TWRP recovery? or access to fastboot at all?
If it's in QHSUSB_DLOAD mode he won't have access to anything as the phone will be completely unresponsive.

now since you are from India you can try a Dealer on OLX from New delhi who provides jtag service repairs, my friend had got it done from them and now his phone is good!

hi recently I exchanged my nokia N8 with htc one s.That guy told my its a refurbished phone.At that time I don't think much and just take the deal.After some days i found that this set is a china variant the images are attached.than i want to check the status that its S-on or S-off but it did not boot up....

it was working at that time but when i installed facebook,whatsapp and viber it started to stuck ..
After Charging 1 hour its boot up but stuck at the startup logo HTC One...its even getting turn off
