Lewa OS translated into Spanish, French, Russian, Itlay and German - Android General

In fact, the Neonado OS was developed not directly from the pure Android 4.2 but Lewa OS, which has been quite popular here on XDA-developers.
Now there are two custom-made operating systems specially optimized for cellphones powered by MTK chipsets, namely, MIUI and Lewa. The Xiaomi company conducted such optimization on MIUI because its low-end brand Hongmi adopts MTK6589 and MTK6592. Meanwhile, Lewa is a software company devoted to the localization of Android.
As the two redeveloped operating systems are mainly aimed at users in China, both of them only contain the Chinese and English packages as well as local app stores instead of Goolge Play.
The contribution of Nenonado OS, to be simple, is that it is a re-internationalized Lewa OS. The new operating system contains the Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Russian language packages besides English and Chinese; Google Play Store was preinstalled; and most globally popular apps are included, too, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Skype, and Whatsapp.

According to a friend of mine from whom I got the chance to try the OS, Neonado was made by a company called Axgio, which is about to release its own MTK-powered cellphone for all over the world. Predictably, the phone will run on the Neonado OS -- after all, no company does anything for nothing. The new phone is said to be named Neon N1, but I haven’t googled any official information about it, or Axgio, or even the Neonado OS. So the story should be about a new company and its first product.
Apart from all the background information, the Noenado OS has the following features, most of which were inherited from the Lewa OS.
1. Compared with Lewa OS, the user base of Neonado has an expansion of billions thanks to the 5 language packages added.
2. Neonado relieves you from the burden of installing indispensable apps, especially Google Play. As for other preinstalled apps like Facebook and Whatsapp, you can uninstall as you will.
3. Visibly, Noenado is an overhaul from Android 4.2.
a. On the lock screen, you can slide downward with different buttons to the home screen, dial pad, or short message, respectively; either sliding leftward or rightward, you start the camera; holding the home button triggers the torch; and local weather report is shown here, too.
b. Away from pure Android’s "home screen plus launcher", Neonado’s home screen includes only one layer, where you can drag an app to anywhere or overlap 2 icons to generate a folder, pretty like the IOS .
c. Pressing the blank of the home screen and holding it, you see a menu rise up, containing many widgets. You can add one of them to the home screen by just a click, and the size of it is modifiable.
d. If you keep sliding rightward on the home screens, a special tray will finally come out. First of all, there is a list of recently opened apps here. You can kill one of them or stop them all by clicking the broom incon to release the RAM. On the same icon, you can see the instantaneous usage of RAM anytime you need.
This tray is no doubt the real unique part of the Neonado or Lewa OS, a special part for saving. Besides the task killer, there are buttons for the control of mobile traffic and shift of power consuming mode. You’ll be warned if your traffic data consumption exceeds the upper limit you set.
You may also see a shield icon here, which represents Tencent butler, a Chinese homemade real-time security software.
From this tray, I feel that Lewa company has given great important to thriftiness. BTW, you can hold the home button to switch to the tray when you are in any app.
e. The dropdown canvas carries both the notifications menu and control panel. On the latter, the switches of 11 frequently used functions are listed, including some fashionable ones like barcode scanner. Of course this list is customizable – you can replace any of the switches by another in settings.
The notification function is very user-friendly -- you can add some apps to blacklist so that you won’t be notified any more when messages are pushed from developers.
f. There are three ways in which you can make a screenshot, clicking a button on the control panel, clicking another in the power off/reboot menu triggered by holding the power button, or long pressing the power and volume-down keys at the same time.
4. Some essential apps or functions are fantastically enhanced on Neonado.
a. The Contacts app is a very smart directory, which must have cost a lot of sweat and passion of the Lewa team. Compared with similar apps, you can add more information about a contact, including instant messaging ID, personal website address, and notes. A contact can be categorized into a group and only one click is needed to send a piece of message to all its members.
In the contact information page, you can choose either to make a voice call or write a message to the people, like what you do on IOS 7; switch between SIM cards requires only a slide; check of call and message history is enabled here; and it’s easy to send the contact information of some people to others.
b. A fashionable feature is that you can start answering an incoming call just by putting the phone near your ear without clicking the answer icon.
5. The user interface of Neonado is a feast to the eye – both background images and icons are more vivid and crispy than they are shown on the original Android.
6. In China, the Lewa is well-known as a thrifty system in terms of RAM, power and mobile traffic consumption. From a three-day experience, I do feel this Neonado cellphone a little bit agiler than others with the same components, and the power saving effect is quite obvious.
In general, the Neonado OS has some spotlights that are easy to attract eyes, and I think many people want the ROM to flash. But Axgio just sent some samples to cellphone sellers for feedback, and I don’t known whether and when it will release the ROM. Anyway, when the so called Neon N1 is sold, the OS won’t be kept in cell.

Hi, this is in fact the theme store of Lewa OS. I've tried and all the themes are applicable on Neonado OS. See if you can download themes from this page http://zhuti.lewaos.com/. If yes, i think you can download through the theme store, too, which, after all, is a website.

Yes, you're right, and i've changed the title of the thread. But the installation of Google Play store is quite annoying for many people, it's good that they pre-install it.

Thanks.
wow cool downloading it later
Looks good. Will let you know.
Tempting to try it
Trust??
Can we trust the Go Dev Team? its all ad free, free software from an anonymous chinese team, that has access to our contacts, home screen, now what we type.
I dont know if I can trust them. How is any of this monetized?
I somehow find it a bit ironic that how a Chinese dev team produces a keyboard app that doesn't even supports Chinese itself?

I dont really get why it needs to be monetized? It's free to post things in the android market, so I don't see why they would NEED money. But I guess you'll just have to take this with a grain of salt.
I like it, but it's a bit slow AND has no smiley button

The worry is because they have a very wide range of high quality apps, that between them have access to lots of personal data. The apps have been really good, but there is always the question of why is it developed for free? How do you recover the cost of the time spent? They seem like so much more than just hobbyist free apps.
Here's a quote from one of them from a Go Contacts thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12180685&postcount=42
First of all, I totally understand your concern about the application permission and thank you for your feedback!
GO Dev Team is part of the development teams from the well-known mobile Internet company, 3G Portal (aka 3G.cn). GO Dev Team is dedicated for Android based application development.
3G.cn ranks the #1 mobile portal website in China, with ~30 million daily active users and near 1 billion overall page views. They devolped quite a lot application started from Symbian/KJava/Windows mobile age since 2005, all FREE for use. Their business model comes from mobile website and its related paid service, such as online advertisement, VIP reading, mobile B2C and business solutions.
In China, 3g.cn is a very reliable source of news/sports/entertainment info and mobile applications.
As of permissions, GO Dev Team tried to remain minimized. For better user experience, we included version check and necessary notification module, which requires Internet access to our server. As of Contact access, that's what we cannot bypass for SMS and Contacts software.
We will keep our application Free (even for so-called Extra versions). If possible, upon request like some of user already did, we will think about open a donation channel, OR even make some paid extra themes, but again, monetization is not our priority.
Any question or concern , please let us know [email protected]

Hopefully that helps. Sounds like it's similar to why Google has free apps - to get mind share and people using your paid products, which for them is their mobile portal. Those of us not not in China get to reap the benefits of that.

Version 0.0.8
I'm on my droid incredible Ginger Bread Evervolv rom. The keyboards behavior is horrible. Upon install I did get the back ground changed once and then did a re-boot. I'm now having no luck with the back ground. (user defined & copy .jpg in corresponding folder) Also why does it put EN icon in the statues bar, I don't think it's needed.
I always say there is room for improvement. So I can't wait for many to follow! It's just okay at best this far. Now with usage~Handcent it just does one letter and pulls down...it's not even usable. WTF
Wow this is the best keyboard i've used so far. love the default theme too. Except the auto-corrections are kinda off at times.
Good job Go Team!
They have it.

Using version 0.08 but the multi touch is not working?
Well...i took a closer look at google's search...i found almost nothing which would identify the "go dev team".
Nobody would ever make someone a present just because he is such a nice guy. so i don't trust the go dev team at all. it seems too pretty to be true.
- An absolutely free SMS Pro App with a huge bunch of features, better than Handcent!
- free dialer/contacts app
- free launcher (great, better than sense!)
...
Who pays it? Where is their "privacy policy"...and...even if 10 million people in China use 3g.cn and the go dev teams products, it proves nothing! China has 1,2 billion inhabitants, 10 million are just nothing.
As long as i don't know if the "Go dev Team" is honourable and respectable, i will not use one of their products. I don't want to see my data go to china (and elsewhere! for the same reason i do not use launcher pro...)

Been waiting for the XP Mod for awhile. Anyway, menus seems distorted under 193 dpi.
Apps start way too quick. like... instant => unreal. No bootmenu too. Would be nicer if windows are floating around.
How about an option for wallpaper? And some setting options, too.
Anyway, great start. Looking forward to updates!

Here are our boot animations: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1503289
If you keep XP Mod as your default launcher and our XP Boot Animation, it will complete the full sequence (You can always disable lock screen on boot).
No thanks, I prefer using XP Mod as a fun app for showing off purpose, hence no need bootaniation as default.
What I'd like to see is these animation being integrated into the apps, with tweaks and mods... to make it as perfect as Winmo version.
I believe this app has big potential, if you push it to the limit, I'm sure it'll be huge!
I just nerdgasmed in my nerdpants, this is a real bonermaker on the Int. S3! Love it!
It obviously needs a lot of work as it is still beta but with a few things such as pinch to zoom, being able to change settings, and to place apps on the home screen then I'd give up my own personalised theme for this!

[ MUST READ ] 11 Features of Android [ 4.4 ] Kitkat

Hi guys .. this is my first post ...
11 features of Android 4.4 Kitkat

First what is Kitkat :It is an android version which was released after Jelly bean ........ The latest version of android tooo
Many of them will have seen ...... Jelly bean and Ice cream sandwich .....
But this kitkat is very special and fullly Themed ..... :silly:
Google has confirmed that Android 4.4 KitKat will be the next edition of the world's most popular smartphone operating system.
The next version of Android was widely tipped to be known as Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, but after some deliberation Google opted for a more recognisable name confirmed the change after reaching a deal with Nestle.
Features and release date of Android 4.4 KitKat are yet to be released, but the mobile OS is expected to arrive before the end of the year, mostly likely debuting on the next Nexus branded handset.
I had compiled a list of 12 other improvements we'd like to see in Android 4.4. Do you agree? Are there any features you'd like to see Google introduce? Let us know below.
Features of Kitkat :
12. Improved security
Despite its popularity, security is still a core problem for the Android platform. This is primarily down to the Google Play store being a infiltrated with apps containing malware malware, but isn’t the only cause.
Most recently, Bluebox Security discovered a “Master Key” flaw, which means that 99 per cent of devices vulnerable (900 million) can be hacked. A patch is being rolled out as we speak, it’s another major sign that Google needs to do more to ensure its devices are safer.
11. Performance profiles
We’ve already got the ability to toggle between silent and flight mode, but enhanced profiles which can be customised to alter the performance levels of the device will be invaluable as they can help to save battery life or boost CPU speeds for complex tasks .
OEMs such as Motorola and Samsung already offer users things such as Blocking Mode and Smart Actions, respectively. We would like to see Google step up and offer a variety of modes built into Android, especially for its Nexus range. These will allow the user to save battery overnight, turn up performance when carrying using the device for gaming/multimedia and settings for in between.

Click to collapse
10. Beef up Google Now
Google Now was introduced in 2011 as part of Android Jelly Bean 4.1, but it's usefulness is largely restricted to the US.
In the UK, the software primarily functions as a reminder tool for events you may have – and is always on hand to show you how long it will take to get home from any given location. We expect Google to make some more partnership announcements, which will extend the usefulness of Now outside of the grand ol’ USA.

9. Ability to turn off OEM skins on any device
When Android 4.4 KitKat launches, it is expected to arrive on a brand-new handset carrying Google’s 'Nexus' branding.
Likely to be dubbed the Nexus 5, this smartphone will ship with the vanilla version of Android, and will be developer friendly. OEMs such as HTC, LG and Samsung will place their custom skins over the top of Android KitKat when it is released on their handsets to differentiate them.
It would be good if Google built-in a master switch into Android, giving users the choice to switch off these OEM skins without having to root devices.
The chances of this happening though are virtually zero. OEMs such as HTC and Samsung add features which will only work with their respective skins active, and they are not going to want to let users disable them. Google is unlikely to pull rank on its partners too – as it feels that one of the strengths of the operating system is its customisation
8. Child/Business-friendly modes as standard
Kids Corner was a useful feature that Microsoft introduced in the Windows Phone 8 OS. Microsoft effectively built a sandbox into the mobile OS, allowing users to lockdown sensitive information like emails, while allowing kids to access features such as games. It would be good to see Google incorporate a similar feature into Android.
BlackBerry built-in its Balance feature into Z10 smartphones. This allows IT admins to separate business and personal data – and means that employees cannot copy sensitive information from one side to the other. It also means when a user leaves an organisation, the business side of the handset can be wiped without affecting the personal information.
Samsung is already trying to make inroads into the enterprise by launching a Secured Edition of Android known as Knox. This aims to replicate the functionality of BlackBerry Balance, so it is possible to do so.

7. Find my Droid
You'd expect a simple feature like this to be included in a comprehensive system such as Android, but it has yet to materialise.
With the firm’s extensive mapping service, and GPS included into handset, it shouldn’t be too much of a stretch for Google to build this functionality into the heart of the OS.

6. Revamped messaging
This is the feature which has been talked about extensively, due to information leaking. It will be interesting to see to how Google goes about tackling messaging in a world where apps such as Whatsapp dominate.
Google's "Babel” service is expected to allow users to access messages across Android smartphones and tablets. The web giant is also tipped to launch clients for other popular platforms such as iOS.
Folks over at the Google Operating System blog found a javascript file on Gmail servers appearing to confirm the existence of Babel and some of the key features it will include:
Redesigned conversation-based UI
Access conversation lists from smartphones, tablet and PCs
Advanced group conversations
Ability to send pictures
Improved notifications across devices

5. Offline maps and better control over location settings
Nokia has been leading the way in this field by allowing users to download comprehensive guidance and then use it for free offline. Google already offers comprehensive guidance through its Maps and Navigation apps, but it does crunch through battery when in use.
Privacy hasn't been a strong point for Google, with the firm receiving numerous fines about collecting data from individuals. A way in which Google could try and rebuild its privacy image would be to let users choose whether they want to share their location.
iOS already allows users to turn off location services on individual apps if they choose to. This feature would be welcome on Android so you don’t have all your apps sending off data. Of course it would help to save battery life too.

4. Improved battery life and performance
There are whispers that Google will upgrade the framework of Android to the Linux 3.8 Kernel. What does this mean for regular users?
In short, such an upgrade should make Android less memory hungry. Devices should become more efficient as they gobble up less RAM for tasks and inturn this should result in improved battery life.
Google introduced its Project Butter initiate with Jelly Bean to help solve the latency issues Android was experiencing. This has gone a long way toward reducing the perceived “lag” associated with Android. Improvements to Butter are expected.

3. Enhanced multitasking
Android has been at the forefront of mobile computing when it comes to features such as multitasking. Users are able to run multiple apps at the same time and flick between them.
With the forthcoming Galaxy S4, Samsung will allow users to snap two apps onto the screen of the 5in device, so they can be used at the same time. It’ll be possible to watch videos when replying to emails, or surf the internet and make notes.
It would be great to see Google take the initiative and make a multitasking feature like this standard across all high-end handsets.

2. Complete Android backup
Although it is possible to sync key features such as contacts and apps with a Gmail account – a full blown native backup is lacking from Android handsets.
When you switch between Android handsets, photos, music and text messages are lost in the transition, as are any customisations you have made.
Apple already has a cloud backup service, which works well when you upgrade your iPhone– and we hope Google will introduce something similar to this with Android KitKat.

About:
I've been on XDA since 2008, but I've been more of a consumer than a producer. Rooted my android device, turned it inside out. I have XDA to thank for that. I think it's time to give back.
And so, yes. This is my first post here on XDA, but certainly not my first experience into programming or posting on forums.
At the last count, I had 304 apps installed, and only 7 homescreens. All 7 are full, and not every single app was important enough to earn its place there.
But the apps I do have, I have for a reason. I have so many 'occasional-use' apps lying around that are useful enough for me to keep, but not used often enough for me to pin them to the homescreen.
iOS has a brilliant solution - its Spotlight search let's you find any app you have. But on Android? So many times I couldn't find an app when I really needed it because it was lost in the launcher, in its many pages.
You may or may not need this, simply because your manufacturer could have included a search feature in their customized Android implementation on your device. You may already have the ability to search for your apps.
But one thing I hated - was some features being in some devices, but not in others. Samsung's Multi-Window feature, for instance. You'd have one camp, happy with all the additional features that they have, while others, running equally capable hardware, running an almost equivalent operating system, are denied these useful features. I understood Samsung's need to have a competitive advantage, but that didn't mean I liked it. At the time I really wanted someone to just code an app that gave the functionality to everyone else. Today, there's the Xposed framework. There are multi-window-enabling mods out there that bring that goodness to you and everyone else outside that inner circle. And I think that's great. This is what open Android is.
I know stock Android doesn't have search built in. Some devices like the Sony Xperia series do. Whatever the reason - perhaps you think the inbuilt search is buried behind too many clicks, or isn't intuitive enough - should you want to try out the app, it's available here on the Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rjt.appsearch
If searching for it on-device, you have to put "App Search Plus" in quotation marks. Otherwise, it's #100+ in the search results, even with a search for the exact name. One thing I learnt was that Google provides zero traffic and visibility for new apps.
When I designed this I held fast to the idea that your apps are your eventual destination, and this app's design reflects that. Finding your apps is but the means to an end - and so you'll see that the app doesn't take over your screen, presenting you with options that you'll never take. I aimed to design an app that was seamless; one that didn't interrupt you. I hope you like what you see.
Do post comments and if you have any feature requests, please send them in. Please do note that I'm not looking to overburden this app with features though! It has one function - and it's my hope that it excels in it.

Typing in the google search box on the homescreen on my Nexus 5 returns app results but thats not very intuitive at all. I like how your app starts with "A" so it will be right there when I inevitably go to the list of apps to tediously search for one.
Yes, Google Search seems to want to show you its web results first and order your apps last, every time.
Amazing work. Been looking for an app like this for a very long time!
Few things to consider:
- when pulling up (google search gesture) there's no icon, would be nice to put a search icon in there
- ability to exclude certain apps from the search
Thanks again!
@Cow07
I had initially left out the icon because Android 4.4 (on my phone) had a default icon that had a working focus state. (it seems that custom icons don't get the hover-over highlight that Google Now gets.)
It appears that on Android 5.0 Google has done away with the default icon and now the icon is simply blank. I'll push out an update for the icon soon! Thanks for the feedback.
As for excluding apps, I think that's a good idea. Will implement that soon.
Love the app! Would appreciate the ability to auto-launch an app if its the only result of the search!
Launch using home button long-press?
Upgraded to Android M on EUI 5.8.917S and lost the ability to launch App Search + by long pressing the home button. My device is Le 1s. Any solutions?
Very useful
It's a very useful app, I have a Xiaomi device and organizing/searching for apps was always a huge pain point as MIUI doesn't have an app drawer. The Google app searches for apps though, but it's slow and puts them in the bottom of the list.
I would love a widget, because the open by "long-press on home, then swipe up" doesn't work on MIUI. Or do you have any tricks to solve the swipe action on MIUI?
Anyway, I put together a few screens in Sketch, so that I can show you how the widget should work in my opinion. See the screens here:

Thank you for your work on this. Keep it up!
Best,
Zsolt
P.s.: if you ever need some help in design, just let me know, I'd love to participate in projects like this
I can't find any better place to file a bug report, so I hope you're still watching this thread. Anyway, this app had been working fine on my Pixel for all versions of Nougat. I just updated to Oreo, and the app now crashes whenever the search results would contain an app for a Google service (e.g. Play Store, Gmail, YouTube, Drive, etc.). It's not restricted to built-in apps; I downloaded Google Keep, which is not included with the Pixel, and experienced the same problem when searching for it. All other searches still work fine.
Thank you, and I hope you can find a solution.

Hey people,
I want to introduce you a suite of Android apps I've created under the Simple Mobile Tools brand. As of writing this it contains 13 apps: App-launcher, Calculator, Calendar, Camera, Clock, Contacts, Draw, File-manager, Flashlight, Gallery, Music-Player, Notes, Thank You.
They are all open source, contain no internet access, no unexplainable permissions, no ads. That makes them perfect not only for the casual users, but also for the privacy concerned ones. They are available on f-droid too, sources are on Github. They contain customizable colors (including the app launcher color), dark theme is used by default.
I created them 2 years ago and by now they have roughly 6 million downloads together, so they are fine-tuned for the most part already, it isn't something fresh and rough that just came out of a school project. I'm actually working on them even more than full-time by now, so they can't just disappear or become abandoned. They are translated in up to 32 languages, translations are done by volunteers. The most popular app is the Gallery, the next ones are Calendar and Contacts.
Google keeps pushing developers to be more transparent with handling user data and they will also make their requirements more strict this year. App updates will have to target SDK 26 (Android Oreo) starting November 1 and while my apps are already doing that, it will cause a lot of troubles to other big players. Among many other things they will have to implement runtime permissions and not take every listed permission granted by installing the apps. That is one of the reasons why I think my apps have a tremendous potential.
Even though I have published app privacy policies as needed at Google Play, many people ask me what data do I collect. Well, since the apps are offline, I'm not collecting any data whatsoever. And since there are no ads, there are no marketing companies tracking you either.
The great benefit of using the apps isn't just the security, but also the consistent user experience, that I miss so much in Android. In my apps I'm reusing as much as I can. Not just actual functions, but also icons, actions, sometimes whole screens. Whenever possible, I'm using the Material icons provided by Google, so they should look familiar and you shouldn't be wondering what will happen once you press them.
Instead of typing out everything here, let me redirect you to my Medium article Why did I create Simple Mobile Tools.
I wrote an article about the first 2 years of my journey at Medium too, it is called 5 million downloads on 2nd anniversary. What now?
In case you want to read some user feedback, a Reddit article has been written too by a user (I'm not involved in that at all).
There are many new features/bugs/improvements/apps on the roadmap and while I already have around 20k installs a day, the best is yet to come!
Stay tuned,
Thanks!
( First ? )
Good to see you on XDA, indeed.
Thank you for keeping your software clean, with no analytics, no tracking, no data mining, and also for the enormous amount of work over the years. ( Been following on GitHub for a while. )

Hi, I was looking for a substitute for quickpic (best gallery ever unfortunately buy and let die by cheetah mobile). Simple gallery lately have improved a lot but have some big lackness to be good as quickpic.*
Here the problems that quickpic doesn't have:
1- can't rotate image using simply two finger. //*
2- when you move an image from internal storage to SD (and viceversa) it change the date of editing, if you use that to order it will be the first. Make it optional //*
3- when you edit and image it change the edit data and the image became the first if you use it to order. Make it optional*
4- slow loading time. //
I really, really hope this will can be my the sostituite to all people still use quickpic even if it's not updated in years
I also suggest to add the possibility of draw in the photo editing.*
Good luck with this beautiful app.*
Ye improving those is on the roadmap, stay tuned

Working on Simple Webbrowser?
not really, a browser wont be added anytime soon
Great work on the apps.
One small thing I've noticed, in the Gallery app, list view.. There is a minor misalignment in the thumbnails. Hopefully that's an easy fix?
Otherwise really nice, keep up the great work.
of course, there are Donation links mentioned everywhere. It is at https://simplemobiletools.github.io/donate/
Thanks
Beautiful Icons
Really love those icons. Pretty

Hey, some of those things have already been fixed, but you will have to get the Pro version at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplemobiletools.gallery.pro . Im working on rotating with gestures already, it just isnt that simple. Im getting there step by step, some initial implementation might be added in 6.5.0 released soon.
Will you be updating Simple Camera or it will turn into a pro app?

I dont really want to work on that app. There are so many things handled differently per manufacturer and per OS version that I just cannot make it work reliably. Now that there are devices coming with multiple cameras, Im actually always further from making it a compelling app.

Okay I understand.
It just a shame that there are not any other Camera apps which are simple like Simple Camera that I know of.

Great work man, love the philosophy and hard work behind your apps, been a long time user of simple gallery as I used to use quickpic (before cheeta mobile ruined it), and google photos sucks for quick offline use. Got simple gallery pro a little while back and I just got your thank you app too. Anyways, great work, glad to see you on xda, cheers!
thanks, enjoy
First I want to thank you for the apps. I've used most on and off over the past couple years. I currently use calendar and gallery only though.
My suggestion to you, from an end user, is to focus more on the style and layout of your apps. The clock, for example, doesn't resize to be large enough and forces info the user may not wasn't, e.g. PM...and contacts shoves things together, name and phone number, leaving lots of empty space yet cramped together info, calendar widget text size doesn't fit with event list though they're defined by the same setting. In other words, your use of negative space to create a more appealing look & feel to the app could use some work....please don't take this as a negative. Your work is much appreciated! Just constructive criticism.
ye sure, any feedback is appreciated. I will consider it, but for now I generally want to focus on the functionality. It looks not that bad Thanks
Could there be an option to show the actual size of an image in the Gallery application ? ( If there is, I haven't figured it out... )
It particularly affects small images, like pixel art or icons, that are blown up many times their size and distorted.
