Guys I have this captivate for like a couple of years 4 or so.i used it quite well and then gave it to my gf who used it roughly for an year.had a speaker issue on it previously which I didnt fix and thr phone stopped charging as well, had to remove battery and do the charging.now the phone wont even power after putting in a fully charged battery, does it have any life left or should I finally just accept that it has met its grave? Im currently using at&t note 2 with dn3 but I really like the cappy and would hate to part with it, even if it is just worth scrap now

So I've had the T-bolt for a few hours now, my first HTC phone. I've had a d1, fascinate and dx. I'm blown away by this phone. I came home expecting to root immediately and get to flashing, but I think I'm gonna wait. Unless battery life gets to be an issue then I see no reason currently. Sense had surprised me, years ahead of blur and touchwiz. Only thing I'm kinda missing is swype, but that's an easy fix. No regrets switching from the hacked to hell sf lol. especially since I got it for free.

Welcome to the club!
I switched yesterday too and had swype about five minutes after I got the phone. It was worth switching just to be able to talk and use data at the same time. I'm not sure why all the complaining about battery life either... My phone's been of the charger for about 15 hours and I have 46% left. That's stock.

Sometimes you just simply get a bad battery. Does your phone charge with other batteries?
Ask samsung for a replacement, you're within warranty.

I had an experience with another phone where I always carried a spare and one day I accidentally left the spare in the car on a hot day and the same thing you are describing started happening to the one I left in the car. Luckily I haven't had any issues with the sg3 battery.

You just have a bad battery, just replace it. The phone isn't the issue.

OK well I got this Hyperion 7500 mah extended battery for my Samsung galaxy s4 a couple days ago and everything is almost perfect on it. The only thing that I have a problem with is the fact that is continues to disconnect my from my WiFi all the time at random times. it also blocks a lot of my mobile data to. I get little to no service with it in. Is there any way that anyone could help me out with this one. I really just don't want to return just yet.

Any one else had this issue? Only way to gain a response from the screen it needs to be rebooted , still remains connected with Gear Manager ..

Same here had the gear playing music then it froze on one part of the song rebooted itself cause nothing would work. This watch is still buggy like the last one just a few good features

My wife and I have Gear 2's. I have the Gear 2. She has the Gear 2 Neo. Neither of us have had any freezing.
We have had them a week and have not rebooted them once. Just curious though, how long did you run it before it froze? I know my cellphones typically get flaky after a period of time if I don't reboot them periodically..
Never never again, 2nd watch and still freezes and this one now only lasts 10.5 hours on full charge in standby... I'm going to go get my money back, what a joke.

no freezing, good battery life and everything else works also fine

I have had my gear 2 neo for 2 weeks I got a phone call today didn't answer it and like 20 min later when I went to check my watch for messages or the time my screen wouldn't work now I can't do anything my OS Is froze when I try and hold down the power button nothing happens soo I can't even turn the device off any suggestions? Gonna take back to ATT tomorrow and see of they can give me a new one or something
Update I pushed and held the power home button and held it for about 6 seconds and it rebooted itself and seems to be working fine for now
Has anyone solved this problem with gear 2 r380?
Ok so the gear 2 . I noticed the battery meter. Doesn't update . Is 100% says is 100 % all the time . .what would be the fix . ?any one got the same problem

I can't say I've noticed any weird battery glitches. First few things I could suggest is start by shutting down/restarting the watch, just to see if that fixes it. Next couple things to test would be to let the watch go on as long as possible to do a full charge cycle a couple of times. Maybe someone else has another suggestion. Beyond those, if it became an issue I would assume you could always claim warranty and get it replaced, as that's not how a battery meter should work...
I have had the watch since day one and been like that . It's starting to bother me coz all of a sudden after 3 days it would just die . When I plug it in it would charge from zero percent. I just did a couple of restarts . Factory reset same issue . I guess I'm going to best buy when they open up

How come you haven't went to the shop you bought it from? I couldn't cope having the same issue from day one.

Just did . Ended up returning it and ordering another one waiting for it to get mailed in since my local best buy didn't have any in stock

I once caught the battery indicator jumping from 57% to 60% a little while after disconnecting it from the charger.
