OK google everywhere options gone after ROM switch - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I had the okay google everywhere options a couple days ago, but had to hop on another rom yesterday. Now, no matter what I do, I can't get the options back. I tried using the unleashthegoogle.apk. I tried searching for 'ok google everywhere' from google now. I tried wiping data, force stop, uninstall/reinstall. My language is set as English (US). The audio history toggle is there, but under "Ok Google" Detection, the options from any screen just will not appear! Have any other methods worked for anyone?

Google Experience Launcher

I've heard from multiple people that they've gotten the Google experience launcher to work on a Droid DNA like I have, but I can't even open the launcher without it saying that Google search has stopped. I've seen the fix where you change the language, do a voice search and then immediately change it back, but Google search and the default voice search app both crash before I even have time to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd really love to get this working!
I have the same problem when I go to my homescreen, I am greeted with "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped."
I cleared cache and data, problem still persists.
I'm unable to see my App Drawer so anything I have to open will be impossible.
I can still access my Settings though.

'Ok Google' spontaneous open when using Google Music All access

Hi,
Recently started the trial of Google play music all access.
I have the Google Now apps installed so My Moto G has the full 'OK Google' functionality going on.
For some reason, the phone 'beeps' and opens up voice search for no reason 80% of the time when a new track starts, or if I skip a track.
Does anyone know why this is, This is usually when a quiet instrumental is playing at the beginning of a song so It's not being driven by someone saying 'ok google' in the song ..
Any thoughts whats going on. I don't want to disable voice because its actaully very useful when driving to control google maps, etc.
cheers
I had this same problem with the general Play music when listening through earphones. However after the application update a few days ago, I haven't found it again.
Maybe you can consider updating if you have not already.
its updated. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

[Q] "OK Google" No Longer Working

The stats first,
HTC Rezound
Rooted
Infection 2.5
I last used Google Now on my way home from work on Tuesday. Normally, I would open Google Now. Then, when I say "OK Google" it would respond, and I could do what needed to be done. However, this morning, on the way into the office, no go. I can open Google Now, but the "OK Google" command does not work.
I checked the setting in Google Now, and Hot Word detection is set to On. Also, the microphone icon in the search bar on the Google Now screen is white. ( I learned this means that OK Google key word is active)
The only thing I have changed since then is updated applications as they become available. The only Google app I recall updating since Tuesday was Google+, but there might have been other Google apps, and I know I updated several other applications.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

[OK Google] Voice match doesn't want to turn on anymore

I'm on Open Beta 2, and suddenly Voice Match on "Ok Google" doesn't work anymore. When I turn it on in the Assistant settings, I'm guided through the set-up where I have to say "Ok Google" for a few times, but in the end when I click "Finish" it's still turned off. No error or such.
Tried uninstalling Google already, also installing other versions, but it's still switched off somehow.
Anyone have an idea?

Smart Lock Voice Match Keeps Resetting

I use the "OK Google" feature pretty regularly, but recently that hasn't been working when the screen is off. After some basic investigation I figured out that the Smart Lock - Voice Match - Access with Voice Match setting has been getting disabled on its own... I have re-enabled that setting 3-4 times this week and it just keeps resetting itself. I cannot figure out why. Can anyone help?
bump.
Try cleaning the storage data and cache for Google app and setting all the settings from fresh ... See if that helps
