Trying to flash/program to virigin mobile.. - Sprint Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So, in the past I've successfully flashed my Epic 4g touch & S4 to virgin mobile. I'm following all similar steps on the S5 but with no luck.. All settings(aaa & ha key and etc) from the donor phone have been flashed to the S5 but its getting no service.. I flashed Philz Recovery & RODT 1.1 ND2 to be able to use the PRL Write under ##3282#. I renamed PRL "61008.prl" to test.prl to flash but the PRL after reboot still shows up as "PRL:1" . If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

It's not possible. Sorry.

Needed Cspire users, especially SG2 SCH-R760

I am of need of some information. 3 days of bits and pieces here is where I'm at.
I rooted this phone with droids kernel and installed a few different roms only to find that I had a non locking GPS. So after several threads I found I needed to return to stock and get a lock. Here is where the problem started. I have never found a Cspire stock file for the SCH-R760 the best match I could find was a USC easy upgrade tool on samsung. Flashed the util and got a stock lock. After several buil.prop edits apn edits never could get data to work. SO I found a generic carriers stock FF24 total tar package posted by Mcadder on the USC site flashed it with odin and checked the efs clear to wipe out all the USC stuff. When I came out of the flash all device information was gone and prl was gone. So then I went into ##3282## changed all the information that I had to get voice text and prl back. So I'm now rooted with no data.
I need someone who is on Cspire to go into ##3282## and give me some information so hopefully I can get data back.
Also if anyone has a default build.prop for this phone Please post. I have asked in other post but not finding to many people with a Cspire SG2 that can help.
I can help

What specifics do you need from there. I see lots of information?
If you have this fixed already. Are you staying with the original load for this phone or did you find a ROM that works? I am wanting to flash my CSpire S2 and hope to find a jellybean load to work. I remember having trouble with the data on my S1 after flashing and went back to the original load.
Needed to close this. I got it all fixed and yes ,Using CodeName Android that was ported to USC then reported back to cspire.
need help

Did flashing a us cellular custom ROM to your cspire Samsung galaxy s2 do this or did you lose your data by updating the firmware through us cellular? What I am asking is if it is safe to flash a custom ROM made for a us cellular galaxy s2 to my cspire galaxy s2??

It was caused by running the easy upgrade tool from Samsung, designed for US cellular . I personally run stuff for the Epic4g posted here. Some say it is not wise to do so because they aren't exactly the same, but I have had little issue running CM10,PA,AOKP,AOSP.

[Q] HELP! I am stuck on this situation with my flashed phone!!

Hello Xda, I am new to posting, but I am legit stuck on this and i require help so hopefully I can here. I own a US Cellular Galaxy S4 sch-r970 running stock (flashed stock) 4.3 flashed to Ntelos using CDMA workshop. Its not running 3g (damn 1x) but i hope to soon resolve that with prls updates. But before i can do this i need to find a way to root with ruining the flash (basically no flash rooting with odin or custom boot menu :'(... ). I have already tried framaroot (they don't support 4.3 with aragorn or gandalf....) and i wanna try kingo but they won't give me a straight answer of weather or not their application is compatible with flashed phones. So to put it simply i wanna root my phone and if there is no way not to ruin the flash can i keep root and reflash??? plus if anybody can help me with the prls because my phone everytime 1x is turned on/off the phone calls *228 and i know i need to update the prls.... sooooo yea if anybody can please help i would appriciate it very much. Thanks.

L720 galaxy s4 sprint go back to stock issue

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2415587
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2530610
I used those 2 threads trying unlock my L720, I followed everything up and It went smoothly It worked with (Simple mobile & Straight talk att sim card) but I was not getting a constant service, decided to go back to sprint and then, just trying to go back to stock firmware!
I am getting "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue.." in Odin every time that I try MDC, MK2 Stock firmwares says "FAIL! (Auth)" ?????
The only tar that is working is MDC modem tar found on the 1st thread used to downgrade modem to MDC, even though I was in NG2 which is the latest i was stock and rooted!
Then the phone boot up there's no sound no WiFi touch problems or is it the phone is really slow!?. I did a factory reset and nothing!
Another thing, but I noticed this since unlocked it! there is a picture too! Baseban and build are different!
Please any help would be appreciatte it!1 Thank you!

SM-G920A from AT&T to to T-Mobile - 4G LTE Signal Booster

Hi,
I recently brought over my SM-G920A from ATT to T-mobile. I cannot get the ATT phone to recognize the existence of the Signal Booster--which works great on T-Moble phones--so I cannot connect to it. I have been a few rounds with others here that have walked me through the attempt to flash this phone with T-Mobile baseband load and it simply will not work. The phone is unlocked and is using the following load:
baseband G920AUCS7ERC1
BUILD NRD90M G920AUCS7ERC1
I have dev mode unlocked and have no idea what to set those settings at or what they were originally, I attempted to flash SM-GO-G920T onto it but it will not take because there is no current bootloader that can overwrite the ATT version.
So, I'm about to go back and flash the old software back on here.
But, I would really like to see if anyone has any ideas that can help me either get this phone to recognize the T-Mobile 4G-LTE signal booster or help me figure out how to get this phone to accept the SM-G920A load all together.
I would like to thank everyone in advance for your time. Please help.
Thanks and have a great day!
