HEY ,I have a Zebronics Tab ,i couldn't connect my mts modem via otg cable ,and I couldn't even add APN manually ,i saved the APN but it always showing empty CLEAR FIELD without even a DEFAULT APN OF MTS but toast message shown that usb device PLUGED In and OUT
So Please help me,HOW can I do it ??????????????????????????????????????????????????

6-Run "romupdate.exe" on your PC
7-Choose the USB connection in the connection settings of romupdate.exe window and click on ok. After that a terminal window will popup in that window.
wen i click on romupdate... dialog box pop up...havin manythings i just change the port to com1...
another dailogbox appears....
but im not able to write anythin in it..but in tutorials it says to type "d2s"
how do i do it????

Your connection mode in romupdate.exe must be usb and before doing so disable it in activesync.
Hi, I have a rooted 2.3.4 I9003 running Zodiac V2.1 <Testing Version> . When I want to change the usb connection through Settings, the process terminates, and I can't change it. Is there any other way to do this? I mean, e.g. is there a xml (or any other type) file in the memory where the related settings are defined? thanks in advance.
USB tethering works (I am using it to write this thread)
But wifi tethering is not working ( sharing the connection to my PC, it detects the wifi signal, connects to the hotspot correctly but internet is impossible)
I've tried the method of updating global key tether_dun_required to 0 , but it doesn't work ... (Note : after reboot, tether_dun_required value comes back to 1 ...)
I've tried to set the Access Point names (APN) to the default value , it works for some time , but again , still do not work the next time i tried it , i've retried after reboot ...
(Network is Orange)

M using a rooted Lollipop Samsung S4 with dead WIFI IC... Hence I am unable to use Internet through WIFI... I wanted to know a method to use Internet in my phone through my PC... Tried reverse threading but it didn't work...it says connected but m not able to access internet through the same...does anyone have any idea how to do that ?

Connect your Android device with a USB-Cable to your PC
In the Wireless & networks section (you might need to click on "More..." on some android devices), Try to activate the USB Internet. Now choose the os .(doesn't really matter)
Now there should be check mark on USB internet.(if you're doing this for the first time. You may be prompted and that's ok)
Now on the Windows network connection tab on PC right click the the network you want to share->properties>sharing tab and check mark for allow other users to connect.

I have
1- mobile Samsung galaxy note 2 running android resurrection remix lollipop 5.1.1
2- computer running ubuntu 10.16
bluetooth on my mobile showing my computer is connected and under paired devices showing name ubuntu and used for has a check mark next to the only option there (audio media)
bluetooth on my computer my mobile showing connected (on) paired (yes) under bluetooth settings
every time I send a file from my mobile to my computer it fails with stating (connection unsuccesful)
every time I send a file from my computer to my mobile ubuntu states experienced an internal error and gives me 2 options send the error report or ignore it - I tried to send file from my computer to my mobile once via bluetooth setting and once via bluetooth manager but both fail with the same error.
Can anyone help me fix this problem, please?

Both operating systems may be the culprit
The only options you have are
1- get a log from your phone and send it to your rom developer , he can figure out if there`s something rom with the bluetooth in his rom
2- try to pair and transfer files using other devices , this way you`ll know if your computer or your phone have a problem
