hello sir
first of all thanks for doing so much effort on HTC explorer.
All those tutorial and loading jellybean is very awesome.
The problem is i followed all the steps for unlock bootloader, installed jellybean successfully also but my phone is not completely rooted. After following all the procedure, I checked my root function through a software name root checker which i downled from Google play store and after checking i am getting this msg that "Sorry this device does not have proper root access"

If you are on android 2.1 download an apk (app) from google called z4root, open it on your phone and click on root.
If you are using android 2.2 download a program on your computer called superoneclick root, turn USB debugging on (on your phone), connect your USB and click on root.

This is good for quick rooting ,but there is problem that xolo know that we have rooted our phone hence warranty is void, while in other method we can unroot our phone & go to service centre as no info is transmitted to lava server

here is the thing... if you will install the rom again flash the rom again then ur phone will register the imei again to their server.. they will know about it anyway..
and btw service centre guys does not check weather the phone is rooted or not they just flash the rom and give back the phone...

Well, thats right har****, I agree with u. We root by a method using universal android then xolo doesnt know about it and we can unroot. Once the xolo care app is frozen (using root) then there is no worry, we can unroot and claim warranty. As far as installing a new rom is concerned, (after we get working cwm) xolo would not know as there wont be a xolo care app.

Install SuperSU from play store. SU binaries are probably installed, the apk's not.
Doesn't work for Galaxy Core LTE SM-G386F
Backup needed?
I'm pretty new to this matter, so excuse me if I ask stupid questions... Do you recommend a backup before running the app or is it not necessary? also, do I need a program to do a proper backup or do I just copy-paste card and phone memory into my pc and then copy-paste it back? Can a rooted device be connected to a pc or will this crash the phone?
Also when I tried to download framaroot I was asked to complete a survey - yes the kind of surveys that charge you an amount of money per week - is there any way to get past it? I don't want an untrusted source to get my phone number. Although they say you can cancel any time, I don't trust this kind of activities...
However, older versions, 1.9.0 and below are available w/o survey (idk if they ask for one when you run it). Should I opt for an older version? Is this ok?

Just Google for the latest version of the Framaroot, it's every where on the net, you don't have to get it from the web asking to complete the surveys.
Rooting by Framaroot is very safe. Backup isn't necessary as far as I did. My device status in still OFFICIAL upon rooted by it.

Hi folks , lost your root access after a Android backup ???
No need to root again and again ...
If you are using Superuser app just flash the below package for regaining root permissions.
Recommended for Samsung devices . Aldo works with other devices .
This package only upgrade your su binary and reinstall superuser app .
Code:
1 . Reboot into any custom rcovery like cwm .
2 . Flash the below package .
3 . [COLOR="Green"]Reboot and enjoy with root access. [/COLOR]
4 . Click thanks button or rate this thread .
What are you waiting for ? Do this and save your time
Thanks!

My superSU need to update binary, and i choose normal instead TWRP, but after reboot, my aplication like TE and Titanium backup can't get root access.

Hi!
I'm new on this forum and may on the wrong place but I ask your help rooting my Xperia C1505 single card phone.
Last year I could root it untill I updated the OS from the Sony site and since then I can't
do the rooting. I've tried a lot of ways what I found in the internet (EMMA, One click
rooting, etc,), all the Framaroot from the earliest to the latest too, but non of them was succesful.
The Framaroot says "Error #7". My phone has: Android 4.1.1, Kernel 3.4.0-perf, Build 113.A.2.23
I hope someone has the solution.
Thanx for your help!

Search an application named adaway.apk.
-Installed.
-When the start will ask ye root access, allowed.
-You will come out 2 options, must choose the latter.
-When finished, you give reboot and now this.
To me this I fix connection problems with playstore, I hope you will serve equally.
