I think that the root have failed even if supersu is here. I'm a really lost because i don't know what to do. I really need your help please. thanx for the comprehension.
P.S i have a stock rom given by the manufacturer and i don't have a custom recovery because the root failed

Since we do not have a Forum for Your device, please pose your query in
Android Development and Hacking > Android General
I see a thread [Guide] Root & CWM for the Alcatel One touch X'Pop 5035D Although it is for a different device, the general principle apply. It may be of help.
Prior removal of the Root has potentially corrupted the Binaries. Reflashing Stock then rooting will help.

[Q]

Hi,
I am a new comer to this forum. A few days ago I rooted my samsung galaxy s2, GT I9100 phone using CF root kernel (CF-Root_SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-v5.3CWM5.tar). However, later on I found that my external sd card is not accessible and not even shown in the directories, using any of the file managers(OI file manager,X-Plore, ES-file manager etc.). I also installed Resurrection and remix custom ROM, version 2.6.1).
Going back to more reading on XDA, I learned that this root kernel is having this issue and the corrected one is CF-Root_SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4CWM5.tar. Now, my issue are:
01. can I root my phone again using this correct root kernel?
02. If so, will this second rooting may brick my phone?
03. Or, do I need to un root and root it again?
Please help me solve this issue...
Regards
Anuruddha
Please follow the sticky in the section and include a descriptive and relevant thread title. Thanks for your cooperation.
Well, you do not need to root it again cause it already is, it will only brick if you use an incompatible kernel
and no you don't need to unroot and root again.

Even that shouldn't brick a device. People are FAR too quick to use the term "brick" and think that it happens FAR too easily. Flashing an incompatible kernel, at worst, would not allow the ROM to boot. In which case you simply boot into recovery, perform a full wipe, and flash a different ROM.
How to root again with the corrrect root kernel
Hi,
thanks a lot for everybody's suggestions, however let me clear myself a bit more on this;
I have rooted my phone using correct root kernel, but it((CF-Root_SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.3CWM5) has a bug that does not identify the external sd card. However, by reading on xda I understood that a fixed for this bug is available with a version of the same root kernal (CF-Root_SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4CWM5).
My question is;
How can I use this correct root kernel by wiping the existing buggy root kernel? Is there a way to do it without any trouble to my phone???
appreciate all experts advice.

Excuse my explaining again;
I do not have any trouble with the ROM, it is the buggy root kernel. How should I fix this issue?
thanks

You really should be posting these questions in your device's forum to get better answers. You are posting the XDA general discussion forums. Since you are a new member to XDA, I suggest starting here:
[GUIDE] How to be a New User (and not a noob)
After that, this is an excellent place for your device questions. You can ask any question there about XDA or your GS2.

[Completed] [Q] Help with an Acer Liquid E1 from China!

Hello,
So one of my friends has an Acer Liquid E1 brought from China. It's a nice phone and it works perfect. The only issue with it is connected to the region.
I've tried installing a Google Play Store APK but it won't work. When I've finally found one that was working, and not crashing continously, it didn't connect to the Google servers; it stucked to the log in part. Basically, I cannot install any type of Google services on it.
I've tried several methods of rooting, softwares that are rooting your phone with one click (I was in a hurry so I thought this could be helpful) but all of these softwares are telling me that my phone is already rooted...I've tried unrooting it and than rooting it again, but it seems like there's no success.
So, can you tell me a good way of rooting this phone? I've also tried a method which I've found here on the forum, but with no success. It used a flash tool.exe application. .
thank you!
Hi,
Here is a dedicated all in one thread for your device with lots of good stuff in, and you can ask questions there also...

Good luck!

Please understand if the phone is already rooted (Either before you or one of your methods), all attempts might fail.
First test with [APP][2.2+] Simple Root Checker
If that failed, then install SuperSU app from [STABLE][2014.10.15] SuperSU v2.14
Once you open the app, it might prompt to update your binaries. If yes, do so then reboot and check the Root with the first app.
If SuperSU says, you don't have Root, then please review

Good Luck.

[Completed] [Q] Lost Root and TWRP on Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 after flashing Cyanogenmod 12

Alright I am kind of in a bind here, the good news is that my Cyanogenmod 12 ROM is installed and working. The bad news is that I lost root, SuperSu won't work, Root Checker freezes up & even worse when I went to boot into TWRP it was gone and back to stock recovery, how does that even happen? I thought it flashes and then becomes the device's recovery program? Anyways, a brief background on the troubleshooting I have done. I went into settings and got my developers options back. Then I checked ADB and Apps for Root Access. I also went into privacy guard for SuperSU and I think it was already set up right which was "Keep Awake" and "Auto Start." After that no dice so I went and tried to reroot. Now Odin and Kingo Root both said everything was successful but it wasn't... no root access. So I am at a loss, yeah I have a current working ROM but it is a little buggy since it's the nightly and because TWRP is gone and I can't get Super User access I am dead in the water and stuck with this ROM. When I had root access I backed up my old Kernal and everything with Flashify and made a back up with TWRP of my old OS. So with all that, is there anyone out there that can help me?
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. I can see you've also posted an identical question in the ROM thread here:
[ROM] [TEST] Cyanogenmod 12 T800 Only
Please refer to the XDA Forum Rules for information regarding the creation of duplicate posts/threads. That ROM thread is the best place for your question to be so we'll cos this one and let the people who are familiar with the ROM help you out (we would have just moved your question there anyway).
Good luck!

[Completed] SuperSu and Kinguser Problems on Galaxy Core 2

Hi im CrispyLife, I am here for a lot of reasons. 1. A day ago i unrooted my phone using King user, However it didn't seem to delete... i didn't have root access, Today i tried rooting my phone with this time with Supersu. It didn't root all it said was Su binary installation failed. Meaning i don't have root! Then again i tried to root this time with king user and it said " Su upgrade failed. Missing root permission. Which really pissed me off because King user for me always had a 100% working rate. Somehow, my phone while the process of rooting converted both Superuser and King-user to system apps, making them uninstall able. Please help me re-root my phone or at least remove these 2 files from my phone.

[Completed] Rooting LG Escape 3 Gold (LG-K373) & Stock Firmware

Like many other threads I have browsed through, I too am having issues with King Root rooting and then suddenly rebooting my phone. After a successful reboot in the midst of not even 30% complete of rooting being complete, it still says my phone is rooted until the reboot occurs. After the reboot, it says I am not rooted. So, I still assume that King Root still has no methods to root this model yet. However, I am dealing with two issues I was hoping to get someone with experience, expertise, or just very smart with rooting Android platforms.
1. I was wondering if there is a way to root this model whether it can be done with with or without a computer or laptop. King Root has now become a system application that I can't remove because I don't have root access. I've tried everything to get rid of it. It constantly on a daily basis notifies me that it's trying to or that I need to try to gain root access. I would not have any issue reverting back to original firmware as hard reset has done nothing.
2. Is there a different firmware (I prefer the most recent update) available for this model? I could live with reverting back to the original firmware when I bought the phone in July 2016 from Cricket Wireless. I am not able due to the hardware or software thinking I'm rooted or suspicious of rooting so the update won't process after downloading.
This is my first post. Sorry, if I seem like a newbie here. I just haven't found any relevant answers on Google or searching the forums for similar posts. If there is a way to root successfully, please provide links or some instructions on how to do so. If not, I hope someone can help me revert my firmware to the newest or factory bought. Anything to just get rid of King Root and I know and have already accomplished disabling KR for the time being despite doing hard reset twice already. Is it possible to replace firmware with a new ROM as well?
Thanks for your time and God bless.
