Hello all,
I have started a new project to provide miui to those XPERIA devices which are not supported by miui team.
This ROM will be as light as possible(Perfect miui)
CX-MIUI Project​
The currently supported devices are:
Xperia J
Xperia Acro S
Xperia Ion

Currently i am providing ported 3.3.29 beta test builds from Xperia Arc S.
Need some feedbacks about bugs and the performance of the rom so that i can fix in upcoming versions !
Also I need a tester who can test ROM before release PM me if anyone can

How to Install:
-First of all you need a unlocked bootloader as miui is based on cyannogenmod
-If you have CWM then :
*Wipe data
*Wipe cache
*Go to advanced - Wipe Dalvik cache
*Mounts and Storage - Format system
*Flash the Rom.zip
-If you don't have CWM then:
# Open rom.zip flash the boot.img in it using fastboot
#Reboot phone and violet light will blink for 3" in that you should press vol up(+) and you will enter CWM mode
Then follow the above ' * ' part for installing zip

How to flash updated !
It is same like how you flash fxp cm10

+1. I am also looking for a very brief review about this ROM. I am using the official MIUI v5 for S3 now, and looking for this ROM for my sister's phone. Is it stable enough for daily usage?

i'm on CM10 fxp215 xperia J and trying to install this but it can't

Bumping this to say, Any 1 with script errors, Replace your updater-script and update-binary from META-INF\google\android (or something like that) with the one from latest FXP CM10 Release, It works but how well i can not say.

but has lot of bugs
you have to use updater script from latest CM10 and replace it in this MIUI zip to work (else it wil show ststus 7 error)
Bugs:
>phone,contacts,music player and even home launcher FCs
>reboots when awaken from lock
>random lags (may be coz of kernel)
Overall > cant use it now! has lot of bugs!
We have to wait for the dev to update and fix the bugs :good:

I had 90% working MIUIv4/5 but I gave up with that project and deleted everything I done for jlo ^^

Not sure why you was thanked for this comment but ok , Any 1 here wanna fix it my friend really wants MIUI and im just a contributor not developer

Have you copied every additional libs from MIUI's system/lib to your PORT? If you didn't, do it and then check if you have still all FCs.
If Phone crashes and you have reboots you should start again from scratch and very carefully do the diffing and smails replacement. Probably you used wrong base or did sth wrongly or forgot about part of porting. Have you patched RIL? Phone Factory? You should also try to take MIUI for SGS as base for porting.
Taking updater script from FXP isn't enough, you have to add some lines to it to make MIUI working well.
I can start porting MIUI4/5 for jlo again but I need a rom tester for this device.
ah and one thing, it's hard to fix MIUI Home FC, you should download the newest MI Home from Google Play Store and put it into your port. It should help a lot, it helped me.

[Q] Extended Power Menu - Reboot, Recovery, Screenshot for JB 4.1 & above

Dear All,
I have JB 4.1.1 stock rom rooted. Want to have reboot, recovery,screenshot options to be displayed in the Power Menu. If any one is aware of any such mod (cwm /twrp .zip) for Micromax A110 then pls do share the same. There are many forums where manual modifications are explained which are very lenghthy. It would be nice if we get a mod .zip format so that we can simply install it thru cwm/twrp recovery.

But do note that the mod was built for a custom Rom although i think it should also work on stock JB. If you do try it, make sure you make a Nandroid backup first.

I did checked that mod on jb stock rooted but no result. phone got stuck on boot animation.
Anyways thanks for your efforts.
I have now switched to Jetmod rom which has all what i was looking for.

ive got a question here..
you said that theres no custom kernel..which means we will be on stock kernel that dont have a patch of deepsleep or init.d script for undervolting..how can you say that battery standby is good?..
battery gets charged quickly..how you can you do that?
to quickcharge a phone..put it on an flight mode..

I guess stock kernel does go into deep sleep

The bug is in the settings app.. and more features will be in updates like fixing settings, new framework as key lime pie is going to be released on october!!

Try to add soft buttons in the next update as the soft buttons is a major part of jelly bean series. and the ROM looks incomplete without it.

when ever you install a custom ROM you must wipe both the data and cache

u can choose from here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2172561 thread by iamnimit. there r many stable roms available like miui, darknexus, ultimate galaxy, lego ice fusion, lego ice, etc., i'm currently on ultimate galaxy v3 rom with revised-1gbram swap & letest kernel v 3.4.78.

How to Flash Ultimate Galaxy V3 Rom
Sir firstly tell me If the Camera(front and rear),Bluetooth, Wifi, Radio, Sms, OTG, 3G ,GPS, etc works smoothly on this Ultimate Galaxy v3 rom by default? Or there is need to flash some other files after flashing this ROM to make all these above said functions work?? And secondly , tell me how to flash this Kernel?? Thank You!

Every things work well..bt 1st i cant say about otg cos i dont use it. 2nd there was minor prob in fm app u need to flash a patch if u want fm app. i dont flash it cos i dont want to use fm, thats not a big prob. 3rd thing for kernel we cant gave u link at here due to forum rules.
i can help u for flashing kernel, its very simple process like flashing any thing from cwm/twrp recovery.
1. u need to root ur phone & install cwm or twrp recovery
if u have it already skip step 1.
2. download latest kernel which support ur phone. 3.4.67 or above with ur desire rom ver like 4.1.x or 4.2.x
3. copy zip file to sd card.
4. now reboot ur phone into recovery by holding vol up + vol down + power keys
5. into recovery mod choose install/update via sdcard
6. find the kernel zip file & Install it.
7. reboot ur phone & enjoy.
u can check ur kernel ver in about device in settings.

Yes Brother, u need flash kernel before flashing any 4.2.X rom. & the best kernel ver for ultimate galaxy v3 rom is 3.4.73, 3.4.78.

It means i have to first install the kernel, than the Ultimate Galaxy v3 rom and then this Ram Swap Feature in order to get 1 GB Ram??

hey bro! try sagarwap's legoice fusion v3 (released on 5/2/14) its the best rom according to me ,i'm using it ,it works great ,no lag ,lots of free ram,

if you like u can also try legoice turbo v3.1 (runs on 4.2.1 ),it gives the latest micromax turbo interface experience with amazing features like icall and isms (floating sms and call), a lots of smart gestures,and always 200+ free ram on first reboot. you can surely try this, u won;t regret flashing this rom, second best rom by sagarwap according to me . can i follow the instruction there? since i have flash sagarwap's legoice fusion v3 and suvi booster script but i still feel laggy on my phone. im currently on xtreme - zeal 3.4.x kernel

In every 4.2.2 rom they say,if u r on 4.1x you need to flash kernel.Can anyone tell me how to flash kernel(4.2)?
Currently my canvas 2 is running on 4.1.1(CanXperia rom).

Ya sure download the latest kernel
copy it to sd card
reboot ur device into recovery mode
install/flash zip from sd card
select & install kernel's zip file
reboot in normal mode & enjoy

How to Flash:-
Note:

This ROM only flashes System & Data partitions and DOES NOT change anything else so chances of brick are 0 but still, please keep CWM Backup ready which will be used if you find issues in the ROM so that you can revert
STEPS :
1. Put the ZIP into the ROOT of External/Internal SD Card
2. Go to CMW Recovery
3. Wipe Data
4. Wipe Cache
5. Wipe System
6. Wipe Dalvik Cache
7. Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
8. Select the zip file and Select YES
9. If in CWM select OK
10. Reboot Your System

NOTE1:
First boot may take 3 mins.

After initial setup you will get choice for two launchers
s launcher (same as touchwiz launcher)

Viper4android is preinstalled.
No need to install drivers or reboot.
NOTE4:
Xposed is installed but not activated for safty.
U need to goto app and install/update binary.

Also, i moved to the stock KK rom for q3000 (was 4.2.1 when bought). Does this mean I'll have to move back first to stock 4.2.1?

I am working on dual 3g sim option by default.
for this purpose i provided mtk tools which can switch 3g in any sim.
it will be better if u flash jeely bean stock via sp flsh tools if ur reverting back from kk.
I personally havnt tried installing any jb rom on kk via cwm.

OK. I was able to successfully move from KK rom to flexi & pxz2 roms (not yet tried this one). no issues at all.
2 more questions:
1. Can you please list the steps to switch 3g between sims? In pxz2 for example, I tried Dual SIM Card -> 3g service -> select the second sim. is this correct? anything else required?
2. Does any of your ROM have 3g video calling (not skype/hangout etc.,) support? asked this question in the z2 thread as well but checking here too.
appreciate your help.
BTW, i just love the pxz2 rom. if 3g video calling can be enabled, i think i'll continue to use it.

I never used 3g till now and wont be using in future too.
so i am unble to test it.

I got the sim switching figured out and is working perfectly fine. Great job!!!
On the 3g video calling, this Rom has the option since this contains the stock dialer (I think), and it is working fine as well. I tested all your other roms but don't find the video calling option.
You have a thread in the original development section on how to install stock 'kk Rom (hadiyalkishan's rom files). It's it possible to enable 3g sim switching in that? I'm willing to try to cook it up if you can teach me how. I understand you'll not have the time for individual request

Will it ok if i try to install Xtreme v1 in mentioned firmware through above recovery?
Which custom recovery i ll b able to install after Xtreme?
Xtreme is based on jb...so, should i try only jb based custom recovery when its Xtreme os?
I'm kind of newbie and yet i don't get xolo q3000 back to me but i ll get it soon so i just want to understand something i wish to do....

Yes u can use philz recovery on ur current os.
If u want to install this rom
If ur mobile came with kitkat out of the box then if u flash this rom ur camera wont work.
If it was with JB then it will work normally.

it was with jb but den it has been updated to kk......Now, if I flash Xtreme V1, will I face camera issue?
is camera issue only with xtreme v1 or it will happen with all custom rom based on JB (like flexi) if i try them from stock KK?
if stock kk is the problem that cause such bugs, should I first downgrade stock kk to JB s011-25022014 using instructions you have provided on All in one JB index…then root it by framaroot, install custom recovery, install custom os based on JB….r8?
i have some more questions related to kernel (General).....can i ask you those in pm?

U can flash any rom without any iasue with phiz recovery.
Camera issue is for those with kk out of the box.
U can PM me if u want to know anything. I will defiantly help if i know anything regarding ur queries.

works, nicely no doubt but...
The FM radio is not working. It starts, but no audio output neither on headphone nor on the speaker. Please help, some patch, some apk file?
