If you used the One-Click method then there's an easier method.
Open the SuperSU app and go to Settings-->Full unroot

let's make it easier...
if superuser has been a system app, remove it then install superuser as normal app (will be a user app).
then, just delete su.bin on /system/bin
that's it.... now you're unrooted

True, but in most cases you leave some other libs/bins this way, like the busybox one.
Doesn't the superuser app have the "permanent unroot" button somewhere?
Regards, Drago
Download unlockroot program. Connect your phone and press the unroot button.
Also if you still doubt about some files, then just flash your corresponding ftf via flashtool.(you can also use pc companion if BL is locked)
I have done that many times.

I'm running CM11 here, today's nightly build. I was messing around with the built in Superuser because I wanted to use SuperSU instead. I disabled the built in Superuser, and now it looks like it's gone and my phone lost root. What do I do?

I'm guessing that you won't be doing that again! Next time, just install SuperSU without doing anything with superuser. SuperSU will become the default (Alpha Male)!

Thanks for the help everyone, all is well now. Turns out I just had to re-enable root in the developer options. SuperSU is working as it should be now.

I DID NOT BUILD THIS RECOVERY I FOUND IT IN A THREAD AND DECIDED TO SHARE IT
Samsung Galaxy Core Plus (SM-G350)
NOTE YOUR DEVICE NEED TO BE ROOTED
How to:
Download Recovery: http://www.mediafire.com/download/ii6baeeug78d5el/recovery.tar.md5

Open Odin
Connect device to computer now from Odin it should say Added!!! Now Press AP button and select Recovery.MD5 and press start
Now wait a couple of seconds to check if you have CWM boot in to recovery (Power+Home+Volume Up) Or download Quick boot from Google Play and boot in from recovery there

I have seen root methods where you first install recovery, then flash a root zip.
So is it real that you need root to install that recovery?

Hello irishdean2703,
Try to flash TWRP v2.7.1.0 by NovaFusion recovery.
After flashing a rom a pop up menu will appear and ask you if you want to root your device with SuperSU maybe that helps...
In case it wont try to make a clean installation on stock with odin and then try framaroot again!
Hope I helped if so please press the 'thanks' button!
