bad luck you will have to flash a SBf using RSD lite to restore
enter bootloader by pressing vol up key while pressing power key
and then connect to PC when it shows bootloader without any errors

I backed up Quarx ICS ROM and it works well but I want to install MokeeOS . Can I try to do it without RDS ?

Tried it.. The phone was stuck at boot logo for 15-20 mins, Is it normal??
Anyway.. I removed the battery, rebooted into recovery and restored my backup.. So no damage done

(This is ported from samsung clone so have lot of Apps those are not usefull in karbonn so They are still there because don't know how to manage all system..as i removed few of them then system got crash so i didn't touch them...Few apps removed)

Other bugs may be there but you can use it regular without any problem things.
We need developer to handle this bugs and develope clean kitkat for karbonn A12+.
Steps for install..
1)Download resources from given link
2)You karbonn A12+ should have custom recovery or CTR recovery.(tested with CTR recovery)
3)Put the zip file in your sdcard and reboot in recovery by pressing power key + volume up togeather.
4) in recovery wipe data and factory reset and wipe dalvik cache.
5) choose install zip and install zip file...
6)reboot..done

yes of course really a great work battery back up is just amazing it gave me 7.30 hrs of continuous movie play back with brightness 20% which is really a great thing its a gem among rom we expect the update patch very soon....:highfive:

You can check this by viewing app info of system app. The version is clearly 4.2.w
2)You cannot install apps that are compatible with only 4.4.2
Do check this by downloading and install such app. You will get error.
3) There are many other things that suggests that it is 4.2.2
However overall the ROM is superb with minor bugs which can be eliminated by newer releases.:good:

Steps to get started enumerated below (should ideally be followed in sequence)

STEP 1 - ROOT
[ROOT] One click root tool for Auxus Nuclea N2

2. STOCK ROM & NVRAM BACKUP
It is highly recommended to make a backup just in case things go wrong.
An NVRAM backup is needed in case you lose your imei, something which Mediatek based phones are notorious for.

3. RECOVERY
I have prepared and tested the following recoveries:
Carliv_Touch_Recovery_6.0.4.4 (recommended)
CWM_recovery_5.5.0.4.zip (made from stock boot rom)
Stock_recovery.zip (the thing which came preloaded on your phone. Haven't used it so don't know what it does. For warranty purpose )
Extract and copy the recovery.img of your choice here to your sdcard/internal storage
Install mobile uncle tool. Take an IMEI backup for future purposes.
From the Recovery Update option, select and install the recovery.img you want to flash and reboot to recovery.
Alternate method:

4. MOD
Repartition
Be sure to backup all your data before doing this as you may permanently lose it.
Instead of giving you the EBR files, here is a simpler method of getting a cool 6GB /DATA partition for installing all your apps and games on the internal storage by repartitioning and reducing the size of the internal sdcard.
Install the app below (needs root access to run)

Select the desired size of your /DATA partition as depicted and commit it (may be tricky since the app is in Chinese)
Reboot into recovery and do a factory reset. You will have to format data and cache and/or reinstall recovery if it gets messed up. Additionally, you may need to reinstall your rom through cwm.
I have already used it on my phone and it is working perfectly.
As you can see in the screenshot above you will get 6GB internal data (6442 MB) and never again need to worry about moving apps to sdcard and they would load fast too. Also simplifies backups.

Its not even been 24 hours since I have had this phone. Haven't even peeled off the manufacturer's film with all the stupid logos from the screen. Hence, it is too early for me to comment.
However, I have had no issue as yet with the phone and it is working flawlessly.
Would have wanted a capacitive touch home button and the button backlighting is crappy. The display is a very bright and I have heard of people having battery issues but I haven't really used it much to really say with any certainty.

Yep, I have compared the scatters with the Mlais 69T and it only differs slightly in the partition sizes.
Some of the MX69T ports for H9008 have camera errors ("Couldn't connect to camera") which I have fixed for the N2 using dsixda's kitchen

Stock rom made from backup uploaded. Would come in handy if you want to return to stock/claim warranty

Have not started using this as my primary phone yet. Waiting for my tempered glass screen guard to ship...
Bought one made for the Note 3 by some brand called mono. Lets see if it fits.
It however looks likely that I will be buying an extra battery or some power bank.

I hope you have accounted for the fact that the N2 is 3.5 mm longer than the note 3 ?

Should not be an issue with screen guard but flip cover won't obviously fit

Bug Voice Call - Call forwrding
In "Call forwarding" is not possible to forward all calls to another number '"Always forward' appears at the top and is not clickable.

The issue is caused by /system/priv-app/teleservice.apk resolved by replacing /system/priv-app/teleservice.apk from ROM

Hi Have found the following bugs,
1. Compass not working (Always stuck with initializing in quick settings. Checked with 3rd part app as well)
2. Lock screen button stopped working, had to use QuickBoot app to restart and get things working.
3. Can you fix the offline (switched off) charging Battery, it goes below the screen.
4. Quick Settings have partially displayed Text like Data Packet, Long Press to record.
5. Quick Settings panel goes a bit below the separator (optional, doesn't really matter)
6. Languages: Driving Mode (I couldn't understand anything ), Legend Settings (Predictable)
Incremental fix would be appreciated.. Thx..
Otherwise really great ROM...

our mobile does not have compass sensor so that's why its stuck initializing
ya its issue of battery charging animation in offline mode but it will charge fine I a sure u that
lock screen button a bit lazy in this ROM
so when u see it goes out of action just let it relax a bit it will start working fine lol....all these can't be fixed .sorry for these issue...I will check on others too as soon as possible

OOh..! Is it..! Actually this isn't my phone, my gf's... I screwed it up earlier with some ROM and now I have to fix it :angel: ... So I wasn't aware of the complete specs... Seeing compass in the apps n settings thought it was available... Sorry for that...

Another stuff, yesterday first dailed call caused a reboot later calling worked...

I m on to new ROM ....which got base of legend 11 ...its bugless till now...but nothing new so I may not gonna launch it...although driving mode language is still alien one...NY tway if u want bugless ROM I think best is z2 by pinto...he is one who taught me ....and yeah these problem are of ROM ...try z2 and :highfive:.....I used z2 regularly for like 2 months

Also are you gonna provide the latest telephony apk as have replaced with that of v10 for the issue mentioned by the other user...

He gave llink to v10 legend telephony, not v11 one right.. so it won't be the latest right?
And
What about the link I shared? Does Legend v11 support init.d?

Sorry for my late replies ya it won't be latest but call forward will work after that ...the replacement is only done if u really need to use call forward ...

Btw, battery backup very poor.. don't last the normal duration that too without much usage... I liked the ROM but seems will try another coz of battery n some random reboots else I found it to be a great ROM..
