Hi, im new to this website and I need some help fixing my major screwup. I thought I could install TrueAncestor 2.3.7 and it put me on bootloop. I read a post on here suggesting I flash a relock bootloader ftf file (bootloader was already locked) and so I did and it didn't do anything! I have 15 bucks in the bank so this is my only phone for a long time! If anyone can answer me to whether this is fixable and give stupid me steps on how to fix his phone he shouldn't have modified , I'd appreciate it a lot! Thank you. :crying:

Thanks for the heads up, but my phone just perma bricked itself so im just going to smash it now and I wish I never found out about phone modding because thats both of my phones permanantly bricked forever and im going to need to find a replacement :crying:

I am trying too root my sony xperia z2, using the EasyRootTool,
i have followed all of the steps and it does not seem to work,
i have also took advice given too other people in the post and nothing is still happening,
it is just stuck at the first step where it tell you to connect your device,
Any help would highly be appreciated.

Hello, i own a French Sony Xperia Z2, i try to root my phone since some time but without success... Between sdk, adt, adb drivers etc i'm just a little bit lost. I try a lot of method but without success. I have buy my phone this year and my build number is different, i would like find an easy root method. Hi, thx for ur advices, i know this method (Doomlord), don't work on my device coz my build is different (one of the first number build on the market). And to be honest that's a mess to instal all drivers i'm lost
I have try a lot of method and i have always the same prob and i can not go further... I would try an easy method without unlock my bootloader but i think it's just impossible !!
I follow different method step by step and i'm always very careful but honestly that's not easy to instal the good drivers adb sdk etc..., try to root or unlock the botloader

Hey there I have Sony Xperia sola and I really don't know for sure what happend to it.. I just can't write anything on the hard disk, I can't install apps I can't take photos and I can't delete any thing either moreover I get more than 10 errors when I restart the phone. I tried to wipe data+cashe from recovery iy said its done and when phone wake up nothing change .I tried to flash a original Rom from flashtool but it said it can't read the device information guys plzzzz help I really can do nothing and sorry for my bad english :crying::crying:

The only other thing I can suggest is a factory reset. You may want to try to backup up anything you don't want to lose first.

Hi can any help as it's driving me mad. I have a sony xperia tablet z late. With a locked bootloader that can't be officially unlocked. Is there any Way I can run a custom rom. As I have tried flashtool and it want would work. It won't even update the tablet to 4.4.4 with the time file is downloaded. Hope some one can help me.

Unlocking bootloader
Usually you have to unlock the bootloader, then flash a custom recovery (CWM or TWRP are the most popular ones), and then you can flash a custom ROM.
But best to ask in the help thread for your device.
