[Q] PLEASE HELP ME, Urgent :( - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I have Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 ( Old version ) .
I got a problem with my device
I can`t turn it on anymore, when I hook it up with USB plug into ( PC ) or ( Power Adapter ) I got the following screen :
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
so I thought its not charged.
But then I left it to charge full ( 3 - 4 hours or maybe more ) but when I turn it on the welcome screen shows and stucked forever like following :
I tried to reset the factory and data and cache and everything inside BOOT list ( into "Power + Voulme up " menu ) but nothing happen too and the welcome screen still keep stucking .
What can I do ?
Some people told me I should put a new ROM/Software into it
But what is true ? and where is the problem ?
Please HELP !

I can't see any of the pictures you have put in your post. Have you tried reflashing your current rom onto your Note 10.1 with Odin? That usually fixes problems like this and it lets you keep your data.

1. Find the firmware for your device base on it's model number: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
2. Download Odin onto your computer and run it.
3. Get your tablet and when it's turning on, hold the power button and volume down button until you get to the warning screen.
4. Press volume up to continue to download mode and plug your tablet into your computer via USB
5. On your computer, make sure Odin says "Added!". Load the firmware as a PDA into odin and press "Start". Do not unplug your tablet until the process has finish.
6. Android should begin to update and once that's done you should be good to go.

[Q] Black screen with mobile to computer

Well, I hope someone can help me.
A few hours ago, I tried to root my phone with the cf root for Kpn but it got stuck on param on Odin.
I removed the usb, and it gave me this mobile to computer on the screen. Anyone can tell me what to do to get my phone back? thx
Dont panic remove the battery and try getting into download mode and flash either XXKB3 or XXKPE
If you are not able to get into download mode try getting into recovery and wipe data and cache and then try again to get into download mode
Are you talking about this Screen?

If you see the Black Screen of Death I found this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15330252
But first of all I would try to get back into Download Mode and flash the last complete ROM (not an update) with pit, bootloader, pda and so on. For example XXKPE
Didn't ever faced this problem. I'm not sure if I really helped with this.
I had experience this. can you get into the download mode by pressing 3combination button(menu,volume down and power button)? Try it as many as you can until it can go to the download mode and then flash the stock froyo that can be downloaded here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1004647
If you cannot get into download mode, you can try this -
1.) Take off your back cover, remove your sim & mirco sd card.
2.) Remove your battery.
Make sure you have Odin OPEN with admin privileges!
Make sure you have the USB plugged into your PC but NOT your phone!
3.) Hold the volume buttons.
4.) Put the battery in.
5.) Put the USB in.
Continue holding the volume keys & you should pop into DOWNLOAD mode within a few seconds.
Thanks to Master.
Thank you a lot
That was the screen I saw Taraen.. I got scared for a while.
I removed my battery and inserted it and then went to download mode.
Flashed it again but my battery is completely low.
It seems ok for the moment. I hope it won't restart by itself :/
Thanks a lot to all of you who posted to help me

ROM install failed

Hi,
I was trying to install a ROM this was my very first time I never did this before. I started ODin, attached my phone in download mode, provided .tar file in PDA and clicked START. A few command ran in ODin console and then my phone display was gone and nothing further happened in ODin console. I waited for long but no progress. I detached my phone and tried to restart it in order to revert back to my previous ROM. But I am seeing only this screen and I am stuck here:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I was installing ROM from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=843019
I was following these steps provided on another thread:
Instructions - ODIN (long)
- Follow these instructions to the letter. Do not touch any buttons or checkboxes that are not listed below to touch!
- Unzip the attached CF-Root-xxx-vX.X.zip
- (USB) Disconnect your phone from your computer
- Start ODIN
- Click the PDA button, and select CF-Root-xxx-vX.X.tar
- Put your phone in download mode
- (USB) Connect the phone to your computer
- Make sure repartition is NOT checked
- Click the START button
- Wait for the phone to reboot
- Done (if it took you more than 30 seconds, you need practise!)
flash oficcial rom with odin 2.3.3 2.3.4
and then go to recovery mod (home key+power button) then click install zip form sd card and then pick that rom and then do factory reset and wipe cache reset
and then reboot
Hi mv_style,
I tried flashing official rom with odin. Everything ran successfully in oDin. But when I rebooted my phone it shows the start screen and then restarts and this repeats infinitely.
Can you please let me know whats the problem and how can I fix it?
Thank
Did you try reflashing it again, after factory reset and wipe?
Ok press Power buttom + Home buttom and select wipe data factory reset and than reboot the phone.
Install clockworkmod and wipe all ...it wuold be the solution

Prerequisites :
Make sure you have samsung usb drivers installed,otherwise odin will not detect it,
then, try these steps :
1)Disconnect the wall charger first. reboot into download mode by long pressing Power button and Volume down buttons simultaneously for 8 to 10 seconds, then when you see "download" mode written,immediately press volume up button.
2) Download odin and download stock firmware from www.samsungupdates.com based on your region.
3) if you phone gets detected,odin textbox will turn green.
4) open odin, now check option " restart" make sure only this option is checked like the following screenshot attached.
5) now click on pda and naviagate to the stock firmware you have downloaded....
6) it will gonno take sometime,,,,,until you see a successful message in the bottom-left corner....
thats it. if you still run into any further issues,please let me know.
Well thanks for your help.The Tab is working again.Admins please lock.

Press Volume - & Home & Power for ~30sec then phone must automaticlly reboot, then when you will see Samsung logo directly really fastly move finger from Volume - to Volume + but still holding that other two buttons. You must get in to recovery menu if you had flashed it before. Then flash again ROOT or full-wipe and just clean install another ROM+ROOT ofcourse. If you did fully unroot via SuperSU then that's can be why now system don't started

Hold anyway Vol - + Power + Home for longer time (~45sec), doesn't matter do phone is turned on or off... Phone must show you Download Mode. If not, what happenes in your case? Only Samsung logo as is on the photo in first post?

BV4900 Pro systemupdate and brick

Hello everybody!
Yesterday, on 28 of December, I had a massage on my BV4900 pro that a systemupdate is now ready to be installed.
After download of 2,48 GB file the installation went on, the phone started in the next step. On the screen was this white circle and the installation-progress was shown under. After the update was completted, the phone didnt start. The screen ist black. I cannot do anything with it. I tried to flash the firmware or at least the preloader with sp-flash-tool, but cannot. The connection to sp-flash-tool is with 100% but then I see under device-manager is "Media Tek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android)". So the flash-tool does not flash. I tried with volume buttons to stop the battery-loading, but withou sussess. What can I try more to save the phone?
Some more informations: The red LED ist on, when the phone ist connected to pc or power-supply. The phone was rooted. The last android version: 12
And maybe this picture will help:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Just a Hint:
Do not flash preloader! preloader is responsible for preloader mode (which used by SP Flash Tool)
Do not use "Format all + Download" option. Formatting whole emmc will brick device.

Yes, I did it already. Nothing helps.
I spend the second day with this problem and do not come forward.
you already tried another cable and another PC? then probably usb jack is faulty. you shouldn't flash anything via usb then!
I am not the one who told you - you could try other flash tools. do not flash, just try to read back for now...

Somebody else, who maybe has an idea?
I found this discription of the error:
The phone seems always be on. With power button I can only "restart" it. How can I shut it down?
Is there a tool I can use for switch the phone off?
Or maybe cmd-command for shutting down the device on com-port? I cannot find anything in internet. Only with adb. But I have no connection to adb, the phone is over adb not rearchable.
Maybe someone can show me the test point for this smartphone?
