[Q] Stuck in Download mode - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I checked through the forums and didn't see anything that resembled my problem. My Note is stuck in Download mode. I tried to flash with ODIN but it says that I do not have a partition. I tried using the proper partition file and the stock re flash but it fails. Odin can read the tablet .
I'm sorry but I have no idea what I'm doing yet. The picture is what the tablet is stuck on. I was told by two repair shops that I would have to send it to Samsung to have it repaired.

After restart it is going to download mode ? To restart press and hold power button for 30-45 sec. What model this is? You may use wrong firmware or PIT file. How did you get in download mode at first time?

How did you get to download mode at first time?
Swiping from dark side of Galaxy S5.

Daughter was watching netflix. And she came to me with it and it was on the download screen. She said that it restarted...and did that.

It maybe problem with flash memory. I don't see info in download mode in top left corner. Did you try to restart?
Swiping from dark side of Galaxy S5.

I can't get to the screen where I can reset/ restart it. I've tried 4 or 5 diffrent flash methods and nothing works. And I've restarted using the hard restart button combo. It just keeps going back to that screen.

stupid question necessary to ask ?
Did you tick "repartition" in odin ?

Yes its checked and I use the rom from
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/

I don't find the rom you named in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=53584261 in sammobile
Is it jelly bean or kitkat ?

It's supposed to be jellybean 4.1 for the Note 10.1 GT-N8013

The top one in the screen shot.

I had the exact same problem and after digging around I found out that it was most likely because I had the option "Reactivation lock" (Under Security) on, after turning it off the CF-Auto-Root worked fine. I hope that helps.

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone (with TWRP rooted). When I turn on my phone, I get a message 'Custom binary blocked by FRP lock'. I can only access the download mode. I tried to flash to the latest stock firmware with odin but when I click start, it says PASS!! but nothing happens. It just gets back and reboots again with the same message. I tried so many things, but now I give up because I can't find any solution. Can someone please help me?

With OEM lock and FRP lock, you should be able to flash latest stock and reboot.
Maybe you should unzip the downloaded file then see for the contents and then flash.
