I am planning to buy sony xperia m2 dual and I have compared it with sony xperia c and I found that sony xperia c have higher specifications over xperia m2 but it has a fatal problem that it's internal memory is only 4gb and the xperia m2 has 8gb internal memory so I have decided to buy el xperia m2 but I wqant to ask about its power consumption because the long-life battery means a lot to me especially that the xperia c has a mediatek chipset and 2390 mAh battery and xperia m2 has a qualecomm snapdragon 400 chipset and 2300 mAh battery .. and I have read that qualecomm power consumption is higher than mediatek consumption in some sites and some other sites said that qualecomm is power saver than mediatek ... so I ask for your advice with this xperia m2 especially that it's specifications meet my requirements except the power consumption that I can not estimate ... thanx in advance for your patience and advice
battery performance is good on M2

I would also rate battery performance as surprisingly good. Low resolution = lower processing power needed in games.

My Xperia mini pro with Serajr's stock ICS based Clean 'n' Tweaked ROM on Kappa 1.6 kernel lasts only about 12h while barely used. How long does your mini pro battery lasts and what's your ROM and kernel? Any suggestions and mods reccomendations to make battery last longer? Also, my xperia score in Antutu benchmark was only 5193 with regular processor clock (1017mHz), other people had bigger scores, although most of them had GB, does mini pro has higher performance on GB? i just bought 2 devices for my friends :
Lenovo s660 - runs 4.2.2 - 4.7" , 1/8GB, 6582 quad core, battery capacity 3000mah
lenovo a806 - runs 4.4.2 - 5", 2/16GB , 6592 octacore ,battery capacity 2500 mah
both of the owners are saying that the battery drains really fast even in save mode and in really basic use (some browsing, whatsup, calls without games or heavy use etc) which is not reasonable - i ordered it because of the battery capacity and the quality of lenovo.
Do you have any idea what could be the solution ?

For me quite a big difference is if I'm using both sims or just one. Now when I'm on one I'm at 53% and have already 11d nad 14hrs. I use a Wifi a lot, but I don't play games at all. Mostly browser, RSS reading, email, viber a phone calls.
The other thing is that when I got the other day to 35% the battery got to 2% in a matter of two hours. So I guess it's not showing very acurate percentage...
