Hello everyone, I have a serious problem with my tabled. Last night I wanted to install a custom rom. After all the research I have done , I found several custom roms for Onda V812 but nowhere was writing Allview 2 speed quad. Anyway, after installing the custom rom everything went perfectly fine untill i powered back on the tablet. The touchscreen does not work whatsoever. I have no idea what to do. My sister has the same tablet and I am currently doing a cwm backup , but I don't know how to flash the files back on my device without adb .. I use Pheonix Suit but apparently I can't flash CWM images.. I really need some help. Thanks :3

Hey,
I had exactly the same problem a few months ago. And after lenghtly discussions with their support, I managed to convince them to send me the factory image.
If you still have that problem, I can upload it for you tomorrow.
Btw, I also thought it was a V812 rebrand, but it isn't. The 2 speed Quad has an A31s, not an A31. I disassembled it to find that out.

well, I was searching too for an original firmware for this tablet.. last month I bricked mine too when I tried to install a Custom Onda v801s firmware, but I gave it to warranty.
Anyway, Thank you for uploading it :good: .

hello.i have a problem with a tablet allview 2 speed quad , i tried to change the firmware with 4.4.2 kit for onda v812 ,but same problem touch not work.i instaled the softwer of b3nn0 but wifi not always work.download start after 5-10minutes.apps block ( screen remains black and blocked when start) on stand by , screen comes on alone , root not work ..how can i fix it? please help
Hey,
No idea how to fix it.
Wifi never worked when the screen was off for me. Not even when the device was new, so I considered it to be normal. You sure that this worked for you before?
The screen should usually not come on alone. It should do so only during charging (turns on when you plug it in, turns on when the battery is full) but usually it shouldn't.
Never tried to root the device. But when I use adb on it, I get a root shell, so it is somehow rooted by default. But apps can't get root, it seems.

Problem with my Allview Speed 2 quad tablet
Heloo all,
I have a serious problem with my allview speed 2 quad tablet. After a restart my tablet always opened in recovery mode but in that menu i couldn't move down or up because the touchscreen seems that it doesn't answer to touch.I try different software and flash them with PhoenixSuit but until now i didn't find the right one.I try the original firmware(Allview2_M809Q5_20130903) from this thread but after i flash it the tablet open the software and the aplication but the touch doesn't respond to command.
I tryed all version of Onda v812 software:
-V812Core4_v1.35
-V812Core4-V1_v2.0
-V812Core4-V5_v2.0
-V812Core4-V5_v1.35,but in all those version the camera and the wifi motherboard isn t recognized by the Onda software so i can't use camera and WIFI.
Anyone can help me with a original software for this tablet or a modify image firmware that works on this tablet?
Strange. I had all these problems, too, when using the Onda firmwares. I tried all of them aswell.
At some point I just gave up and flashed the stock firmware posted above and everything worked again. No idea why it doesn't work for you...

can you make me a backup image after your tablet now and send me again?
I thought about something, what if we combine an onda rom which doesn't have a working Wifi/Camera but a working touchscreen (like V812Core4-V1_v2.0); with the original stock rom of this tablet (Allview2_M809Q5_20130903) ? Then we will finally have a good rom that is working on our Allview 2 speed quad.
So, as far as I watched tutorials, to have this custom rom of ours we will need to extract the softwares img files (both V812Core4-V1_v2.0.img and Allview2_M809Q5_20130903.img) into 2 folders (each one that will contain the System.img, Boot.img, Recovery.img ..etc); then we should replace the boot.img from the stock software (the folder obtained from Allview2_M809Q5_20130903.img) into the Onda's software (the folder from V812Core4-V1_v2.0.img); aaand then repack our Onda's modified software (or, let's say Our custom rom) into a new img that will be flashed with Phoenix.
The Boot.img that will be replaced contains the Wifi "drivers", so in this case the Wifi will work (I think...).
Also there are tutorials on youtube on how to do that. (eg "[HOW-TO] Create, Unpack and Repack update.img ROM on Windows ").
Now I just need an expert on android to tell me if what I said is possible... or... we will remain with our stock, laggy, disastrous firmware/rom from Allview.
Thanks a lot. It's like a new tablet

I have managed to get my Sophone V75 to a stage where I have ICS 4.0.3, ClockWorkMOD in English, ROOT privledges and a working Google Play Store aka the Android Market
Here are some toys for people to play with, (I accept no responsibility for bricked devices etc etc...)
You will need to have ADB drivers installed on your PC and your phone with USB Debugging enabled.
1) An ENGLISH version of ClockWorkMOD (CWM) for the Sophone V75 with MTK6575 CPU
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?w5pzb2sq3jpa9vt
2) The SP Flash Tool for MTK6575 devices
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?wbbd4tqby4p4537
3) The DoomLord tool to Root your Sophone V75 running ICS
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?m4xgvut4w5ddh55
4) The HTC ADB VCOM driver
http://www.mediafire.com/?z6f695zx5zr0yqk
5) The firmware I used in combination with SP Flash Tool and the CWM Recovery file
http://www.mediafire.com/?c82xozd1f1i2cy5
And last but not least...
6) A CWM backup of an ICS 4.0.3 ROM for the Sophone V75 with working Google Play Store
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?quo8bxedoqbch7c
The steps I took
1) I factory defaulted the phone
2) Installed the HTC driver
3) Enabled USB debugging on the phone
4) plugged it in
5) I used the DoomLord tool to Root the Phone.
6) Extracted the MP_MT75_h910_v75w_kaiy_ics_aphone+201206....rar firmware file to one directory
7) Extracted the SP Flash Tool to another directory
8) Copied the CWM Recovery file to another directory
9) Started the SP Flash tool and loaded the scatter file (NOT the FORMAT scatter file)
10) Changed the recovery file to the CWM Recovery version
11) Then I used the SP Flash Tool to flash the firmware and CWM Recovery to the phone by clicking download
12) I then installed ROMmanager and used it to boot to recovery
13) Finally I used CWM recovery menu to apply the ROM zip file and reboted into my new ICS phone.
I know this is not a Step by Step with pictures etc. Let me know if it works for you.
My only problem now is that my phone seems to have a radio IMG that is not very good as I am in a fringe reception area.
I would appreciate help in improving my 2G/3G reception, Does anyone have a good radio backup?

Did you paste the link in right or am I doing something wrong?
Hi,
First of all. thanks for posting this tutorial, now I have a chance to make my now useless Soponhe V75 (just got it ) to a workable Anrdoird- iPhone replica.
Now my question:
How should I use the SP Flash Tool to flash the CWM Recovery to the phone?
How can I even "upload" the CWM recovery to the program?
I tried to look for some quides for the SP flash tool, and it showed one ought to remove the battery at some point. Isn´t the Sophone battery soldered in?
If you could elaborate the flashing process, I would aprecciate it.
I managed to root the phone though. Now I just want the new IOS and google play to work (without these horrible chinese apps).
Thank you!
This is the correct link
https:

Hopefully it works.
I have tried to install your recovery file but with no succes. The phone does not go further after apple logo. I have an other recovery file that works but it is in chinese.
Where did you find this recovery file?
Thanks in advance

You reminded me that I left out a step.
I used the SP Flash tool and a firmware I was supplied by the factory and replace the supplied Recovery file wit the CWM recovery file.
I will try to remember to upload the firmware tonight.
How were you able to flash the Sophone in the first place,
I have spent hours installing & unistanling MT6575 USB VCOM drivers so that I could flash the recovery img to the phone.
I was able to install the recovery.img via Rom manager application.
By the way, what does the firmware you didin´t put on the instrucitons do and do I also need the flashing tool to work for uploading it?
I was able to install the Android.4.0_623.zip and I now have android on the phone.
Does anyone know If I the Goophone IOS 5.1 sotware works with Sophone?
In addition, if I now try to factory reset the phone, is there a file in the phone memory that has a back up of the original IOS-copy software?
(If not, could someone upload their back-up file of the original settings for this phone)
Thanks alot!

The firmware I forgot the link for is just what I used to flash the CWM recovery with.
I extracted it and used the scatter file in the SP Flash Tool (NOT the FORMAT one), extracted the CWM recovery to another directory and double clicked the recovery file in the SP Flash Tool and changed it to the CWM Recovery file.
I then clicked the download button.
As for getting the ADB USB driver working, I think I used the HTC drivers, it says driver HTC corporation version 2.0.7.3
Try this one for the HTC ADB VCOM driver

Thanks for all the information again ufbc.
The android OS and google play now work flawlessly but,
I now have the exact same problem as you have, I have horrible wifi reception on the phone! I have to stand next to my router in order to get any signal. In addition, I get no 2G or 3G (or any data) at all, there isn´t even a 2G/3G/4G sign next to the signal bar (I´m in Finland, and there never seems to be any problems with 2/3G...)
Please, If you manage to find a goot radio image (neither of the links Richende posted seem to work right now) and a quick tutorial on how to install / flash the upgraded radio image, I would be really thankful!

Do you have a copy of the ROM you had loaded before you flashed my ROM to your phone? If so cold you post a link to it.
Perhaps someone could unpack the baseband from it and combine the best of each ROM.

Unfortunately I did not save any back ups per se, as by being a noob at this thing I thought the original ROM would be auotmatically saved in the phone memory. (I.e. doing a factory reset would get me back to the original IOS)
But do you have atleast some kind of 2G/3G/edge reception?
Since I have none, and I was wondering if the ICS version you uploaded is not intended for EU mobile networks?
I posted to Q&A already if someone can help in finding a good radio.img file.

I have that ROM running and both 2G and 3g work great in town, but not at home in the country.
You could try flashing the other firmware that is flashed using the SP Flash Tool and see if that improves things.
It is always a good idea to do a BACKUP B4 you FLASH, I know.... too little too late.
What carrier are you with and what frequencies do they use for 2G and 3G?
You could go into the engineering settings and check the correct base-bands are supported and enabled.

Yes, backups, whatever the device or situation should be taken.
With wise words, "next time" ...
Anyway,
In finland 2G and 3G use 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz frequencies.
I went into the baseband area of the engineer mode
All that there is is Adress (Hex): FF
Value (Hex): 0
Block size (dec): 1
Frankly, I have no idea what these mean and how I´m supposed to check wether the settings are ok for 900,1800 and 2100 MHz.
(Ps. The glass is rather fragile on the Sophone. I dropped it VERY lightly today while sitting, and I got a small fracture line both at the back and front cover.´)
I´m wondering if I could just buy a iPhone 4s front glass and replace that without complications this one.
The frequencies are in the BandMode menu

Heya,
Thanks again!
So is this
-the original IOS copy for sophone
-an upgraded IOS copy with better radio
-or another ICS with a possibly better radio image?
or did you perhaps upload this file so that I could extract the radio image and try flashing it? (In this one its named modem.img i think)
Also, If I want to back up my current rom with ROM Manager, which phone model should I choose?
( I have the ICS here now from your original post).

This is another ROM I found from a Russian website.
It is an IOS version and uses ICS
This ROM seemed to greatly improve my 2G/3G signal, and it still has a working Gogle Play store.
I suggest you do a backup with CWM before you flash this. Make sure you have a full charge before backing up as it took ages on my phone.
Let me know how it goes.
Oh, when it first booted it showed text in Russian but then rebooted into English.
Click the thanks button if it works for you.

Great to hear this ROM version improved your 2G/3G signal.
I backed up my rom and flashed this IOS copy ROM.
I´m happy to say that my 3G and Wifi reception improved as well!
The reception isn´t quiet the same still as on my Motorola Defy+ and I have to test it in rural areas, but so far so good.
Do you btw know if there is a possibility to use both this IOS mimic and and the Android ICS (for example boot into ICS) ?
Thanks again!

ps. The front glass digitizer has a different ribbon cable than Iphone 4s an the Goophone Y5.
Thus it seems almost impossible to change the front glass if you break it. There are no contact details available directly to sophone anywhere.
Gosh how annoying!
I´m pretty sure people who have bought the phone will eventually start dropping their devices and we really need to find a solution to get a replacement LCD & digitalizer/glass replacements for this phone!
Hi, just recently some student tablets started to drop in my shop with problems, the latest one was an Indipad 10" made by LGS Caribbean, that is ALL the info I know about it since there are no labels anywhere in the tablet or the box, my guess is a generic Chinese re-branded tablet and it looks like is running ICS 4.0.1 but can't be sure since is locked with a number password. The client brought the tablet in cause her child was playing with it and activated the password screen lock and of course the child doesn't remember what he typed in. :silly:
I'm either looking to unlock the tablet, factory reset it or re-flash stock rom.
I already tried using the volume +/-/power combo for the recovery but it takes me to the android boot error screen, so I guess it has no recovery installed or it was deleted on purpose by the company. Also tried entering a lot of failed passcodes to see if it brings the account recovery option, but is a no go.
Did a Google search to see if I could also find a rom to flash on it but since I'm limited on the info about it nothing has come up.
Many thanks for any help.
No one?
Same thing right here. But i can tell you it is running android 4.0.4, and the build number is: crane_m1003h6-eng 4.0.4 IMM76D 20120921. Of course as you may know the 20120921 is the date so my guess is that it depends on how many updates those tablets have received already. Anyway, the recovery works, cus i have one in here working and you can access recovery from inside android(when you go to factory reset it gives you an option to do so, i did and it works perfect). But again just like you said, It wont work using hardware buttons. I was trying to find someone who can contact me from LGS Carribean but no luck at all. Just nothing, i have a working INDIPAD at this moment and thats how im telling you whats the firmware version and build. Like you said on your post, its an issue dealing with generic tablets it really is. I have not found even a similar enough firmware for the tablet to flash, but i can confirn you can use LiveSuitPack to flash them. Only issue is that i havent found a firmware to do so lol.... And ive look just about everywhere. Im going to run USB deview to check what the real hardware is and brand, if im able to find something ill let you know M8
Many thanks, client called in today and told her I'm still looking for a solution. Will wait for what you find.
Did you get this resolved?
Not yet, @home atm, so I'll check tomorrow for an update.
Seems we still on the black
Yes we are, so far i can tell you the processor is an A10, so its an A10 device. It shows as T10a for manufacturer, but so far thats all i can tell you. There might be a way to pull the firmware image from a working Indipad so that we have something to flash on the password protected ones. But for now, we are all waiting on something
Have same issue

My mother-in-law is an English teacher and has several students with the same issue with a password they forgot or they locked the tablet on accident. I haven't been able to factory reset, but when you mentioned T10a, a quick Google search led me to show that EKEN makes T10a tablets.
I hope I'm not leading you down a rabbit trail, but here is their support site with manuals and firmware downloads
Also, searching on XDA apparently there is a way to get CWM on the EKEN T10a and instructions to flash to their latest ROM.
I haven't had a lot of experience with flashing ROMs, but I have flashed my personal devices before. So please let me know if this is possible in any way. I wouldn't want to mess something up. Well, I hope this helps.

Sweet, I'll do a hardware comparison tomorrow with EKEN T10a and see if they are identical devices (at least from the outside), if they match I'll just try that. The device is a brick atm so it doesn't matter trying to experiment with it.

What firmware worked for you? Im asking because i downloaded one of them and when i try to turn the tablet on it will keep booting up and wont flash the new firmware.

The one for T10A, version "T10 G-SENSOR6225".
I also had a bit of a problem at first trying to boot it into flash mode, but what I did was go to the device manager in Windows and saw that there where 2 copies of the special driver that the "LiveSuitPack_version_1.09_20111101.exe" installs, one with the checkmark like they said, the other I assumed was the tablet connected, so I deleted the one with checkmark and tried again, this time it went through and started the flashing process which took less than 2 minutes.
Straight after attaching the cable, and whilst still holding down the volume+ button, start pressing the tablet power button repeatedly. This (slightly frenzied) procedure puts the tablet into update mode.

That was the tricky part, to make it boot into flash mode, it has to be fast between connecting and starting to press the buttons, I took like a 1 second delay between the two things.
Also, got to point out I didn't do the CWM or the root mod, just did the firmware flash cause that's what the client wanted.
Its allright buddy, and thanks. Thing is that i was trying to update it as it said on the Ekken website. But the tablet didnt accept the SdCard update at all. I told you it should be done using LiveSuit and yet i was afraid of bricking the device using LiveSuit ha ha.... Thanks a lot guys, case solved. It took all of us to do so but hey, we made it!!!!

Their server is kinda slow but I use Free Download Manager to download big files and speed up the download.
Also remember this was an experiment and it worked by chance, so no guarantee that it will for every indiPad out there, specially if the manufacturer changes the hardware, you should check the hardware info on the tablet just to make sure we are talking about the same tablet model or you could brick your device.
thanks bro, i know about rom experimental, i think same tablet from Puerto Rico, indiPAD, same eken t10a.
Can you tell me please what file worked on your tablet? i see some files
sun4i_crane_m1003h6-t10a-mc32x0-20121012.rar 274256 KB
t10.rar 200563 KB
t10_2axis_6225.rar 208067 KB
t10_3axis_7660.rar 208078 KB
t10a-mc32x0-20121012.rar 274256 KB
And maybe possible did backup rom from working tablet too. If you can and have one piece we can dump rom.

t10_2axis_6225.rar is the one I used.
The only working tablet I had was the one flashed, the client already picked it up yesterday, so sorry.
Hello everyone.
I have an Alcatel One Touch 908F running Android 2.2.2 that I chose to root and install a 2.3 ROM since no official update was released and it had a lot of advantages that I really need. I successfully rooted it with VROOT, install a CWM 5.0.2.7 recovery and flashed two custom ROMs based on 2.2.2 (the one for Alcatel One Touch 908S WIND, and the one for Alcatel One Touch 908Q T-Mobile) just for testing.
Both successfully worked with no problems at all (except the fact that Back, Home and Menu changed their places but it was fixed by flashing a tool that I found on this forum - Thank you so much, developers!) so I wanted to flash a 2.3 ROM, but I didn't realize that it wasn't approprite (It was only for Alcatel One Touch Telenor, and the worst: it wasn't told in the instructions!). I knew it when, once my phone booted for the 1st time, it showed the "Telenor" logo reversed on top, and white lines at the bottom of the screen. So I reverted back to my stock ROM using a backup made with CWM.
I got the stock ROM again. Only now, neither the touchscreen nor the lighting Home, Menu and Back keys are working! Hitting the screen acts like hitting the Menu button!
I tried many ROMs, and it didn't work. Well, the good thing is that I still have root access, USB debugging enabled and CWM 5.0.2.8 recovery.
I'm really desperate. My phone is out of warranty. Is my phone really as useful as a brick, now? I hope it isn't. Can you help me, please? I urgently need my phone to work again because I can't afford to buy a new one or repair it! Is there any software that can bring my only smartphone back to life? Shall I switch to TWRP recovery? Which ROM shall I flash?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!
UP... (Since there was no reply for so long...)
I see, it is not a popular model
I found out that the problem can be solved by flashing the stock kernel which contains the original touchscreen drivers needed to make it work again, but I couldn't find the file. Can anyone upload it for me, please? If this is not the right way,
Does anyone have another, please? Thank you!

Flash everything ( including ROM , boot.img etc. ) created for your device . It will solve the problem .
As a warning, don't flash other device's firmware , until you became a porter or using an Android one :sly:
Hope I helped !

OP hasn't been online since 2015 so provably yes
Hi, im using an Iphone 6 Clones (the brand name is HDC) which has MTK6582 chipset on it.
exciting about rom porting, i found a link of Goophone official kitkat ROM, firstly, i thought that it has very similar hardware,
I've managed to flash it using SP Flash Tools. it can boot up, however the touch screen gone mad, it seems it has different calibration. However, after felt that the ROM was unusable, I've managed to revert back to my Stock ROM, however, the touchscreen problem remains the same.
Im thinking, i was accidentally flashed my touchscreen's driver or something.
does anyone here ever faced the same problem?
PS: i've found some possible answer here, but i couldn't pull my script.bin from my device, because the script can't found any script.bin on my device
sites.google.com/site/fixedandoidtouchscreen/how-to-fix
I have a similar problem on an Alcatel device, Pop D3. I haven't found a solution but i will try yours and see. Is your phone stock ROM kitkat? It may be a problem with sp flash tools.
Hi, sir,
My stock ROM is on 4.2 but, the ROM which i've tried is 4.4.. I have managed to downgrade it to the original ones, but it remains the same..

The pull script.bin program doesn't work for me either. Idk what is the problem. I think this is specifically for Allwinner chipsets though since those devices frequently get this problem. Read more here
Hi, thank you for the response, however can anyone here have idea how to see detailed spec of the hardware, so that I can find the LCD driver somewhere.
or should I use the "format+download" option on the SP Flash Tools software, so that I have clean device first and then reflash it using the stock ROM.
Best Regards.
Hi all,
First of all: i am new here. And sorry for my bad English.
I have here a Voyo Q901HD with a new digitizer. Everything works fine but there is one problem. The whole touchscreen is inverted... I have tried everything... Change the system.prop, searching for flash again (but there is no firmware to found), reboot, reset.. But nothing helps...
More information about the Voyo Q901HD can you find here: http:*//*en*myvoyo.com*/chanpin*/pingban*/336.shtml or www*gearbest.com*/tablet-pcs/*pp_266237.html [remove the wildcards]
There is no defective with the digitizer: it works perfect and smooth but only in the wrong direction. There should be a possibility to change it correctly in a configuration file? I hope someone can help!
Thanx for helping and kind regards
Also the 'script.bin' is no option! Is not found on the tablet...
Ok, the problem is now totaly different. I tried to install a custom mod what maybe can fix the problem. I have WDM recovery installed. I have yet CWM recovery installed. The only thing that works... When i try to install a custom mod i receive error 7. But when i recovery my original image where i have make a backup from it does also not work... The backup maked with Smartphone Flashtool and MTK Droid Tool hangs on a sometimes flashing ANDROID logo on the screen... I use the Scatter file inside the image.
Hi @haajee86
I have that same Tablet that died on me !
the tablet is on a logo bootloop and there is no info or download tools for this 4G version of the tablet on VOYO site
So i would like to ask you if you are able to send me the stock rom ? or extract it from your tablet ?
i really appreciate it.
Thanks
Yes you can extract rom from tablet using MTK droid tools, then upload to needrom.com and i can modify parameter for you.
