Please Help!!!!! i have tried to fix this problem and have searched for a new solution and everytime i find a new thing to try, it works and then stops working once screen locks. and now nothing will work, so if anyone knows any solution other than factory reset, soft reset, uncheck the screen rotation button and reset it and recheck it after restart or remove all apps and reinstall one at a time ( been there done that for all) and so on and so on.......i'm thinking i have to wait until new marshmallow update is available or get a new S6........ so if anyone has a permanent solution please help!!!!!!

Hi mate
What phone model do you have?
When you say " to restart it" what you mean factory reset or just reboot it with power key + volume down?
Does it boots at all at any time?
Try the basics......go recovery and clear dalvick and cache
If does not work and if you can boot , backup anything important , go to recovery and do a factory reset....
If still does not work you may have to go to download mod and flash (odin) firmware again......
So there's my phone here:
1. Can't execute wipe cache ( it reboot when I choose to do it without wiping any single cache )
2. It sick, it have symptoms:
2.a. bootloop (reach samsung logo)
2.b. brick screen
2.c, I've tried to recovery/factory reset, but when I have to set the first time setting (choosing language), it brick again (
3. So, I tried to reinstal the firmware with odin, and done all the step until it "PASS"
5. Then I tried to turn it on, then they bring me to this first time setting again, and it still bricked and bootloop ((
8. Conclusion from reinstalling firmware: "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" (((
13. Now it lying down beside me dying telling me stuff like "RUN, YOU FOOL!", I know it sound like gandalf but please help me it's dying right now ((((
So what can I do next to try keeping this poor old white phone to life? (((((
I bought my phone about 3 months ago (Gionee p5w) and i had no custom roms installed. Yesterday i saw that there is a system update available. I think i rooted my phone using king root(not sure of version). Update on my phone wouldnt install... so i factory reset without clearing the phone memory thats when problem arised, nothing was reset except the text size setting. So i thought of going into factory mode to reset my phone and started phone with vol up and power key pressed . Factory mode didnt show up and now i am stuck in a bootloop. It shows bootloader logo and restarts again and again. I cant even go to normal mode and start my phone. I remember booting into factory mode when i bought it. Please help me fix it

Hello & welcome to xda-assist,
first of, we don't provide technical support here our job is to direct you through the boards here on xda-developers.
When you root your phone system updates will cause serious problems if you don't unroot before and revert all changes on system partition. So bootloop was expected to happen.
Only cure for that would be to reflash your phone's firmware, to find A) the appropriate firmware for your phone model and B) lern how to flash on your phone I would suggest you to visit this forum:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help
and
Do a basic Google search on "your phone model + firmware" and "how to flash stock rom on your phone model"
Good luck
