To respected members, experienced developers - need urgent help regarding galaxy tab

Hello,
to all of you.
I need urgent help, actually, some days ago, my Galaxy tab 7.7 has stuck in a bootloop, the respected user UpInTheAir has helped me a lot by providing a needy guidance to me, actually, I didnt want to factory reset the tab because the data stored on the tab was very important, you can read more about this case here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2530591, I tried very very hard to load custom recovery to the tab, so that I can take backup of the data, but all was vain, I even downloaded the official firmware and tried to flash the tab through desktop odin, and got successful messages of pass etc.but when the tab restarts they show the same symptom of bootlooping and all my data is still available on the tab, although I can start my tab in the safe mode, but that is also for 5 to 7 minutes after that it restarts automatically, during this time I can also connect my tab to computer and it shows there, so today I decided to reset the tab to get rid of this problem, I boot into the stock recovery and there choose the option wipe data/factory reset, it was successfully implemented but when I reboot my tab, it shows the same symptom of bootlooping as well as all my data is still present, same starting, same password, then I restart my tab in safe mode and choose the factory reset option from there, it restarts my tab into the stock recovery, there I again choose the option of wipe data/factory reset, but same happens, I dont know what happened to my tab, I think this is some kind of bug, because everything goes well just after restart the tab, everything comes out same as nothing happens. Please respected members, respected developers help me, I really need this.Suggest some way to me, so that I can get out of this problem.Hope to see reply soon.Thank You.

Hello,
to all of you.
I posted this thread in the hope to getting some help from some respected member, but after so many views, I think no one is willing to help, anyways, it seems the experienced developers and most respected members are busy in making their custom roms better, anyways, I hope some "NOOB" from some part of the world will help to solve my problem and able me so that I can install the custom rom from some "Experienced Developer".Thank You.

I don't think u can do anything about ur data. Too bad u'll be losing it.
Android 4.1.2 has already come out for our tablet. U can download either the Singapore, Malaysian or Indonesian version.
Flash the latest firmware via Odin.
Then go to stock recovery and clear cache and clear all data.
That'll give u a clean install. At least ur tablet will no longer bootloop. That's the only way that I can think of.
After that u can flash either a cwm or twrp recovery.
Remember to always keep a n android backup somewhere...
Buy a valid copy of titanium back up.
By the way, if u still have a cwm recovery installed, go to advanced and try clearing dalvik cache too.

Help Phone wont start, I am not sure if its bircked.

I am really not sure what happened to the phone but I will tell all I did that might have connection to the current sitiuation.
I rooted the phone a while back , no issues with root.
As internal memory is low on this phone (4 gbs) I used link2SD.I have used in past with other phones never had a issue but this time the apps which were linked magically disappeared and some wont start saying " Application has stopped working " , So I decided to , oh wait I forgot I also had TWRP custom recovery on this phone too , no issues happened with it either, yet. So I decided to restore to a backup I made with TWRP a few days ago, I have previously done this thing and it worked perfectly unlike this time.I booted to recovery then restored to that backup but when I booted back the device wouldn't start! All it was showing was the boot screen(circles moving in weird pattern) I waited around 3 hours then I decided to factory reset , I took out the battery (BAM I did a mistake here I guess) went to recovery did a normal factory reset then again I was at the boot screen looking at circles This time I gave a around 10 hours but it still didnt load up , then I took out the battery again next what I see it when I try to start my phone NOTHING WILL HAPPEN only screen turns on for like few miliseconds showing only back screen (NO KARBON LOGO OR ANYTHING) and goes off again. I tried pressing Vol Up and choose recovery mode but it wont let me go in recovery it turns off again as soon I choose okay (RECOVERY DONT LOAD AT ALL NOT EVEN THE LOGO). Please explain what happened to phone and how can I fix it. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:
Go To Karbonn Care
I think I told you its rooted and stuff, which voids warrenty
Same thing happed to me with my sparkle v and now its not even receiving stock firmware via sp flash tool
Flash stock firmware by removing the battery

It maybe a flash memory failure, or other hardware failure that can not be fixed.
If it's just software, should be able to fix by flashing stock firmware with Odin

S7 edge 935F can't boot

Hi guys I have a serious issue with my S7 edge.
I installed a Samsung marvel theme and to keep it I used package disabler to disable theme store and theme center.
I was in a situation where I needed the phone to stay alive even with very low battery so I decided to switch to ultra power saving mode but I didn't think about re-enable theme store and center before switching to UPSM. Phone went black and white but UPSM wasn't fully functional (I had only a castrated black and white normal mode with no access to apps and a limited settings menu with no way to switch back to normal mode. At this point I choose maybe the worst path I could.... I rebooted the device and went in a sort of bootloop stuck on Samsung flashing logo. I tried to reboot to download mode and the phone enters it with no problems, I went also I to stock recovery and wiped cache and rebooted again with same results: phone passes the "Galaxy S7 edge" logo, led turns blue and pulses, Samsung logo appears, phone vibrates, led switches off and then nothing more, only Samsung logo flashing endlessly.
The only strange thing is that exiting recovery briefly appears a message in red that says e:/data unable to mount (invalid argument).
Now the real problem is: I don't mind if the phone is stuck and I have to reset it, factory reset it, send it back to Samsung, even dump into the thrash bin and buy a new one or a Note7... What I absolutely need to do is to have the photos back as those are those related to the first month of life of my first child!
Do I have to try to reinstall firmware via Odin? Go to service center? Please help

Hi mate
Sorry to hear what is gong on.....
first you are in the wrong forum this is for S7 check here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge
Now , question , did you root? do you have the original firmware on?
On this thread they show you how to re flash stock firmware without lost of the data ( using home_csc)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/how-to/official-stock-firmware-update-odin-t3335065
That maybe the easiest way to get your phone back without loosing the data...........of course there is always the risk
Read, read , read ...ask there!
Good luck
Thanks for support.
I'm running full stock. No root, nothing.
I've contacted official support as I'm platinum customer and they gave me a scheduled dedicated technician support at service center for tomorrow. Let's see what I will come up with...

Best of luck !!
let us know how it goes and if possible what they do.....
Thanks! I will report here for sure.
I've been at service center but came up empty.
They said they can't do data recovery and that if I leave the device in their hands they'll erase it completely as first chioce.
I refused the repair and went back home. Tried to reinstall software (process ended successfully) in no wipe mode (with home_csc) but the phone still hangs at boot.
Entered in recovery mode, tried to mount system and selected "apply update from sdcard", received a red error message like this: "E: failed to mount /sdcard (No such file or directory) --> couldn't mount /sdcard".
I'm quite sure all the photos are already gone... last chance to revive the phone should be a factory reset (and this would erase every left data in any case).
I'm sad
Factory reset done. Everything lost. Phone revived.

Sh***** !!!
so sorry !
full stock rom via odin
Save ur photos in sd card next time or backup in computer
Thanks, I used an sdcard that but quickly filled the 16gb with 4k videos of the baby. It then switched to internal memory and that killed me... Now I activated Dropbox pictures upload and I'm safe (I hope).
