I'm interested in trying out an Android 4.3 (or later) ROM for the Note 10.1, but I wonder does installing a ROM disable the spen or limit its functionality in any way? I wasn't sure where I can find this information.

Shouldn't but the Samsung apps like spen and s health won't be included as these would be aokp or aosp roms.... Samsung hasn't released 4.3 on the note 10.1 yet so you loose these Samsung specific apps, you should be able to find replacements for most.
Hi, I don't use the Samsung Apps, the main thing I need is the spen to work and for it to have its pressure sensitivity. Is the multi-window feature though a Samsung thing that would not be available (or is that a standard Android feature or is there something I can do to enable it if not?)
None of the ROMs on lilopop are trying to port halo and floating window.
has anyone tried it? or am i missing a ROM which has this?

I apologize if I missed this in the forums somewhere, but anyone know if it's possible to put upcoming calendar events on the default lockscreen? I've had that on previous phones (usually with custom ROMs) and I'm wondering if anyone has seen a way to do that without being rooted or custom ROM. Verizon S6

I just upgraded from Note 3 to S7. One feature that that i am missing the most is the multiwindow. When i was on facebook app and tapped on a link, multiwindow would automatically open giving me both chrome and facebook etc. I know how to activate multiwindow on S7 manually but isn't there anyway to automate this process just like on my note 3? Please help
Hey guys, just moved over from a Huawei running Nougat. In that you could have every app working in multi window. Samsung of course has its own version running on top of nougat and so apparently has restricted which apps function or not in multi window.
Ive used the Mw Pen app to enable more apps and so far its working brilliantly. Good luck trying it out
