unable to Flash KitKat on One xl - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

hello guys,
i am trying to install KitKat rom on one xl, i have tried every single Kitkat rom available on xda.
when ever i try to install it given failer message in recovery.
i have s-off, hboot-2.17.0000, radio-1.21a.32.45.16_2
and latest twrp recovery , i even tried installing twrp recovery avalible in form which is compatible with kitkat 4.4.
Any ideas ???

Exactly what error message are you getting? Exactly which version of TWRP are you using? Are you s-on or s-off?
Sent from my Evita

What error message is it showing?
Sent from my One X using Tapatalk

TWRP needs to be version 2.7 to work otherwise the flash will fail. I don't remember where I downloaded it, but I don't remember seeing that version listed on our forum, only 2.6.x.x

Twrp 2.7.0.0 can be downloaded from their website. Literally search "Evita Twrp 2.7.0.0 img"

It is not. See my above post.
Also, keep in mind that some people report issues booting JB based and 4.2.2 roms until updating to 2.14 hboot.

If you followed my directions exactly, then your best bet is updating to 2.14 hboot by RUUing to 3.18. You would need to S-OFF first if you are not already.
I guaranty there is nothing wrong with the 4.2.2 ROMs.

I wipe everything except sdcard. Then try to install just the BeanStalk-4.4.200-20131219-evita.zip. I get the following error:

Are you using a different TWRP than the specific one in the original post from Maximus thread? Downloaded and installed from that thread, not just assumed 2.6.1.0 are all the same.
Even if you are using the correct modded TWRP, you could reflash that recovery and see if it works now.

first i use this solution :
There's your problem, you need error 92. When you get error 99 you need to force a reboot to bootloader by holding volume down and power then start again (without the adb reboot bootloader command because you're already in bootloader). Now you should get error 92.
and it's not work:crying::crying::crying::crying:
and i use this way :
Ok folks thanks to c5satelite and other helpful folks at S OFF PARTY AND IRC we figured out how to fix this whole "error 99" shenanigans.
Step 1. Download the latest stockish ROM (I used Viper 3.2.3)
Step 2. Boot into bootloader and fastboot flash the kernel.. then reboot back into recovery
Step 3. Wipe /system and factory reset in TWRP
Step 4. Install rom in TWRP
Step 5. For *Viper Only* Don't wipe in Aroma, and uncheck reboot at the end.
Step 6. Reboot into bootloader from recovery (Don't boot into the ROM)
Step 7. Follow the instructions in the OP to a T ... read reread.. go get some coffee.. and try again.. hopefully you see Error 92 and not 99
This worked for me with ViperROM on hboot 2.14
Thank you to all the folks involved you guys are rockstars from Mars!
and it's not work:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:
please any help
