I know this's a strange question but really I want new smartphone and I don't have enough money for something like galaxy s4 & s3 htc one x & one ... etc
my bro has galaxy s4 and I find it good
but I find new smartphone
it's CUBOT X6 I like the design and the low price and the spec
but I wondering if this device will be really good as the spec told ?? I mean is the battery 2200mAh and stand by 2-3 days ( I hope this true)
and about the performance (in antutu benchmark it's between 25500-27850 as I saw !!!!! (also I hope this device will be fast as his benchmark result ???
and the last thing camera ??? it's 13 megapixel ?? and the G S 4 also 13 mp ?? and video FHD 30fps and the G S 4 has the same (FHD 30fps )
just I want be sure If this smartphone (CUBOT X6 ) has the same camera as galaxy s4 performance and fast CPU & GPU as in Spec ???
and the battery life ???
and also I can't find trusted spec for the cubot x6 I want know about the screen how is't look compered with G S 4

Chill down, bro. I own the Cubot X6 and the Galaxy S4.
For sure, in many parts the S4 is better. But the S4 has the higher prices and the higher specs. The processor is a better one, it has 1 gb of RAM more, it has a 1080P Display and not 720.
The X6 has slightly better battery life than the S4. The S4 has 400 mAh of battery more, but the X6 has just a 720p Display and it just uses the juice well. I can use the Phone 2 days without charging, The s4 max. 1.5.
The camera is way better on the S4. Boy, megapixel don't say much about the quality of a picture. The only reason why the manufactores always use cameras with more megapixels is, because it sounds like they are using a better Camera. A friend of mine has bought a great Canon Cammera. Around 400€. The Camera of the Nokia phone of a friend of mine has more megapixels. So the Nokia Cam is better? Oh god no, way behind.
That was just about the megapixels. The Cam of the X6 is well enough, if you sometimes take a shoot, but if you want a phone, that does high quality picutes, this is nothing for you.

In addition , I can say that the(the price of the CUBOT X6)/ (its value ) ratio is much bigger than (the price of the S4) / (its value).

Hello, I live in the UK and I got a Samsung Galaxy S for Christmas, but now I'm returning it to Amazon for a refund because I paid £250 for it and it's only a single core, so I think that a Dual Core phone would be a much more worthwhile purchase, and would last longer. (and I had the lag issue on SGS).
Now, the problem is I'm not sure which one to get. The Galaxy S II is off the list because of price (£400+), and the HTC Sensation is good but I'll probably have to wait a bit before I can afford it (£330 at the moment).
This leaves me with the LG Optimus 2X - only £250, however I'm really skeptical about this one, as people keep saying it keeps rebooting and freezing etc etc. It's a shame because my mind was set to go for the LG
So yeah, I'm really confused now. Can anybody give any advice?

I'm seriously considering buying an MI-ONE.
I watched some reviews and i'm impressed by quality/price of this phone (~£250).
It has an Snapdragon MSM8260 dual-core CPU 1.5 GHz with the Adreno220 and 1Gb of Ram with an MIUI based ROM and unlocked bootloader.
The only thing that stoped me so far is the lack of support in my country (must shippit to china 4 warranty).
Galaxy S+ is also a good single Core option
i suggest a Samsung Galaxy Wonder, although it's also just single core it's not that big and has a really good appearance. all phones do lag my friend and it can't be avoided, even an i3 computer lags too, so i would say it's a part of devices and you shouldn't worry about it. better choose the one with the looks
Not sure what the price is there in the UK, but I really love my Motorola Bionic. Dual core 1GHz and 1 GB RAM. 8 Meg forward camera and 1.3 Meg rear for video chat. 4.3 inch (11 cm) screen. Super fast.

I recommend lg 2x. Really cheap (i bought one 300 euros 5 months ago) , its dual core with tegra 2, 8mp camera and the screen is nice. The only problems are
1)the stock firmware is bad but you can flash cm7
2)ram is only 512mb

If you know anyone in China or an exporter then get a Xiaomi Mi One. Kills both The LG 2X and Xperia Arc on processing power, battery and ram with 1.5Ghz Dual core and 1GB Ram. You also get the amazing MIUI. Camera and screen on Sony probably better but the UI, extra power and large battery on the Xiaomi make up for it. $315 retail in China but in limited supply.
The ARC Vs LG 2X is tough. The Arc has better screen and camera and probably better battery too and will get android 4.0 officially very soon. The LG though is obviously dual core, but stuck on 2.3, so custom Roms will be the way to go.

I'm looking to buy a new device for me mum, which would you say is better?
both 5 inch HD screens. I would of easily gone with the moto g if it had 2gb ram. but the 1gb ram really puts me off. is there a similar phone as the moto g but with 2gb ram?

Snapdragon usually means more battery efficient. Even with half the RAM, I think the Moto G (2nd Gen) is overall a more reliable and better quality product.
elephone p6000 screen glitches...
the elephone might seem a great steal for the first sight, i mean 4g lte, 2gb ram, 64-bit quad core and a 13mp camera.... but i would suggest a quick visit to their forums to know whats up as it has some unsmooth scrolling issues and no otg support plus e-compass glitches makes it an overall unreliable package, moto provides quality other chinese oems cant provide my friend.

yep, i've read on that, but the p6000 is one of the only chinese devices that have the stock google look. and i've read on how to fix the smooth scrolling issues. otg is not required, and the compass likewise. me mam just mainly uses phone to call, a lot of whatsapp with her friends (hence extra storage is needed) and watching videos. she doesn't browse much. and uses viber/skype/hangouts (those types of apps) nothing much else.

ok i get ur point, btw check out a phone called cubot x9... it's an iphone 6 clone coming in at 6.9 mm a 8mp camera (interpolated to 13mp) and an 5mp front camera (8mp interpolated). If u wouldn't mind giving up on 4g then thats a good solid phone. i wanted to get it hence my moto g got hard bricked but i decided to just wait for the fix.

nope don't like the cpu, not good enough in my opinion. I've decided to scrap those two, and go for either a used galaxy s4 then flash the google play edition or get the zte blade s6 brand new from amazon for 170. the zte has snapdragon 615 and lollipop. would it be better to go for that?

ZTE Blade S6 is £160 here. There is no Gorilla Glass, but it looks like you need a case for this phone anyway since the actual house is fairly shoddy.

decided to go for the s4, got it for £140 in good condition. will convert to google play edition. and then all good to go.

well, the cons compared to mi4c: 1. 5.0 lollipop vs 5.1 llp on mi4c 2. many people still prefer 5" devices and the mi4c is a lot smaller and lighter 3. mi4c supports proper fast charging with variable voltage 4. mi4c screen has superior contrast (1700:1 vs 950:1 on the redmi note 3 pro). pros compared to mi4c: 1. more screen real estate 2. better build quality, more of a looker, too 3. fingerprint sensor 4. better battery backup, although it should charge real slow 5. s650 is more or less on the same level of performance with the s808 (maybe a 5% difference in favor of the 650) 6. i still don't know about the camera, mi4c has a 1/3" 13mp, wide angle, f/2.0 sony imx258 sensor with phase detection af vs redmi note 3 pro with a 16mp f/2.0 pdaf, but we still don't know if it's a. a samsung isocell s5k2pxx 1/2.6" sensor (like the one on the s5) b. a sony imx234 1/2.6" (g4 etc) c. a sony imx298 1/2.8" (mate 8 etc) so it should perform either equally or better compared to mi4c 7. it's going to be cheaper than the mi4c !
i would buy the one with unlocked bootloader....

Seems like a nice phone, but the SoC is a littel outdated if you ask me, and the size of the phone is too big...
But for the price, it seems like a very good buy!

Sorry, I read it as SD 615.
It still is a good phone, even better now . No doubt. The screen is just too big for me.
I hate it. The SoC is better (BIG cluster uses A72 instead of A57), the GPU is better (proven by higher AnTuTu score), the rear camera resolution is bigger, the battery is bigger, the screen is bigger, full metal unibody, yet cheaper price. Damn you, xiaomi...
hey guys after long struggle with my zenfone 2 after replacing the battery, display, simtray, and microphone only to get it broken due to rain water damage after a few months I wanna get a new phone. but I don't wanna spend more than 250€. so I found several china phones and really want your opinion cz I can't decide and the ratings and comments are all fake users.
xiaomi redmi note 4x cmcc version. all great at this phone but it has ****ty micro usb connector still no type c .. and 5mp frontcam hm..
elephone p8. 6 ****in GB ram. awesome features as well. but also no type C
umidigi z1 pro awesome features AND type C BUT mediatek cpu..
wileyfox swift 2x AMAZING DESIGN, TYPE C, Snapdragon CPU..
BUT these are all china phones except the wileyfox it's british..
SOO I guess I could cope with micro usb IF it's good quality. tho I prefer type C it's best invention in phones so far.

Micro USB is perfectly adequate considering the price. Nothing ****ty about that. There is a clear distinction between budget and premium by Xiaomi.
