If you already have aosp or cm based rom just flash moshkernel 1.8.6 AOSP-based
Or if you're on stock then flash 1.8.6 Stock-based

Hi,
I'm running SlimBean 6.0 Unnoficial in my xt925, and I can't flash bytecodes kernel (http://droid-hive.com/index.php?/topic/1857-kernel-code-kernel-61513/)
it doesn't boot.
any ideas?
As far as I know, Slimbean Uses a custom kernel that is modded to allow all the extra features.
I don't think you can use a different kernel.

Does anyone know a ROM or kernel that will support over clocking on the Nexus S running Kitkat 4.4.4 ?

Devil kernel is still compatible and overclocks..
I'm using Guru Kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-s/development/kernel-guru-t2783561 with Omni CM 11 KK 4.4.4 and can OC to 1.4, it also has memory booster to 409MB. Perfect stability except when using the camera, but I had that problem with the Matr1x kernel in JB Omni too even with a 1.2OC. I just remove the OC if I need to use the camera, which is rarely.
the OmniROM that you can find HERE is a 4.4.4 with selectable OC in the settings menĂ¹
Hello, i have been using MultiROM for a while and had the cm11 base. But now my base is cm11s and i have installed cm11s kernel. But when i install cm11 or AOSP ROM i install cm11 kernel or stay with the cm11s?
I don't use MultiROM but I would assume you would go with the AOSP kernel since you're on a non-11S ROM.
I'm running Mahdi with AK kernel and install CM11 not CM11s

You must specify which rom is first, and which are secondaries
If you have CM11S as primary rom, you have to use the specific multirom version for cm11s
If you installed AOSP roms on secondaries, with cm11s as primary, do not share kernel nor flash a cm11s kernel on secondaries, it will not work, only use cm11 kernels for aosp
