[MOD] GALAXY S5 SecWallpaperChooser i9500 i9505 i9506 Odexed & Deodexed roms

Hi S4 owners.
So, we've finally got full S5 wallpapers dump ..and they're awesome!
I moded the SecWallpaperChooser.apk to flash them directly and replace the current default wallpapers.
This mod works with both 4.3 and 4.4.2 Stock based Roms.
it should work with all S4 variants , test and leave a feedback.

How to Flash?
Put the .zip in internal or External SD card
Reboot to recovery (CWM, Philz, TWRP) (Custom recoveries only! )
Flash the zip
Reboot and enjoy your new S5 wallpapers.

Strange..Tested on 4.3 and 4.4.2 GOLDEN EYE rom and it works perfectly.

im running 4.4.2 on a i9500 odexed stock rooted rom.. doesnt work the wallapapers stays the same. no changes at all
tried to extract the wallpaperchooser.apk and place it in to the system/app folder but there is no apk. only a folder.. maybe this is the reason there is no theming at all

Of course...it's not an apk but a VrTheme..it's done that way to change the wallpapers only.
Just retried again on my phone after restoring the dafault apk and it is working!

There's no full apk because I made it as a universal Vrtheme package to make it compatible with all roms.

Tried again and doesn't work ?.

Can you please upload your moded apk with the new wallpapers ? I just flashed again copied my wallpaper chooser into system/priv and didn't work either

Upload your SecWallpaperChooser.apk and let me check.
I have tested it myself, and someone just before your message confirmed that it's working on 4.4.2 too!
According to your signature, you're using a Note3 not S4.

That's why it's not working !! if you have a build.prop backup, restore it and it will work.
It's not advised to change Build.prop, you get some things (probably S5 quicksettings) and you loose other things.
You can get the original SecWallpaperChooser from your Rom.
Edit: Just checked your apk and as expected, the files are named differently and the folder is also different
So..it won't work for you, you can flash it 1000 times and you'll get the same result
Download the wallpapers separately and set them from the gallery, that's easier for you.

Cannot get the original because it's a odin md5 oficial file .. and its unpackeable because the Apks are in the system.img .. can you share yours? I beleave build prop won't do anything here because I tried with the original build prop too

Some of this Apps are missing libs or need to be ported mate .. in order to work properly and feel free try @Albe95 apps some of them are working fine. weather/shealth/snote/calculator/translator and such.:silly:

So guys . i need the Systemui.apk file. located at System/priv-app so i can restore my phone functionality without flashing the hole rom again.. may anyone give me a hand here? any systemui from any variant should work but form 4.4.2

Why dont you just download a ROM, extract it and push it to your phone with adb? It'd be a lot easier than waiting for someone else to do it

Well just did. Hehe. Took me an hour to download Wanam lite ver 4 rom.
Do you know how to pull from a db? I did it from root explorer

Yes but I wasn't sure if the procedure was the same on the s4. So I downloaded a zip odexed rom extracted the files I needed and place them with root explorer .

That not have problem because the rom not change the modem or radios.
It the same with my device it note 3 900t but i can install rom to note 3 n9005

Dont work stock. I test only fulmics 5.3. Perhaps based g5 roms can work.
