Hi S4 owners.
So, we've finally got full S5 wallpapers dump ..and they're awesome!
I moded the SecWallpaperChooser.apk to flash them directly and replace the current default wallpapers.
This mod works with both 4.3 and 4.4.2 Stock based Roms.
it should work with all S4 variants , test and leave a feedback.

How to Flash?
Put the .zip in internal or External SD card
Reboot to recovery (CWM, Philz, TWRP) (Custom recoveries only! )
Flash the zip
Reboot and enjoy your new S5 wallpapers.

Strange..Tested on 4.3 and 4.4.2 GOLDEN EYE rom and it works perfectly.

im running 4.4.2 on a i9500 odexed stock rooted rom.. doesnt work the wallapapers stays the same. no changes at all
tried to extract the wallpaperchooser.apk and place it in to the system/app folder but there is no apk. only a folder.. maybe this is the reason there is no theming at all

Of course...it's not an apk but a VrTheme..it's done that way to change the wallpapers only.
Just retried again on my phone after restoring the dafault apk and it is working!

There's no full apk because I made it as a universal Vrtheme package to make it compatible with all roms.

I have tested it myself, and someone just before your message confirmed that it's working on 4.4.2 too!
According to your signature, you're using a Note3 not S4.

That's why it's not working !! if you have a build.prop backup, restore it and it will work.
It's not advised to change Build.prop, you get some things (probably S5 quicksettings) and you loose other things.
You can get the original SecWallpaperChooser from your Rom.
Edit: Just checked your apk and as expected, the files are named differently and the folder is also different
So..it won't work for you, you can flash it 1000 times and you'll get the same result
Download the wallpapers separately and set them from the gallery, that's easier for you.

Cannot get the original because it's a odin md5 oficial file .. and its unpackeable because the Apks are in the system.img .. can you share yours? I beleave build prop won't do anything here because I tried with the original build prop too

confirm working with TW MJ7 stock rooted,
i used vortex animation , which is so cool. you can get it on the original thread.
a bit problem with wifi, which is , i have to enter password everytime i want to connect to same router wifi,
but i thin it was fix with wifi fixer from playstore.

copy framework.jar place into an empty cwm flashable then restore that way.

Philz recovery giving me an issue as well. Try different recovery or directly replace with 7zip. Make sure backup your rom.
( recommend dev's thread. )

Framework folder. use a root explorer then System>Framework , I dont know if this file will work without doing something..

Upload Framwork-res.apk and and SystemUI.apk....(Nevermind: Got them elsewhere)
Twframework is not a big deal as it doesn't contain anything special.
Warning to the blind flashers /!\...These files are related to Framework and can brick your device!

They can not brick the device, in worse case you would have to restore a back up or flash the rom again.. no chance to brick.

Why dont you just download a ROM, extract it and push it to your phone with adb? It'd be a lot easier than waiting for someone else to do it

Yes but I wasn't sure if the procedure was the same on the s4. So I downloaded a zip odexed rom extracted the files I needed and place them with root explorer .

Hi S4 owners,
I was tired with S4 dialer and liked the S5 one but as no one has succeded to port it yet, I decided to make one that looks the same.
It's based on S4 stock dialer and contacts apks, themed by me to look similar to S5's
This is for i9505 INTERNATIONAL variant and deodexed roms only for now.

On project X it's a vr theme which modify the same that's why I ask because it's first time I see this here (there is another framework which does the same) but dunno where did @dack23 took the theme

Framework has nothing to do with dialer and contact apps...it replaces only the top header.
The other things must be done separately.
This theme doesn't exist anywhere, that's why it's the 1st time you see it here...made today
I don't like to duplicate threads and I post or make only the missing and useful apps.

I just said that it's made from scratch.. from the original S4 dialer and contacts apks.
It's not a bank to steal something

That not have problem because the rom not change the modem or radios.
It the same with my device it note 3 900t but i can install rom to note 3 n9005
