[Q] Lenovo A760 - Broken speaker - General Questions and Answers

Hi, there is the problem.
The loud speaker stop working while I was calling. Mobile phone doesn't make any sound. If I use headphones, its ok. So I think the speaker is damaged. Can anyone tell me where I can get new speaker for replacement? Or could it be different problem? Thx. P.

[Q] help me please! No sound

Hello friends!
Can you help me? I have a problem on my nexus i9023.
I have no sound from my back speaker, = no ringtones, no alarm, no video sound...
But my earphone is ok.
Someone already had this problem?
(Sorry for my poor english).
Back speaker is not working, and another speaker(front speaker, 3.5pi earphone hole with earphone) works?
Maybe your back speaker has beed broken in some reason.
Check if you have same problem on Custom Roms(such as CM7, MIUI, etc).
If you have same problem on Custom Roms, you need to get service.
Sorry for bad reply, hope your back speaker get fine soon
front speaker, 3.5pi earphone hole with earphone work.
I already hear sound once or twice during 1 or 2 second so i don't think back speaker is broken.
I do a flash with ODIN but always no sound.
Maybe it's hardware

[Q] In call speaker broken

So my cousin bought this phone yesterday and during his first phone call noticed that he could only hear the other end of the call thru headphones or speaker. Verizon replaced it without question and there was no issue there. Was just wondering if anybody else got a defective device.

My first replacement had a bad ear piece. Cracking when turned up during a call.
My volume is low on earpiece during calls. I can't hear much unless I am in a quiet room. In my car with road noise (New B'Mer not very loud) I can hardly here other party

If you're talking about using ur phone up to your ear, speaker by front camera, I would say replace it! Mine is very loud on full volume, honestly the loudest cell phone speaker I've ever had for the regular speaker, not talking about speaker phone here.

[Q] Nexus 5: microphone only with hands free call

Hi,
after reassembly my N5 for LCD repair the microphone is no more working or better, it only works during hands free calls.
Only using a voice recording app I was able to record a very low volume talk by tweaking microphone gains.
Do I need to replace the USB board where the microphone is located? Or it is a SW issue? I have installed Android Lollipop 5.0.1.
Thanks for help!
Mines doing something similar. Mike won't work on headphone, but will on non speakerphone but not on speakerphone. Driving me nuts. Not repaired anything
Same problem here, the microfone of my Nexus 5 only works on hands free call and I not repaired anything.

Mic too low during Bluetooth calls

I'm having an issue with my Idol 3 5.5". It functions normally when in handset or speaker mode I can hear the other party and they can hear me, but when I connect to my car's Bluetooth people tell me they can't hear me or it sounds like the mic is far away and under water. I did not have this problem with my last phone so I do not believe the issue is with my car (it's a Grom unit) I have only had this phone for a couple weeks and have had the issue from the beginning.
I'm running 6.0.1 stock ROM build 7VAB-UEB0
So far I have tried:
turning off and on Bluetooth on my phone during or right before calls
unpairing and repairing my car
I am charging an old Bluetooth earpiece to try that today and make sure it isn't an issue with my car.
Anyone else have this issue and were you able to solve it?
Me too, dont know what to do

Not the same issue. That thread is talking about poor/low microphone when recording video. This thread is about poor microphone quality through bluetooth, which does not use the phone's microphone.
I'm still trying to determine what the issue is. I tried using an old bluetooth headset and the test call was fine so I will try it tomorrow while driving to confirm. It might be that the Idol doesn't like certain bt devices.
