my friend got a tp and when he is on the call the speaker has very low sound and now sometimes you cant here anything...can someone help with this issue...what could be the problem?

I have the same problem. It seems that the problem is a hardware problem and you have to change the earpiece with a new one. If you have bought recently go back whit it on the shop in order to be changed with a new one.

I have this issue when in call volume is up. My noise is like BzBzBz . It can compare with a sound coming from a damaged speaker . No, is not the earpiece because has been replaced but nothing. I went with it to service and the guy from there has also htc sensation with the exactly the same issue. I think is related to gsm network or software issue.
Hi, there is the problem.
The loud speaker stop working while I was calling. Mobile phone doesn't make any sound. If I use headphones, its ok. So I think the speaker is damaged. Can anyone tell me where I can get new speaker for replacement? Or could it be different problem? Thx. P.
Whenever I put a call on speaker or during video calls,The other side complains of Not hearing me properly.It is fine with earphones & not on speaker.Anyone facing this problem or can confirm for me? They can hear my voice clearly on Xs Max when on speaker with the same network.
