You got S-OFF / superCID infact you can flash any RUU of any region/provider as long as is not older than the installed one.
Which country/region you need?
You should look here for the RUU http://androidruu.com/?developer=Ville
Step by step guide from "Flashalot" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2678700
Thanks for quick reply... Can you give a complete procedure & exact firmware RUU? Because most HTC phone in my country don't have a supported Box like Spookey if i get Deadboot phone... I need more ideas & information...
First thing is first, you need to update the firmware. This link should help you about that since the device is s-off. Then flash a custom recovery, I recommend twrp 2.7.0.0, mount sdcard via twrp, copy the rom's zip to sdcard, install rom from recovery. That's all.

Edit:
I had a strange problem with tapatalk. It messed up my post

When its done, you can install a custom recovery. I prefer TWRP http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/ville

I just looked out the bandwidths for the One S. In the USA its only sold by T-Mobile and Solavei. Both providers use the GSM(As used in Europe) frequencies and that means the choosen RUU should usable in the USA too.
Yes sir, i always used Europe Firmware for every phone brands for universal use...

I think its not charging when connecting to charger because the phone does not in normal mode, and keeps restarting and restarting instead of charging... i observed this before using multi-tester its just stuck at 3 volts, yet not make a fully charge caused of phone faulty...
One more thing... If i passed the RUU, then in Custom Recovery what should i choose in S4 variant or S3 variant?

Once you've now fully charged the battery, use wall charger much quicker than USB.
What model is the phone (is it a desire s)? What ROM was on the phone? Stock ROM? was a Custom recovery installed? What does the bootloader screen say? Was the phone S-OFF or root?
yes its a desire s. no rom on the phone stock sense. no custom recovery. just stuck on bootloop. bootloader says
saga pvt ship s-on rl
hboot-0.98.002
radio-3805.06.02.03_m
emmc-boot
mar 30 2011, 17:29:31
if i press recovery it shows a black screen with green ''sync'' arrows and a green arrow pointing down to a phone. after about 10 seconds the screen cuts off then vibrates about 8 times

since it is not S-OFFed and there is no custom software on it the best option IMO is to give it for a warranty repair
Your phone is S-ON so you better should take a walk to the Service Center, Have a chat and then post here what they are saying..

Again ensure that battery fully charged
If it's not possible to return to warranty as a result of logistics, then first and I'd say only option is to try to run an ruu to restore the phone to state you bought it on, you need to download and run the ruu from a PC.
You need HTC drivers installed on PC see link in my sig
Then download stock ruu from link in Dev section index thread, use the one that is most like what ROM was on phone to start with with regards region and carrier.
Put phone onto bootloader connect via USB and run ruu from PC
If no joy post error or return to warranty as previously recommended.
Good luck
Swyped from my Desire S using XDA Premium
Would it be possible to download the ruu on my dinc2 SD card and save it as PMG32IMG or w.e it is for fascinate s and put that SD card in the fascinate and boot into bootloader?

For the Desire S the name of the update image is PG88IMG
For an s-off phone within warranty youre better off turning it in to HTC for repair / replacement.
Thanks everyone for the help. Does anyone have a link for desire s ruu? I don't really have the time to search religiously lol

Here you can find all that you need. The RUU is in the "Stock ROMs" section
Thanks just bookmarked it. Is there any way to tell which carrier is on his phone? It gets hung up at the splash screen I was thinking maybe the radio or something?
Dear fellow forummers,
I've set my HTC Sensation to S-OFF yesterday. Today I tried to update the rom to 1.50.401.1 (from 1.50.401.1) to flash it to ICS later on.
I used this file:
RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.50.401.1_Radio_10.56.9035.00U_10.14.9035.01_M_release_223042_signed.exe
The installation got stuck at 41%, didn't do anything so the only way was to pull out USB cable and try again, again stuck at 41%.
Sweat started to rise on my forhead when I tought by myself maybe if I 'update' to an older rom, I will at least have my phone back working. So I tried the file:
RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.45.401.3_Radio_10.56.9035.00U_10.14.9035.01_M_release_219990_signed.exe
I was unbelievably happy when I got past the 41%, my laugh ended a few seconds later when it got stuck on 44%, tried again and you guessed it.. again stuck at 44%.
I can't boot my phone at all. When I turn my phone on I get the black screen with in white/silver HTC. After putting the USB cable in and pulling it out I get the white screen with:

I can't see someone with simalar problems.
My problem is that I can not recover or fastboot or whatsoever at the moment
Did you try the Factory Reset option? might work...
You have recovery installed? Download and flash any other ROM.....
That's because the thread in General is for bootloops not for failed RUU installations. First mistake you made was to unplug the USB cable mid installation so don't do that again!
You can get the latest EU RUU here:

Hi,

any idea whats causing this?
i have the ruu downloaded but when i open it and apply to update its says
checking................
"updating image on your android device/rebooting to bootloader and comes back with.....
ERROR CODE [155] Unknown Error
"ERROR [155~159]: IMAGE ERROR
One of these error messages will appear when you use the incorrect RUU to update and the image file size is larger than the Flash ROM size. In this case, download the correct RUU version and try again."
edit: I think you have the wrong RUU. Have you also checked Step 4 in the guide malybru posted above?
but this is the correct RUU, Im a orange uk customer and this is the only RUU i can find of the shipped RUU's page.....
RUU_Pyramid_Orange_UK_1.35.61.1_Radio_10.43a.9007.00U_10.51.9007.27_M
any idea's?
Is it an Orange branded phone? if not try the EU version.
Have you done SuperCID?
How do you install the RUU? Did you go into the bootloader, press on fastboot, connect to your PC and run the RUU?
no its not Orange branded, Orange is my carrier (on contract) so if EU RUU is required could you possibly advise which is best to use?
i done superCID upon rooting so i dont need to superCID again do i?
No i plugged phone in making sure fastboot is turned off & USB debugging is on then clicked on the RUU to install.....
Many Thanks

no you don't need to supercid again.
these ruus should work for you (don't know if you have a sensation or sensation xe):
for sensation (latest ruu):

no guarantees if that will work

Hi there. I'm a nooob to android phones. After upgrading to the most recent os released by AT&T ( 3.20.502.52) my phone won't boot past the white Screen with the htc logo. It's not rooted. I av tried battery pulls, hboot and tried recovery, factory reset, cache wipe...just about everything that's listed in the boot menu and recovery menus. also when i try to recover it goes to a screen with a green circular arrow which changes to one with a phone icon with a red triangle on it. I'm realld frustrated. don't know what to do now. any assistance would be appreciated.
Have you tried going to the htc websight and getting the official ruu and pushing it to phone. Instructions should be on the sight.

Also do a good google search first and try find it urself from a well known trusted site because i take no responsibility if it dont work or fails epicly. Also i couldnt find the uk voda ics ruu on the usuall sites like shipped roms etc etc, so be carefull
